I have all my city permits for my house and ADU, but if you do NOT, do not take a chance to hire her. When she collected her Zelle cash payments, I am sure she didn't report that to the IRS. They have an online portal to pay rent which makes life much easier. They were also very fair with the security deposit, did not nickel and dime us for regular wear & tear like many other landlords. I would definitely rent from Lilly again, especially if Rosa is the property manager.
