I really wish I didn't have to write this, but here we are. I ordered a barbacoa bowl last night around 8:15 and halfway through eating discovered what appeared to be part of a beetle in my food. I have been sick since. To their credit, the store owner was polite, apologetic, and offered a refund--which we appreciate. Unfortunately, the experience with corporate was the complete opposite: dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly disappointing. Mistakes happen yes, but this is genuinely disgusting. Situations like this make you wonder what's actually happening behind the scenes in terms of health and safety. Hopefully this is taken seriously so no one else has to deal with something similar, I know that we will never be eating here or any other Moe's again. read more

This Moes is horrible, they were skimpy with the portions, the salsa bar was down to scraping the bottom for what little was left and it wasn't even a rush. There was only one other couple eating there so it was not busy at all. The lemonade/ special drinks were not refilled so you could see the residue of what was left but the container was empty, not cleaned out or refilled. 2.5. It's reasonably clean, service is fine, food is just so so. Rice takes like uncle Ben's. The tofu has no seasoning or flavor. The black beans don't taste like much. The lettuce looked a bit wilted. The corn was dried out. Altogether it made me crave a chipotle bowl and make me feel like I got the ugly stepchild. But it's fine for roadtrip. read more

BLECH. How this place stays in business as a "Mexican restaurant" boggles the imagination. I had tried it years ago and was equally shocked as to its ability to pay its bills. It's quick. The tortilla chips are thin and not oily, but rather tasteless as well. And the lady was nice. The red salsa is nauseating and tastes like paint thinner... Whoever created this salsa recipe and subsequently approved it should be shot. It's truly vile. The tacos were such a sloppy mess I was considering throwing them under my car and letting birds and insects pick them apart. The flour tortillas are tasteless and rubbery. What they claim is white meat chicken is dark. The whole experience is so unimpressive that it's not even worth writing anymore. I actually think Taco Bell is better. And that's not saying much. Here's my advice if you want to try Moe's... don't. read more

If I can rate it a Zero I would, Ive been to multiple Moe's and none has ever been this terrible, do not recommend charged me double for protein that wasn't even considered a full scoop taste absolutely terrible and the coke from the machine tastes like its been mixed with others. I'm tired of the owners of this location being cheapskates. Moe's sent out a promotion for Cinco de Mayo of 5.55 burritos and bowls for app users. They turn off their online ordering probably so they don't have to participate. We were planning on that since Wednesday! This is not the first time this has happened with this particular location. We've never been to a Moe's Southwest grill and since on Mondays our favorite tex mex place was closed and there was a Moe's in the shopping center we were running errands, we thought we'd check it out. They had a big sign in the window advertising a Moe's Monday special for $7.99 and decided to order that. The counter person asked if we had the Moe's app coz to order the Moe's Monday Special we needed their app. We didn't feel like installing another app and asked what the special cost without the app and were told they can only sell the Monday special to people who have the app. We asked how we could get the app and were told to scan the QR code on the sign which we did and after setting up an account we returned to the counter and ordered the Moe's Monday special only to be told we could not use the app because it takes 24 hours for the app to be authorized. So we left and got sandwiches at Jersey Mikes. Like we said, we never went to a Moe's Southwest Grill before today and after running into this absurd customer "service" experience, we won't be back. Pay no attention to the One Star coz we had to give a Star to post the review even tho they certainly don't deserve it. read more

Ordered take out today from Moe's and when we got home noticed that all the sodas were flat. The rice was stale, the tortillas were stale and the tortilla chips were stale. Makes me wonder how long they're just letting their food sit there. We used to enjoy going to Moe's for an easy lunch or dinner on lazy days, but never again. We each took 2-3 bites and couldn't stomach anything more. What a let down. read more

Worst Moe's I've been to. Staff is taking personal phone calls while staring at you and not taking your order. They have the sign outside for Moe Mondays but don't honor it when you go to pay. I hate to dogpile on to some of less than desirable reviews for this Moe's (not really but it sounds better that way) but the people throwing piss and vinegar at this place really are on to something. I had been here once before and overall it's wasn't a very good deal. Filthy store, broken front door, bland as hell food with a staff that acted like they were all on a Klonopin bender. Would this time be any better? Naw. So first off when I walk in there's no "Welcome to Moe's" thing which I've heard at every other location I've been to so I guess the Klonopin bender is still in effect. I start to go down the row of ordering with the staff and the one constant that was still in effect from last time is the amazing portion control. A nice micro compact spot of sour cream with a mini smattering of shredded cheese. I mean you would think I was asking for an extra helping of unicorn fart laden fairly dust. Both guys at the counter had absolutely no personality especially the taller one with black hair. To say robotic would have implied at least some personality. Also FWIW, he was the dude who was laying the heavy portion control on all the orders. So eventually I get my four Moe Monday burritos and go home. In terms of look everything was fine. The two dudes know how to make a perfectly good looking burrito that is well made and doesn't fall apart. The bad news is that overall the burrito is dry as hell and has no flavor. The chicken is unseasoned/underseasoned bland and because of the lack of sour cream, sauces, juices or something to moisten things up it's ripping out the tongue of your sneaker and putting it into a burrito shell. Also more than noteworthy is that both of the Freestyle Coke machines were out of a number of flavor possibilities and even two of the flavors that they showed as available tasted like nothing but carbonated water when I tried them. Look, I get it that the idea of chain places like this is to try and wring as much profit out of every order by pushing the envelope on what you can get away with but at the same time when the Coke tons of options, the salsa counter is a mess, the staff has no personality and it's a near fight to get some extra shredded cheese clearly you're pushing things too far to the point of turning people away. Went in for lunch.. ordered a adobe chicken burrito.. got the burrito and it said extra meat on it. I said that I did not order extra meat..The guy that said he made my burrito thought I said extra meat... smh.. he even pointed to the chicken and I said yes... nothing close to extra chicken.. at check out they did not even consider taking it off the order. ...and believe me there was not extra chicken on the burrito. 19.00 for a chicken burrito and small drink.... Terrible customer service. The service I have received multiple times at this location is horrible and at this point clearly a reflection of management and the owners. There is no other reason why multiple reviews haven't resolved the issues and poor training besides the fact management does not care how their employees act. Today I ordered food for delivery. I asked for a meal which included a soda and chips. I did not receive my soda. The kids meal included a drink as well so I ordered a sprite. Received a coke. Was missing the sour cream. Fine. Called the store to request a refund (moe's website and emails says all refunds must go through the store.) the employee I spoke with told me, " I don't have time for this" and hung up on me after arguing with me that the delivery driver must have messed up (pretty sure Uber Eats is not filling my sodas, packing the sour cream, etc) I called back 2 more times and the same employee answered and did the same thing again. Buyer beware! Rude and inaccurate orders. Stay away! EDIT: Management also refuses to issue a refund and has hung up on me twice. Why won't Moe's corporate fix and address this poorly managed store?!? It is still their name on the front! read more

Service was horrendous. I got charged for 2 steak stacks when I ordered 2 chicken stacks. The cashier said it was by "accident" and that he couldn't fix it, he would have to ask his supervisor. She was helping a customer at the time and proceeded to make 5 more customer's food as I stood by the cash register with my food getting cold. She then came over and started checking out the other customers instead of fixing my receipt. When I asked if she was going to fix my receipt after her checking out 3 other customers she told me she'd fix it later and bring me the money. She checked out every customer in the restaurant before she brought me money for 1 of my chicken stacks and I had to go up a 3rd time to get money for my 2nd stack. read more
