I have come here about 4 times. My overall experience is usually good. Although today seemed to be a little different. I came in to eat with a friend and our waiter was not the best. We were seated and it seems like it took quite a while for the waiter to come take our order. He finally got our order and never came back to check on us until we were just about done with our meal. The entire time I was in dire need of a refill! The taste of the food was good, not amazing but good. I suppose the fact that i am of Mexican descend i expect a lot more from most Mexican restaurants, but this is not an authentic Mexican restaurant so i cant compare it to real Mexican food. Overall i would recommend this place because i have had good experiences in the past. I believe this time just had a lot to do with the waiter who did not meet my needs. read more

Guizo al lemon is amazing, limey and spicy! Also they have the best fajitas! Manager Deion and his staff give excellent customer service! There was a misunderstanding in my order when I picked it up, but Deion went above and beyond and had it correctly delivered to my door. Waited 20 minutes for glasses of waters. Took another 15-20 minutes for queso. Basically, we were ignored as soon as we walked in. Cheese dip was cold, bland, and lumpy. Salsa was bland and watery. Terrible experience. read more

Mojitos was GREAT! We ordered the queso with jalapenos and sausage--very tasty, but not as spicy as expected! Fish tacos were phenomenal. They had a much fresher and unique taste to your normal fish tacos. Not deep-fried and came with a mango salsa and ranch style dressing. The chimichanga was very flavorful and delicious. My only complaint was the service. They were very timely and prompt; however, our server was uneducated and was unable to answer many questions about the menu. read more

This place was kind of nuts last night. I got offered chips every 3 mins and if I said no because my table was full of chips the waitress would walk off shaking their heads. It took an hour just to get a sprite for my son. They got my order wrong so I watched my friend eat her whole meal while I was just waiting hungry. This location has some of the rudest and most incompetent staff. It takes too long to be served, service is slow and food is cold by the time it makes it to your table. This was our third and final time at this location. Fayetteville is worth the drive if you want Mojitos. read more

Sat at the bar for drinks and dinner on a Friday around 6. Service initially was good with chips and Salsa before we even sat...bartender on spot to take our drink orders and menus delivered. After that went downhill..took some time to get our food ordered and a second order of drinks. We ordered fajitas to share for two as we told them..fajitas came warm not hot and only 3 tortillas for 2 people after we told them we were sharing. Asked for more and they gave us 3 more quickly. I love Mexican food and you can't really go too wrong, but I just didn't like the food here. I ordered the Razorback enchiladas. I love enchiladas and you usually can't go wrong there. But the cheese inside was processed cheese. Three enchiladas full of processed cheese. I just couldn't do it. I've been to MANY "Mexican" restaurants since I've moved to NWA. Let me tell you Mojitos is by far the best and my favorite! I come here any time I feel like I'm missing home. However tonight I was blown away. Ruben was bartending, he was so kind and attentive. So on it to the point that we didn't realize he was also serving multiple tables out of his section at the same time. Best server/bartender. We came 1 1/2 hours before they were closing and food came out fast, fresh and good. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Visiting from Dallas and this place is like Mi Cocina back home. The service was great and their drink specials are amazing. 16oz margarita for like $4 during happy hour, which I believe ends at 7PM. The food was also great. I'm Hispanic and live in Texas, so I would like to think I know a little about Mexican food. First visit to Mojitos and pleasantly surprised. Thrilled to see a dedicated vegetarian section on the menu which to us always indicates an intention to serve vegetarians rather than expecting us to dig through and/or make special requests. The veggie quesadillas were amazing - will definitely order again. The spinach/cheese combo enchilada plate was good but the cheese in the cheese enchilada was still grated/cold - surprisingly common. The five stars stand proud because of the fantastic service from Liz and the completely unexpected visit from manager Jasmine to apologize for the enchiladas (which were also taken off the bill without request). This kind of proactive customer service is unheard of in this area even in the "nice" restaurants. What a lovely surprise to receive it at a casual, affordable eatery like Mojitos. Very average food. Had Enchiladas. Refried beans are so over salted I couldn't eat them. Mexican rice is so bland. Table side guacamole was real good! Yum! Service is fast and friendly. We visited on a weeknight before Thanksgiving with out of town friends. We will not return. We ordered two house Margaritas, and two Gold Margaritas. None of us finished our Margarita, which is unheard of with this group. Even the Gold Margaritas were bitter. Other chains, and family owned have better tasting house Margaritas.
