Let's just say I'm addicted...but... it didn't start out that way. I first started out a hater (like WTF I'm not waiting in line for a pizza!!!) but after I started working for DoorDash and everyone was ordering from MOD I figured, OK whatever, I'll try it out...and wow, 120+ pizzas later I'm hooked! I like to think I eat relatively well (aside from my sugary treats...) I like to load up on vegetables when I can and make raw foods about 50% of my diet, and MOD let's me do just that. Stopped here with my family, and my son's friend, for a quick bite to eat since we hadn't eaten dinner and we're pretty famished. We never had been to MOD Pizza and we figured we'd give it a try. I'm so glad we did. Everything is pretty straightforward, it's a flat price based on the size of your crust, and you just tell them what toppings you want to put on your za. They had a gluten-free crust, as well as a cauliflower crust which is gluten-free, and they were very knowledgeable about gluten-free allergens. Yes they do cook it in the same spot as the area with the regular crust pizza, but they're upfront about what they do and do not have for gluten-free customers. This is not a place for one with Celiac, but you should be good with a gluten intolerance. On top of the great customer service, the pizza was fantastic. The cauliflower crust was the crispiest, and worth the charge. We will definitely try it again. Abdul was in charge, and he set the tone for a super chill vibe that was also so customer friendly. One of my faves because they offer vegan/dairy-free cheese! This place is located in a spot close to other more. "Sit-down" restaurants that have servers, but sometimes, on a lunch break, you don't have time for all of that craziness. I will say though, people apparently don't know how the whole "getting in line" bit works... I think they need to rope off that little spot to force the crowd to go through the line correctly. It would add more speed and force new customers to stop and consider the options available on the menu before they get up to the front to order. As it is now, you can go straight from the door to the counter, which seems good, but it forces the long lines to the doorway and in the way of people entering/exiting. Food's GREAT! read more

This used to be one of our favorite pizza places to take our grandkids. I have noticed over the last couple of months that the place has had some "hiccups" that have not been resolved. In the past you were always greeted by an employee yelling "welcome" or "hello" when you walked in the door. Last night we were not greeted at all and the employees seemed liked they didn't much care to be there. The beer on tap is always "down" which means it is never available as we experienced once again last night. However, they do have very limited bottled beer. The soda machine is always broken and last night was no exception - the kids wanted Fanta which was down and then chose Sprite which was also down. One substituted bottled Sprite and the other substituted lemonade. You are expected to dump your own garbage when finished but the cans were quite full. Point being, the machines never seem to get fixed. I have to say that the pizza was still good but there are many other issued to be resolved before we will return. read more

Mod Pizza is a staple in my diet and I'm not ashamed to say that. The first time my husband and I ate here we had an extremely pleasant experience. A well cooked pizza with your favorite toppings for a good price is all anybody could ask for. As frequent customers, we've also had our examples of unfortunate experiences with this restaurant as well. You come to mod expecting the same great experience you first had, but when they barely put any cheese on your pizza and you ask for more because there's two inches of pure crust before any toppings, you'd expect them to spread out the cheese. No, they put more in the center leaving the flavorless 2 inches of crust. On top of that, there was so much cheese piled in the center I spent the whole meal picking globs of cheese off my slightly burnt pizza. This won't keep us from returning, but it's almost worth finding your favorite employee, because then you'll get a pizza that's consistent. Today's service was less than exceptional. read more

I've been here twice in a week! Delicious fresh ingredients. And they only charge you for the dough! You can put whatever and how ever much and it's a flat rate. Genius!! They also serve alcohol. The pizza is fast and does taste good, but the staff were very rude and not very helpful. It wasn't busy, no one was behind us, and we felt rushed through the line. First time here- very friendly staff, clean tables and dining area, pizza is the equivalent to Tostinos frozen pizza. The person making the pizzas used the same "stabbing" device for ALL pizzas in the oven and leaned it against the wall when not using. There was a huge delay in even starting our pizzas and hen once they were done no one put them in the oven for at least 10 minutes. They just say there. Great place to go, the food was amazing, love that it is fully customizable with no difference in price for toppings, and there are a lot of options for toppings as well. About $10 per person. We had a slight mix up with our order, but a quick call up and they were more than professional over the situation and made it worth the trip back for the new pizzas. My family recently visited MOD pizza for dinner. When we got there, there were only two other people in the restaurant. The staff acted like it was an inconvenience to wait on us. The cashier asked me after I paid if I had the reward program, which I did but was busy answering questions from my two year old while I was trying to pay. It would've been nice to have been asked that question before finishing my transaction. When our pizza was ready, I went up front to grab it. The other couple had their pizza delivered to their table. The pizza was comparable to any other "fast food" pizza. Wish we would've stayed home and ordered Pizza Hut. read more

Ryle or the guy who puts the pizza in the oven is rude. He's supposably the captain or the manger and he treats customers like they are garbage . He kept slamming the plates and when I would tell him that I would like a sauce he would shake his head and mumble to himself . I told him that I would like to speak to manager and he looked at me with disgust and told me I am the manager I told him my concerns and he replied "I didn't do anything " and turned out and just ignore me . my first visit to a MOD Pizza and I really enjoyed it. There are two crust sizes (6 inch and 11 inch) which determine the price. You choose your sauce (or olive oil) and then as many toppings as you like. For a vegan or vegetarian there is a great selection of vegetable toppings (and cheeses for Vegetarians). I believe they also have vegan cheese. They also have some finishing sauces when you pick up your pizza if you choose. I was full after my veggie. People were very nice and the pizza was done in less than 5min it seemed. Definitely worth a try. read more
