Did the online order here and it was waiting for me upon arrival. Be warned that even if you include side sauces/salsas in your order, they don't bag those for you. You have to get them yourself at the salsa bar. Quality of the food was pretty good and tasty. Portion size is decent, however they gave me almost no meat in my chicken bowl. Literally maybe 3 cubes. I mean come on. At least there was a ginormous bag of chips that came with it. That will last me at least a week. The interior is huge, there are even 2 stories. Came here for a quick lunch. Ordered the home wrecker with tofu. It was decent. The seasoned rice is pretty good. Tortilla is nothing special. Fajita veggies were good. What has happened to this place??? It has really gone down since the last time we were there. Daughter and I stopped in for a late lunch on black Friday. Both of us ordered nachos with chicken. Sad to see the old previous manager who was pre-pandemic here because he was . Since the past 3-4 years since he's left this place has been quite . Food is consistent but I'd rather frequent the N. Charleston locations as their employees are happy to have a job. Despite being friendly and nice with the staff there, their attitude and customer service was extremely poor. The food was great per usual but I wish I went to a different location purely because of how rude the staff was. I understand that getting a meal kit is a little more tasking than getting a burrito etc. but it's on the menu, employees should not pout about getting an order they don't want to fulfill, it's apart of their job. I ordered a taco meal kit online order while in the store since employee told me that they were only doing online orders. As soon as they received the order they got irritated as if I had done something wrong. When asking if queso was in the bag when I was going to pick up the order, the cashier snapped back "YES! It's comes with your order" and while I saw it getting bagged I noticed it wasn't in there so I just asked her nicely, "Can you make sure the queso is in there because I didn't see it in there." She was like "YES!"... and she double checked and it wasn't in there.... So I mumbled I was just trying to remind you just in case, sheesh. And I hope she heard me, because I had been respectfully saying thank you everytime I asked to make sure since this was my first time trying a meal kit and being very nice until the rude cashier snapped at me for just making sure my order was correct. If trained employees knew how to act when 1 meal kit was ordered it would save a lot of tact and professionalism - during training it should state if making a "strenuous" order stresses you out that much this place is not for you. If it's Monday, it must be Moe'sday. I am a massive fan. I stopped in here for lunch this week. I usually get a chicken burrito, but today it was "Cuban Quesadilla" caught my eye. A different choice - pulled pork with cheese and sliced pickle, grilled. And with a big pile of Moe's chips filling up the rest of the basked, I popped over to the salsa bar and loaded up on the salsa too. This Moe's also has one of the Coke Freestyle machines, so you can make your own mixed soda with 100 or so choices. I just like that they have Seagram's seltzer. This isn't Mexican food. This place is an absolute dumpster fire. I wouldn't go here, if the food was free. The sad part is, it used to be a good place. I'd rate it zero stars, if I could. The last couple of visits have resorted in being charged for food (you have to order in advance here) that we never received, food portions that are literally HALF the normal size, terrible treatment by staff and ignored calls/emails from management. Food is either burnt or under cooked. They always mess up your order. Items are usually forgotten. Staff is rude and presentation stinks. We should not have to pay over $70 at a todo place for a family of 4 with no drinks. I do not recommend, and we will not be back. Sad because 2 years ago it was our go to spot. just got kicked out of moes mid eating. apparently they were "closed"? but like they didnt say they were closed. I asked if they had a lid for the bowl i got. and the guy literally looked at me dead in the eyes and said "i fry chips". This was one of the most disgraceful and insulting visits I've ever had at an eating establishment. I placed an online order at 6:49 and it said it would be ready by 7:10. I showed up at 7:08 and patiently waited until 720. At that point I politely asked the person behind the register if they had the order, making sure that we hadn't placed it at the wrong location. She said that she did have the order and it was coming. I patiently waited an additional 15 minutes. At that point I asked again if the order was coming and the manager or someone from behind the counter started shouting at me about wanting to come behind the counter and make my own burrito. Easily one of the most disgraceful and disrespectful things I've seen in an Eating establishment. Especially since I patiently waited 25 minutes past the promised pick up time and politely inquired twice about the order before being yelled at by the staff. The staff at this location have always been very friendly, efficient, and ready to serve. Each time we walk in the door we hear the familiar "Welcome to Moe's!" being yelled. They keep this restaurant clean and the food is always fresh and hot. It's a great place to come for lunch with coworkers or to grab a bag and go. read more

I stopped in for lunch. I had the new Buffalo Tacos with chicken. I normally get a burrito or taco salad. The tacos were part of a promotion. I expected a small meal and was very surprised at how much stuff they put in those tacos. I was able to pick them up; but I needed to use a fork to clean up the mess I left on the tray. I may have a new favorite meal at Moe's. The staff was really nice. The cashier was training and he was doing a great job for someone who was just learning. The location did seem short staffed, I think it was three people behind the line and one person cleaning up. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The dining area was clean. The guy who was cleaning was doing a great job cleaning up tables after folks left. It wasn't busy (2 PM) and he was always cleaning something. I have several Moe's to choose from and this one is one of my favorites. It is always clean (except when it is packed out on "Kids Eat Free" night). It helps that it is right across from the gym and is the closest one to Town Center (if you know how to take Hungryneck to 526) as well. read more

As a Chipotle-For-Lifer it was hard to step into Moe's for lunch today. I felt like I was cheating on my BFF. But I had two reasons to justify my visit: 1. I needed lunch and Chipotle hasn't opened in Mt Pleasant yet. No time to drive into downtown and Moe's was on "the right side" of the bridge. 2. Queso. Honestly I probably would have grabbed a sandwich for lunch but Moe's recent social media push on FB caught my attention. A "new smothered burrito" on their menu? And part of that smother is queso ... they have queso?! This intrigued me. And got me hungry for some cheesy goodness. The crew working behind the counter didn't exactly appear thrilled to be working today. Maybe we arrived after a big lunch rush and they were tired? The dining area looked like it had been mowed over by tortilla chips and other random edibles. Many tables needed a solid wipe down and the floors needed swept. By the time we were finishing our meals, someone was out and about cleaning. But I'm still knocking down my rating a bit because I feel like a clean restaurant should be a priority at all times. For newbies, menu may be hard to translate. Only after asking one of the guys working what each name meant (and getting a pretty short, snide response) did we realize things like the "Homewrecker" and "Joeys Bag of Donuts" weren't specific burritos with pre-determined ingredients. Rather, the names indicated whether or not they came with guac. That's it. The only difference. Not exactly intuitive menu design. As for the food: I went with a steak taco and side of queso. Chips and salsa are included with every purchase (high five!) so the overall cost of my meal was really affordable. I prefer the marinade and grilled flavor of Chipotle's steak over the steak at Moe's ... but, you know what? It wasn't bad. The chips were perfectly thin and crispy, not too oily, and fresh. The salsas were good, too! I honestly wasn't expecting much so finding not only a selection of salsas and LIKING them ... well ... I was impressed. Had the dining room been cleaner I would say it had a nice, fun, upbeat vibe. High ceilings and a second floor with additional seating upstairs. Chipotle will always hold a special place in my heart. But if I find myself craving some queso I might sneak over to Moe's. read more

My wife has been eating at Moe's since 2000 in Atlanta. This location was a real disappointment for her. She said her meal was slightly better than Taco Bell. Which I would take is an insult. They got our order wrong and then when they replaced it was extremely small. Thus the Taco Bell reference. Mine was OK little light on the chicken but tasted good. I like this Moe's Southwest Grill location on Long Point Road in Mt. Pleasant. I often find myself here when I am in that area of Mt. Pleasant. They give an authentic "Welcome To Moes!" every time I enter and everyone there is cool and friendly. The restaurant is clean and the service is efficient. I like that there is a second level to this location and go up there to eat many times when I go there. I like the view. This is one of my favorite Moe's locations. read more

Wouldn't try, didn't care just down right rude. This location posted an 11:00 am open time and didn't open until 12:30. If I owned these franchises I would be gravely concerned. This location has been "Our Moes" since graduating from Clemson. We go there on a monthly basis, mostly for take outs. The food and service is consistently good but changed yesterday from good to amazing. I was going to go in and out for a quick dinner to go order, but as I was setting down the container on the floor it flipped, things got everywhere and bean juice dripped down the door. It was sad and I was panicking, running into the store to grab some napkins. The team members helped me calm down and asked if I want a replacement meal, I said yes, assuming that when I go in for it I will reorder and pay again. After I got most of the mess cleaned up and went inside, they had my order ready to go at the check out counter. When I ate it 15 minutes later, it was exactly how I ordered it (very particular order too). Hopefully this comment won't get the team members in trouble. This location will be our favorite now! Just be careful on everything you selecting to add to your meal because the prices will jump up quick as many of the items such as queso and guacamole have an extra charge to it .
