Decent sandwiches at fair prices in my opinion. The regular size is large enough to share with two people. I've only tried "The Wreck" which is basically a fully loaded sandwich with various meats and veggies. The bread is a bit thick for my preferences but that's just a "me" thing. The menu isn't super extensive but there's something for most. Everything is always fresh and the service is friendly. There aren't a lot of places nearby where you can eat for under $15 (which is wild) . Don't forget to ask for hot peppers! read more

Service was fine, not much of a line, which is unusual at lunch time. Two big challenges: I ordered a tuna sub. What I got had tuna, but the only thing I tasted was pepper. And I didn't ask for pepper. This is probably due to the tuna being so bland that it had very little flavor that just the pepper came through. Blah. If I wanted spicy tuna, I'd get sushi. $18 for a normal sandwich, chips and a drink? Yes it's downtown and expensive, but still... Next time I'll go someplace else where I can get far better quality and tasting food for significantly less. read more

Our first time at a Potbelly. Not impressed. There was nobody but us in line, but the staff rushed us through like it was a race or something. The first employee helping us didn't speak clear English and so we didn't get a good explanation one of the menu items we asked about. I think we were actually overcharged but we were never offered a receipt. The men's room is behind a door with a sign that says if you open the door an alarm goes off (Huh?). Parking SUCKS. We had to pay $14 to park in a garage in the next block. Meh. Won't be back. read more

The countertops are way too high and so the employee couldn't see me. as for taking an order for food. If you happen to be Handicapped, this is not the place for you. NO help and no trays. The restaurant had nice furnishings but not a clean place overall, the tables were dirty not wiped down, and the garbage was full. I got a a half sandwich and a cookie and a soda that was for about 20.00. This place turned out to be just a gloried version of Subway. At least Subway had a cleaner bathroom.The sandwhich was not as good as I expected it to be, with their cookies even worse, they were dry and stale. Chili soup- not bad, good chunk of beef in the soup and beans as well, good flavor, not too salty, i will say it's good to eat over there instead of to go, but still, overall, still 9/10.. When the order came, they forgot about my salad, had to call and tell them to redeliver the salad.. But they were pretty fast to deliver my salad..but there are more problems, i ordered Mediterranean Salad, specifically say" no cheese", even on the sticker it says "no cheese", but still put a lot of feta cheese chunks in this, take a look at the pictures.. Potbelly isn't really my preferred sandwich place, but I got talked into eating here last Friday. The food is good and the service is very organized and fast. There's just something about it that I enjoy less than Jimmy Johns and even Subway. Nothing was particularly impressive to me food wise. I had the Italian sandwich in the past and it's was alright. The flavors are there, but my particular taste just don't ever like it all that much. I got the Smoked Ham this time and it was alright. I did accidentally half of it on the floor when I ate it at my office, but that's all my fault. Maybe it's the decor and branding of the place that's displeasing for me. I just can't seem to enjoy this shop as much as everyone else. If you work in the area, give it a shot. The food might be worth it to you. read more

This shop is in my work building. I'm here at least once or twice a week. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. I love that you can add extra veggies and their hot pepper veg mix is delicious. We were the only people ordering in the place and three girls helped us out. We ordered with one girl then another one rang us up and had us repeat back to her everything we ordered...again. That was annoying. We sat down to eat and noticed they gave us the wrong salad too so we had to get that fixed. They didn't give us the drinks we ordered. Visiting from Honolulu and stopped in on a whim. I was hungry for a good sandwich and the menu looked great. First kink in the experience was the guy who took my order - he was in a big hurry and my inexperience with their ordering process was clearly getting under his skin. No problem if the food was good. When I moved down the line to the next person, I'd forgotten to ask for extra marinara sauce (meatball sandwich). His response: "You should have asked for that when you ordered". Excellent service response would have been, "Sure, I'll get that for you!" That set me off, but then, if the food was great, I was hungry and could have forgiven. Then I bit into the sandwich: dry bread with chincy marinara sauce made for a dry experience all the way around, and now I'm really not happy. Subway has a better meatball sandwich. The upshot here: there's no love in this food. read more

Potbelly Sandwich is an above average sandwich chain, the sandwiches are fairly good, and I like that they are always toasted. Not the tons of options like subway, but I think the quality is a little better. The shakes are pretty good. I come to this location some what often as it right next door to my work places so it good for a quick bite. I generally can get a sandwich in 10 mins which is good for when needing a quick lunch. The service has been pretty good every time I been here and it always clean. The process of getting a sandwich and paying is pretty efficient. Good for what it is, but nothing special. read more

Ate here on a whim while we were visiting out of town and oh my goodness. Their Mediterranean chicken sub was UNREAL. Super friendly staff and clean facility. No bathroom inside but they let you use the one in the building next door. Loved it so much that we came back and ate here again the next day before getting on our flight home. read more

I loved my toasted turkey breast sandwich that I just gobbled up from this place. I always crave something warm for lunch at this time of the year. So to me, this sandwich/soup spot is a welcome addition to the downtown financial district. I've never been to the other locations so I can't make the comparison, but I thought the sandwich was yummy! The sandwich is light, kind of reminds me of Which wich's sandwich. I especially liked the cheese on my turkey and the hot peppers were REALLY hot, I loved it! The workers were really enthusiastic and friendly, which was nice to see on this gloomy chilly day.
