I've noticed as I've aged, my eyes have become more hood and I look tired. I met with Dr. Green during the consult and he was knowledgeable and we discussed expectations. I felt comfortable moving forward, so I set up the pre-op and the operation. The operation was done with a local. It took about 45min and the only pain was the local itself. The next day I had massive swelling (this is due to my body and the way it reacts to surgery). Dr. Green's team had me send in a picture and then was able to prescribe steroids right away. I truly appreciate their quick response and their ability to prescribe the correct treatment. The swelling then went down to a more normal level. Stitches came out at day 5 and they were happy with how much the swelling had gone down. I am happy with the results and the care provided. Dr. Green and his entire team is very nice and welcoming.

The procedure itself is non-evasive and essentially freezes the body fat to break down fat cells without damage to other tissues. The positive aspect of it all is that it can treat specific areas that maybe stubborn and hard to target. There wasn't no downtime or discomfort at all that I experienced and all the meetings weren't long so I was able to get back to work immediately. She is very knowledgeable and helpful along every aspect from the beginning. It's always good to have someone on the journey with you to improve yourself and boost confidence. I left a review on Google and the provider contacted me a month later and called me, but during the call she repeatedly interrupted me and did not seem interested in understanding my concerns. She asked me to send photos and said she would call me back on Monday after reviewing them. I sent the photos as requested and never received a call back. After waiting, I followed up myself. Instead of a phone call or any meaningful discussion, I received a brief message stating: "Thank you for sending your photos. They have been documented and reviewed. No further action is necessary." There was no explanation, no in-person evaluation, no follow-up care offered, and no attempt to address my concerns or provide support after a cosmetic procedure I paid for. Regardless of outcome, patients deserve to be heard, taken seriously, treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly encourage anyone considering RF microneedling or other procedures to carefully consider the level of post-treatment care and support they may receive. This is not how ethical providers handle unhappy RF microneedling outcomes, especially when a patient clearly feels harmed.
