Our most recent experience was terrible. I ordered online (2 bowls and 2 kids meals). Upon arrival, our food wasn't ready. The server then informed me that they were out of rice so they gave us a different type of rice on the side (in containers). I could live with that and was glad they informed me before ruining the bowl with cilantro rice (should we have objected). However, upon getting home and opening the two bowls, there was literally a few small pieces of chicken in each. The protein portion size was unacceptable. I assume they were out of white meat chicken too and just didn't tell me or offer an alternative. I'm addition, during the visit before last night, the server (with gloves on) went and assisted another customer at the register with their phone (with the same gloves on) then came back and made our food (same gloves). I cringed but didn't speak up. These two experiences mean my family will not be eating at the Lee Branch Moe's moving forward. It's disappointing as this is one restaurant my family agrees on but we'll have to find a new location. read more

I wanted to DoorDash at least a second time before leaving a review. Just to portray a correct assessment. The first time, lettuce and sour cream was left off my order. This time, the tortilla on my quesadilla was so burnt, it ruined the taste of the meal. I paid over $20 both times for these meals. Not Moes fault, of course, it's the cost of DoorDash. But to have this meal today taste like a burnt mess was unacceptable for the price I paid. I will most likely never visit Moes again. Too many good TexMex restaurants around. read more

I am sad to write this. I have tried and tried and tried with this doug baker location. Moes is my favvvvvvv. But this location and management dont seem to care. At least once weekly my delivery order is missing an entire meal. Moes wont take responsibility, pick up/delivery driver doesn't take responsibility and uber eats wont take responsibility. So im stuck. I am unable to drive so I solely rely on delivery. To be repeatedly let down by only this restaurant is very disappointing as its my fav food but time to move on sadly. read more

First of all I thought the food was good...I don't know... maybe it was just because I was really hungry. I had the Wrong Doug, which is their version of a Crunchwrap Supreme from Taco Bell. Something just seemed off while I was there. I never got a "Welcome to Moe's!" while I was there. The employees didn't seem like they wanted to be there and one of the employees had their AirPods in talking on the phone so I couldn't tell when they were talking to me. Baby, no. I shouldn't have ordered. I noticed they had temporary hours but i thought maybe it's staffing and went in anyway. The person who helped me was friendly. It's been a long time since I'd been in but either he misheard what i was asking for or they only had chicken. White meat, dark meat and a spicy mix. Those were my options. Other than that the burrito process was pretty normal. I got a cup of queso and chips. I wanted a large drink, they didn't have large cups (supply issues im sure). They also didn't have tips for the cup i did get. What i am assuming is the oil they fry the chips in, was darker than black coffee. I seriously did this to myself at this point. Again feb shortages the hours i assume are out of the employees control so i can forgive this. However the chips i got were old, beyond old. They were so stale there is no way they were cooked today. Everything was cold, and something in it made me very sick. I had a terrible taste in my mouth after a few bites. I won't be back, hopefully they get it together soon. read more

I absolutely love Moe's and any type of Tex-Mex place. This location is a little out of the way for me, so I've only been here once. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. The staff was super friendly and quick with my order. It's a bright, vibrant, and inviting place, but my only complaint is that the booths are super tiny! VERY awkward for two people to sit in a booth and only have maybe an inch of space in between your trays. The Moe's downtown is so much more comfier though parking is at least not a nightmare at this location. I recommend you take your food to go here. Unless you live far away, save the guacamole! read more

This place has been up and down the last couple of years. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is just off with the food prep. 2 weeks ago had a good burrito there and today I had a disappointing quesadilla. They seemed to be stingy with the steak. Had to tell the guy to spread it out or it was going to be half the bites with no meat. Still had a few bites that way. I do like the food but they have some work to do to get a better rating. The decor is typical of a Moe's and does seem clean in the dining area. I truly hope it gets better with the food prep. read more

This food was REALLY bad. My adobo chicken burrito tasted like something in it was moldy. The "famous" queso was like the cheese you can get with your nachos at the 7/11...but it was white. Our last visit to Moes will probably be our last for quite a while. Not until management makes some changes!. I don't mind paying good money for quality food AND service, but what we got a few days ago was anything but acceptable. We came in with a budget of $20.00, thinking surely we won't spend THAT much... My wife wanted 3 soft shell tacos with ONLY beef and cheese. She was charged TWICE! for a total of $13.86. for a blob of beef and cheese on a tortilla that "looked and tasted like Taco Bell" (photos above). Five Guys next door would've been cheaper, lol. Keep in mind these were not fully loaded tacos with all the toppings, so the fact that we were charged full price as if they were is absurd. The cashier probably didn't know this, but the people on the line should have communicated this to them? Normally she'll order the chicken and cheese quesadilla...and just for that, is $10 freaking dollars!!! RIP OFF!! Some of the staff will also be cheap with you on the toppings. I asked for cilantro and got a measly, tiny little sprinkle. I had to ask her for more. But anyway, my fully loaded chicken quesadilla was 1/2 the price of my wife's overpriced tacos. I'm hoping this is nothing more than a communication problem and that the price can be reduced for people who have particular orders. read more

"Welcome to Moe's" has never sounded so uninspired as it does here. Note to Moe's corporate: don't force your employees to feign enthusiasm upon every person walking in the door. We can tell they hate it there. Maybe if you were to pay your employees a little better, they wouldn't eagerly stare at the PREEMPTIVE TIP option on the register receipt as I signed. Tell me, why should I tip? You don't offer table service, the assembly line employees slap your food together with reckless abandon, and then they give you the stinkeye for asking them to actually spread the ingredients out over your quesadilla. Nobody wants a mouthful of 30 sliced olives, kid! In the end, my quesadilla was an $8 un-eatable half-melted failed taco at best. The quality of the ingredients was ok, I guess (thus, the second star.) The quality of the service IS crap. Go to Chipotle's. At least they aren't forced to fake it. read more

I had lunch here today. I give my review 2 stars only because the food was pretty good. The service was absolutely the slowest I have ever seen. The food would have been so much better if it had been hot when we got to our table to eat. It was only warm because we stood in line so long waiting on the slow pregnant girl running the register. The cleanliness and condition of the building was in horrible condition. The front door sounded as if it was going to fall off the hinges. This place needs work! The employees need to be trained. I never leave negative reviews. I believe that most people deserve to have a bad day. And I believe that I would want a little grace if I were having a bad day. But today was humiliating and painful for me. I elected to pick up via curbside because I am currently unable to bear weight on an ankle injury. After calling the restaurant for 15 minutes and going straight to a busy signal, I was forced to walk inside to ask for my curbside pickup. Rather than having attitude, I simply picked up my food and asked the first person to make eye contact to check the phone because it might be off the hook. It was then that one of the employees looked at me and snarled "It'S rIgHt ThErE" and gestured to my food in my hand. To be fair, she couldn't see the brace around my ankle or that I was standing on one leg after limping in. But her level of hateful wouldn't have been warranted even if a Karen had come inside raising hell. Her tone was so bad that another employee stepped in and apologized for her. I am still sitting outside waiting on my son to pick me up because I can't drive home after having to walk in. If there hadn't been a full staff of 6 people behind the counter, I might have been able to make sense of it. But this was unnecessary. Go anywhere but here. They are spiteful and lazy. I've always loved Moe's and their delicious burritos but I left this particular Moes upset. When I walked in I got the regular "Welcome to Moes!" from the staff and I ordered a Joey Jr. with steak to-go. The staff member that made my burrito made fun of what I put in my burrito, how small it was after she rolled it, and what a waste of money it was. I checked out with a staff member that wasn't wearing his mask properly but at least he was nice. When I got home with my food my burrito was not wrapped very tight and fell apart as I ate it. Everything tasted good and the restaurant was clean. Most of the staff were wearing masks and gloves properly. They still use some nonrecyclable products but their napkins are made out of recycled material. Overall, this Moe's needs some work. read more

I asked what my options were (thinking another driver could bring the food that was missing, or they could offer me a partial credit since my order was incomplete.) The manager of this place is an absolute nut job. My kid and his friends were eating here two days ago, and the manager of the restaurant came and yelled at them for making a small mess. They apologized and offered to clean it up, but she kept yelling and cussing at them and eventually kicked them out, as she kicked them out she physically threatened them using terrible words that I won't say on here. After that they went to their cars and when the lady got off her shift she called her sister or friend and together they came to our kids car at the Lee Branch Parking Lot and went off on them and again physically threatened them using the same words as before, and she also called them white pricks and gave them the middle finger as she went to her car. When she went to her car she tried to hit scrape one of the kids cars after she drove off. Keep in mind this lady was in her upper 20s and these kids were all 16 and 17. It was a horrific experience and we will never be visiting this Moe's until it's under new management. Also they did not get the name of lady but they have a picture of her or her friend's license plate and video of her screaming at them. For Moe's the lady was whoever the manager was at around 4 O Clock on Monday August 30th, we love y'all's food but we have never came across someone as crazy and as rude as her. read more

I was missing several items from my order, the one item that did arrive was not correct, and the chip for that item (it was nachos) were so stale the whole item was inedible. This location had a great staff, had a great management team, and had a phenomenal support team outside the restaurant. I said had because no longer does the energy match what it used to be, the sales MUST be down. Catering here seems non existent, even though they now have a moe mobile. I actually never had any issues with this location until this past weekend. My fiancee and I were told by an employee that they were out of chips. We decided to leave since we were both going to get nachos we also didn't really think anything of it as it was 9:40 on a Sat night and close to closing time. Imagine my disgust when we observed an employee who we assumed was the manager bring out a basket of chips to another couple that was seated and tried to whisper to them while laughing that he'd told us they were out of chips.
