Some dishes were a bit lackluster - we eat with our eyes and some things didn't look super appetizing. We found ourselves saying "we're glad we didn't order that because it doesn't look very tasty". Next time, I'd order something different even though I'm an eggs benny girl through and through.

We had the breakfast sandwich with sausage, a BLT on a croissant, biscuits and gravy, pancakes with fruit, and a croissant-waffle fusion with lemon and sweet cream. Honestly, everything was delicious. What I appreciate most is the atmosphere. These restaurants just feel comfortable, welcoming, and easy to enjoy with family or friends. My favorite hang out space in Northeast Minneapolis. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. I've tried the Cuban sandwich, Bahn Mi, breakfast sandwiches, various specials and desserts and all were great. Lots of choices on excellent coffee and some good teas too. The best thing about this place though is the atmosphere and the staff. The walls are covered in local art and serves as an art gallery. There is a small stage for music which is always lovely, not too loud to drown out other conversation. In another corner is a pottery wheel space where local artists demonstrate their work. Super fun. There is also a small outdoor patio for warmer weather days. I've used them for catering a breakfast business meeting and everyone loved the food and coffee. When my husband ordered a really big hot chocolate the other night he got this lovely drink and the owner, Marko, came by later with a pitcher to top it off again with more deliciousness. read more

Parking is street parking which wasn't a problem when we were there but may be a problem at busier times. The interior is handicapped friendly, but again parking could be an issue.
