Mica is truly the greatest there is. We have known her since she worked at the MOD in Riverside off Arlington. It was our very first visit as a young couple, and we were greeted by her bright, happy, warm personality. Something that instantly stayed with us. It happened to be around the time the Mega Dough was about to be released, and right before it launched, she let us try it for the very first time. It wasn't even out yet. Almost eight years later, we still order the same pizza she recommended to us that day. Her personality struck us like a lightning bolt. We have never met anyone, anyone, with such pure light in them. Throughout the years, we've run into her at several locations at MOD, Rancho, Ontario, and Redlands. And every single time, it was the same Mica, with the same bright smile and the same warm energy that makes you feel welcomed and cared for. Now she is permanently in the Redlands location, which is now our closest MOD, so we've had the chance to see her much more often. And through that, we've built an amazing relationship, all thanks to the simple love of pizza and her genuine kindness. Mica has seen us through so many stages of life, unknowingly. But first as a young engaged couple, then newly married, and now as parents with our little one. She has been there through the years without even realizing the special place she's held in our story. We cannot begin to express our gratitude for her. Mica has become a permanent figure in our minds of what it means to be a happy, fun, bright, loving person. She's always helping her team, always engaging with her customers, always making sure everyone is taken care of. She truly is a rare gem. Based on food I would give 4 stars. The pizza is pretty good, but depending on whose working there, some times they can burn it. However, the 1 star is purely based on customer service. Last night, me and my boyfriend came in around 9pm last night. When we got in there, my boyfriend and I were waiting in line, and my boyfriend got a little too close to the glass to see the ingredients. An employee (Woman who appeared to be the shift leader/manager-was wearing a rainbow bandana) quickly scolded him and told him to step back. Mind you, she never greeted us or even asked politely for him to step back. My boyfriend and I stepped back but apparently it wasn't far enough because after another employee was making our pizza, she once again rudely commanded him to step behind a red sticker. My boyfriend who didn't have his glasses at the time stated he couldn't see, so she told him that the employee helping us would read off the ingredients. A few mins later, a Hispanic man entered and was behind us. The lady who scolded my boyfriend and I quickly assisted the man, and seemed like she knew him because she automatically was having a conversation with him in Spanish. The man was leaning over the glass, but yet she didn't scold him the way she was scolding us. She was happily helping him with not even one word about stepping back from the glass. I was quite upset at this and asked her why she had yelled at us for being too close but didn't have the same tenacity or rules for him. She then rudely stated "ma'am I'm not talking to you, I'm helping this customer." She didn't try to reconcile the situation. She had no professional customer service skills at all. I'm surprised and shocked that someone at her level would even have the audacity to speak with customers the way she did. This seems to be the same lady with all the negative reviews. She needs an attitude check. read more

We enter at peak lunch hour and no one is there. It was odd. As we begin to order the manager yells that anyone who isn't wearing a mask needs to put one on or they won't get served. So I ask the guy, why are you requiring me to wear a mask and then walk 5ft away from you and I can take it off to eat? He replies that he just works there. Some other female employee walks over angrily and frustrated and tells us, "because we said so" and then walks away saying "I'm F'ing done with this today" To which I respond ,maybe if it wasn't for you guys making it hard of customers with your F'ing rules this wouldn't be a problem. She then runs to her manager and tattles on me and the manager walks over and tells my family that she will serve my wife (who is wearing a mask) and no one else. I point out to the manager that she is sitting in a booth with no mask on doing paperwork while requiring us to wear a mask....hypocritical much? It then turns in to a yelling match in the middle of the restaurant when the manager just screams at us to leave the store and some guy who I don't know walks over like he is going to come at me and lay hands on me. My wife gets in-between everyone and we leave along with the remaining customers in line. We walked to The Habit where they don't care and want our business. read more

first off let me start off by thanking MOD pizza for hiring my new friends amber and Monique for showing me the best costumer service when I went into the Redlands MOD location on Wednesday, I was welcomed in by amber and Monique with such ingenuity and drive with a smile on their faces. as amber made my pizza she never failed to keep a smile on my face even though I couldn't make up my mind of what I wanted....... after the fact that Monique cooked my pizza to PERFECTION! they both asked if I needed anything else after my pizza was finished, I honestly don't know where any one can go wrong coming here I got excellent table service especially when amber wiped down my table and took my plate asking me if everything was okay, and if I needed anything else. even though I spilled my water cup I got no complaint while Monique quickly cleaned it up. so thank you once again young ladies I will definitely be coming back real soon. read more

they called my name to pick up my pizza and they dropped it lol. maybe it was the best thing that could've happened because that was the second straight time they messed up while putting the toppings on but i would've felt bad if I asked them to remake my pizza...the irony. oh and btw I've only been twice. Congrats to Mod Pizza Redlands, on their grand opening! Definitely now a Mod Pizza fan! The pizza was amazing! (Better than Pieology!) I enjoyed my gluten filled pizza while my family enjoyed their gluten free pizzas. The atmosphere was lovely and the noise wasn't overwhelming. I really liked the wooden Redlands sign. She was upset by this and, even though this was my first face-to-face interaction with her since I normally order online, she stated I had complained three times. This was incorrect. Back on 4/24/26, I placed an online order where special instructions again requested toast, but it was not done. I requested a refund at that time as well due to the attitude of the employee on the phone. At the time, I did not realize the woman on the phone was the same person I dealt with today. I asked for a receipt confirming the refund, but she refused to provide anything, including her name, even though she claimed to be the manager. I asked for her name so I could reference her if there was an issue with my refund. She does not look taller than 5ft, Hispanic/Latin, with unnatural red hair. I left with no guarantee of my refund. Managers exact words were "you got your refund last time, you will this time" I have now filed a complaint with Subway and am looking for the franchise owner information to escalate further. I will not be returning here. I may only be one customer, but I will be sure to share this experience with my dozen of coworkers who normally go to this location and others in the community.
