Spot by this place as I was in need of some hot tea, on a cold morning. The service was decent, and the shop was small but cute. They offered basic tea options nothing special, and kinda pricey for what you get. Maybe their coffee is more unique, but for me I'd probably check out another spot next time.

so cute! Such a lovely coffee shop on polk with plenty of seating & good quality coffee. Prices are relatively reasonable as well

solid latte with such great vibes. really well decorated and clean, modern feel with good lighting. I came early to study and it was peaceful with a great view of the bustling street outside. later in the morning, it got busier as more people came to do work or catch up with friends. would def recommend checking this cute spot out!

I can hear chasing a high from a previous take away order here of the same egg and cheese. Back then it was super gooey and warm and the perfect texture. Sadly it was not replicated this time. An average taste at best, egg was pretty cooked. With a latte and tip this was shy of 20 dollars Service was alright, very friendly staff, however I was rather off put that they stared at the screen as the tip section came on. Cute cafe to sit in due to its interior but I will not be back to sit in it. At least they have compostable straws

This cafe was cute! Came here on a Sunday afternoon and it was practically empty. I liked the atmosphere as there was a lot of seating and books in the bookshelves. The servers were nice but the pastries on the counter looked a bit old as they looked like they've been there a while. I got a hot chocolate and it came out really quick. However, I lifted up the cup and it felt like the drink was only filled 3/4ths of the way to the top which was disappointing. The hot chocolate was okay; it wasn't too sweet and didn't have anything special about it. I was kind of disappointed as it costed $5.50 which is pretty expensive for a 16 oz drink that was probably only 12 oz as it wasn't filled to the top. Probably won't be back here again.

First time! We got the chai latte with oat milk and the other drink was a cappuccino. The chai latte was an 8.5/10 - sweet but not too sweet, mild chai flavor Cappuccino was average - not as smoothly blended and on the bitter side - heavy on the foam Cute interior and ample seating to work on your laptop!

It's so cozy and homey here. They are a café that serves their coffee in mugs instead of paper cups which I like. It seems like a popular place for people that live in the area to grab something before walking to work. It's fun to sit outside and observe busy Polk Street. Closes on the early side at 3pm.

A perfectly well-balanced cup of coffee + cocoa. This is definitely the place to get a mocha on Polk in the city. Also, I love the educational mural on the wall. I learned so much about coffee beans!

I had the biggest caffeine itch and stopped by Moka. I got an iced latte and left feeling not quite satisfied. The drink felt more watery than I would have preferred. However the staff was quite friendly and the inside has nice seating options.

My favorite coffee shop on Polk and my favorite mocha in all of SF! Food: my go to drink order is a mocha with oat milk (hot or iced, they're both amazing) and my go to food order is the Canadian bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. Consistently delicious! Service: above and beyond! The folks here are so kind and not to mention, extremely efficient Ambiance: cute and cozy! Their indoor space is perfect for getting some work done. Lots of seating and outlets! They have a few outdoor tables and seats that are great for enjoying your drink on a warm day

This spot is so quaint and cute! The ladies working here are honestly so nice, and during the weekdays the mornings in this coffee shop are really chill and quiet. Brought my laptop and worked here for the first few hours of the day and it was perfect. There were outlets and free wifi, and had the perfect spot facing the window. Felt like working outside! Got myself an oat milk latte & and egg and cheese croissant and they even warm it up for you without asking!

Cool little shop tucked away on Polk. Service was quick enough but not particularly friendly. Espresso shot was tasty and came up quick.

You have to use the QR code to see the breakdown of the menu. My favorite is the velvet matcha. It is so creamy and has the perfect sweetness. Honestly wish I had 100 of them. Staff is friendly and their gluten free brownie is pretty good. There are some tables but they are pretty small and the place gets busy. There is not a great place to wait for drinks, so sometimes I feel like I'm in the way. They are quick though, so that is not long. Can't wait to come back!

The coffee bar is open with the ability to see baristas making drinks as ordered with also a display for pastries to pair with the drinks. Service: The baristas were extremely friendly and diligent on getting drinks swiftly made to order, while also being knowledgeable and helpful with questions on the menu. Wait time: Less than 10 minutes between ordering of food / drink and it being ready when going at 10am on a Sunday. Matcha: The Velvet matcha had a good matcha flavor without being overly sweet and a good balance between ice and actual drink. The matcha foam that goes on top is also not excessive while providing a more deep flavor profile that the actual drink lacks a little in. They do also have lids on a side table to allow for you to take your drink on the go with both a straw option and sip lid built into the same top. The matcha crepe cake was okay but did not really have a strong matcha taste to it and the crepes themselves were not very flavorful either. For Presidio Heights, Q Specialty Coffee is a solid tasting matcha with plenty of natural lighting and a great place to catch up with friends or colleagues while enjoying a beverage.

You order before you get seated when you first walk in. Def gets busy after 12! We got the hojicha latte and strawberry latte. The hojicha was very nice and nutty. The strawberry latte on the other hand was very overpoweringly flavored of the strawberry jam :(. I felt it tasted a bit artificial and didn't really let the matcha taste come through, I would stick to-the hojicha. 4.5/10 For food we got the fish sandwich and the pork katsu sandwich. The fish sandwich was decent, the cheese was cold but the fish was nice and flaky. I wish the fish skin was a bit more crunchy but I did like the slaw and sauce on it. 6.5/10 The pork one was soooo good and juicy. The crust was super crunchy and surrounded by the soft bread was such a nice texture. There was a sweet sauce which balanced the sandwhich nicely. Would get again! 8/10 We also saw the Japanese breakfast bento which looked realllly good and the salmon with matcha broth that others ordered and would def come back to try those! TLDR; would get the pork katsu sandwhich and hojicha. Would come back to try the bento and the salmon in matcha broth!!

Coffee is great and staff is always super welcoming and have attention to detail. I always stop in for a bag of freshly roasted beans and doing so gets you a free cup of drip coffee or cold brew. The only thing that is slightly inconvenient is the constantly long line to order. On the bright side once you order you get your drink right away regardless of what you order. It's a solid assembly line operation they got going. Especially in my case when I typically only get a bag of beans to-go I wonder if they could change the system to allow me to forgo the line altogether, that would be a pleasant change. Anyways I highly recommend this coffee shop! High quality all the way around!

The cup sizes should be smaller for this or you need to redo the ratios. ): I have their beans at home and the beans are 10/10 though! Aesthetic cafe with decent amount of seating.
