I have tried mod pizza twice. I my opinion that's 2 too many times. Cheap frozen pizza tastes better then mod pizza. The pizza was chewy like bubble gum with a very odd texture. The ingredients tasted very chemical. I have to say the staff is super friendly and the place is very clean. Too bad the food isn't any good. read more

The food here is great! The pizza is made exactly to you liking, and they always listen to how much or how little to put on the pizza. The staff is so nice, and exceptionally helpful. The only issue with this location is that they are consistently understaffed. This means the person making my pizza often has to walk away to do something else resulting in long waits, and frustration. The last time I was there I asked four people for my drink cup from an online order, and each one passed me off to the next. This place would be 5 star if they just had more staff. read more

I ordered the "gluten friendly" crust and my pizza came out charred black on the bottom and the edge. I ate it because I hate waiting for restaurants to remake my food while everyone else in my group finishes eating. So at the end, I asked to speak to the manager and showed her explaining the crust wasn't good. She said it's the product and it's not their fault.... seriously then don't sell the crust! So rude. We went opening weekend as we were thrilled to have a location open up so close to us! Our pizzas were delicious and all of the ingredients tasted nice and fresh! The staff was super friendly (almost too friendly lol in a good way) Overall, we had a great experience! We took our pies to go, but we will probably dine in next time! The outdoor seating is very inviting and we want to take advantage, before it gets too cold! Yay MOD...so happy to have you in our neighborhood! read more

Amazing!! I am a vegetarian so it's very hard to find places suitable to eat at, staff is super friendly, and are accommodating to special needs as I order no meat and dairy free cheese. I love how I am able to put as many toppings as I want without being charged for each topping. read more

I am EXTREMELY angry with the service I received today. I am currently at home reheating the pizza I just purchased. I arrived at 4:18pm for curbside pickup and was told my pizza was in the oven and would be out in 5 minutes. At 4:35, when my pizza wasn't brought out yet, I called again. Seeing that the restaurant was busy I offered to come in. I was told at that moment, my pizza was STILL in the oven but they would see me in a minute. I came into the building and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes. Finally, I inquired about my never appearing order, at which point I was given four ice cold pizzas that had been sitting on a rack for who knows how long.  So as stated above, I ordered out for convenience, I pre-tipped because, I'm nice. And then was treated like crap as a customer and am home heating up pizza, much the same as if I chosen to make frozen pizza. I will NOT be returning. In a landscape where restaurants are struggling to stay open, my money is better spent where the business cares about their customers. read more

Terrible customer service. Who ever is in charge please work on getting a staff that is customer friendly. I waiting five minutes with nobody else on line while 3 employees stood there looking at me. I was trying to keep my toddler at ease from waiting. When my toddler went close to the counter and was no closer or higher than I was to the counter( it was completely glass covered) a lady Yelled at me PUT HIM DOWN NOW. Yes I walked out in amazement that anybody just spoke to us in that manner. I'm besides myself that a business can stay in business treating their customers like this. This was not the first time I have been here and the same employee had a similar attitude with no personality and both me and my wife put it aside because our kids like the pizza. This time she went too far. Who ever manages this store please do something so nobody else has to be treated like me and my family were. Was driving by and decided to stop in and try their pizza on Grand Opening Day. Now first day is crazy so I will give them another try in a few weeks. First, I love that you can customize your pizza with many choice of toppings included in price. Price of $8 for an 11 inch, 4 large very thin slices. Mini is very small and a child's size. If you like pizza I would say that the 11 inch thin is for 1 person. I did not find it very filling because the crust is so thin. I asked for it well done and it had crispy edges but the bottom crust was soggy. Had to fold it like a NY pizza. Not a fan of that. Next time will try their thick crust. Their small salad was again only for 1 person and $6, twice the cost of what it should be. With my favorite pizza place down the street, you cannot compare. Nor should you, I guess, because this pizza is out of the oven in 5 minutes. I believe this place is great for a quick custom pizza. read more
