I was very hesitant to try MOD pizza again. The last time I went to there Fontana location and I was greeted by grumpy faces and fowl attitiudes but Redlands felt like a completly different restuarant. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and everyone was so kind. my son and I built our own pizzas and the gentle man with a beard was very patient with my son as he picked out his toppings even though they were busy. A woman with purple? blue? hair called our names and she was super friendly and even offered to help me with our plates since my hands were full. I would have taken pictures of our pizzas but honestly they looked so good amd we ate them so quickly.they have made a regular out of me. I live in fontana and I will diffintily be returning to the redlands location again. :) read more

Went here a few days ago with my wife. It was good, but not as good as Pieology. My wife liked this place because they did have some wine and a few beers. Most of these kind of fast cooked yuppie pizza places do not have any alcohol. Only Mozzarella cheese is available at the beginning of the production line. Any other cheese selections are all the way at the far end of line- so when you get to the end- you wish you had seen them sooner. The cheese goes on before the other toppings or you will make a mess. It is a money saving arrangement for them. Workers were friendly. All of these kind of places are different. Walked in at 9pm 5 people ahead of me, 24 minutes later 2/5 people were barely getting there pizza in the oven, the workers pace was beyond slow. Almost seemed as if the workers were going slow purposely. I watched 1 pizza and a salad be made within 24 minutes, how in the heck does it take that long? My goodness, there is a line,where is the speed, also leaning on the counter doe not look good buddy especially when your moving too slow. This staff looks different possibly new. They need retraining on accuracy, speed, customer service. Could of went to the habit, ordered, return and the line still wouldn't have moved, service was way way way too slow. Ended up walking out. And this is why blaze is better. So disappointed. read more

I went to MOD Pizza for the first time ever. As soon was I walked In it smelled delicious. The customer service didnt start off so well they seemed rushed which i don't blame them. It was busy so it must be very great pizza. But as i got to the last topping choices the employee was amazing. I believe her name was kenani..kanani. Not sure but she was very friendly and answered all my newcomer questions! I ordinarily don't get that many toppings but she made everything sound so good. She changed my mind about the customer service so fast. Then she directed me to Jesus and his customer service was also amazing! He was so nice! As for the pizza, When I say it's better than pieology i really mean it! Usually my pizza gets burnt and the crust is hard but at MOD pizza it was PERFECT! I will definitely go back again! read more

Great pizza place. I will say I am normally not a fan of going out for pizza as I prefer a home made pizza but MOD is probably the only place I go to regularly for non-homemade pizza because it really is that good. Great customer service, great food. No complaints from me. :-) read more

Love this place! I'm happy Redlands has a new pizza place to my liking. Thin crust and you pick out the toppings. Quick too! This is my Sunday hangout with my son. Manager(s) Jesus and Blanca sit at the back of the store carefully watching and listening to their crew. If an employee forgets to say, "welcome" Jesus will shout out, WELCOME... and then the crew chimes in. Hands down this place is better than Pieology.... Go try it!!! read more

Went for the first time today to compare to Pieology which I love. Won't go back unless I have to. It seemed like you got less pizza here for a comparable price than at Pieology. The crust was burned on the bottom a little bit and I do not like my pizza crust with any burned flavor, so parts of it I just scraped the toppings off & left the crust. I was able to eat the entire Mod size pizza except for some of the crust & at Pieology I took half the pizza home. It was pretty good tasting pizza, but the pizza at Pieology just had a better overall flavor to me - and the bottom didn't have burn spots that were black. read more

Fastest Pizza ever. My pizza was ready approx 5 min after I paid. We came in with a party of 10 adults. Each of us got exactly the pizza we wanted, no trying to please everyone with 1 or 2 large pizzas. They don't skimp on the toppings either and you get as many as you want. They have a large selection of sauces and toppings. As others have said,Jesus and his staff are awesome. The pizza is 11 inches with a thin crispy crust and they cook it in an 800 degree open brick oven which cooks it extremely fast. They have local craft beer on tap. Their lemonade is the same style as IN n OUT. We will be back. read more

You pretty much pay for the pizza crust then you can add anything and everything on it for no extra charge. Same goes for the shakes. Pay for the cup and you could put everything in it. Pizza here is great! I like the fact that you can create your own pizza. Choose any and every topping you'd like. I personally love all the veggies you can choose from. Pizza is very tasty. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. The only thing I'd change (or add) is the fact that they don't carry ricotta cheese. That is one of my favorite cheeses. Updating to 5 stars. Decided to go back since I am familiar with the Mod Pizzas up in Portland and always had a great experience. Now that this location has been open a while, I came back and thoroughly enjoyed my pizza. Have also brought in several friends to check it out. Employees are friendly, and I love that you can choose as many and as much as you would like for the toppings. Never stingy with the toppings, and they have great sauces if you want to jazz up your pie a bit more once it comes out of the oven. Pizzas have been fired to perfection lately. read more

This was our first visit. We were kindly greeted by Kanani right away and asked if this was our first time here. She explained the different options we had and introduced us to a her custom sauce creation. She also gave other great topping suggestions for our Mod pizza. MOD pizza is not a secret in Redlands or Highland. I've been going there for months. The staff has the vibes of a rock band and one shining soul in there is Aaron! The guy and I chatted and it was, in a word, sincere. We noted the large amount of people ordering the vegan cheese, which i do, and how it was recently changed to this really delicious new kind.
