Went here twice with two different experiences. I had their normal hot latte and that was super good. Proportions were perfect. Got their iced latte the 2nd time around and omg. That was a tall glass of milk. The light colored one is whole milk, and the darker one was with oat milk. They both didn't have a coffee taste so I was super disappointed. The cup sizes should be smaller for this or you need to redo the ratios. ): I have their beans at home and the beans are 10/10 though! Aesthetic cafe with decent amount of seating. They only allow service dogs and support animals.

This place is great! The coffee was excellent, I especially loved the house made almond macadamia milk. The service was also good and quick, even though the line was long. Store inside was very cute with decent seating as well. Will definitely return!

Came here morning of Bay to Breakers! They have a tight ship running. Staff were so sweet and patient. Shop has a lot of open space and is pretty clean. Some little tables and one big communal table. Ice lavender matcha latte was delish! Prefect flavor. I also got the orange cake muffin (gluten free) and the carrot cake muffin with cream cheese filling (gluten free). Both were so good and moist! Def will be coming back again!

Beautiful interior space with ample seating and amazing natural light, super friendly staff, and stunning latte art! Got a mocha and it was nicely sweetened without being overly rich. The staff were so kind and friendly, and offered to carry the mocha to the table for me. They had a good amount of pastries available at 12pm on a Sunday. The flight looks so fun -- I'd definitely come back to work here!

Drinks are great, even the non caffeinated option - got a yuzu hibiscus spritz and it was delicious! Ham & cheese croissant was solid as well. The service is great, they take your order then make it right in front of you. Staff is so friendly. Good amount of seating in this location as well, great for studying/getting work done. Love the ambiance, super clean, minimalistic, modern.

Best place for a pour over if you're in the Rincon Hill area. Plenty of tables to work remotely, catch up with friends, or have a quiet morning as you read a book. Love the aesthetics of the cafe and the quality of the drinks. Definitely one of the best coffee shops in the city.

The seasonal honey lavender latte completely sold me on St. Frank Coffee. It was smooth and creamy, with a beautifully pulled espresso shot. The flavor was slightly earthy, and every sip felt balanced and it was genuinely enjoyable!

I was walking to Old Navy when I stopped by Saint Frank's this coffee spot is really good. I ordered a pumpkin latte hot and Fast and reliable I would definitely come here and try their different coffee Service here is fast and reliable on. Ambulance is really nice. It was super crowded on a Friday and there was a lot of people doing work here there. It is also close to Embarcadero Old Navy gap and Athleta are also super close by.

Very cool addition to the neighborhood. Busy on a Sunday afternoon which made for a nice vibe and lively place to visit when the neighborhood is otherwise quiet on a weekend. The line moves quickly because they are very efficient - a barista took our order and made our drinks right away while we moved down the line to the cashier. Pricey but that is par for the area. Sit outside on the ascending benches to the left of the cafe!

15 mins walk from my workplace. Nice, cute spot full of people working and chatting. There were two employees behind the coffee bar, and the woman kindly explained which coffees are popular and her personal favorite. I forgot which coffee I ordered, but I also got a black sesame pastry--both were delicious. Lighting was bright from the glass front, noise level was moderate, and I liked the wood flooring and paneling.

Quick caffeine stop with my best friend! We're both fans of Saint Frank Coffee, this was just my first time at their downtown location. The cafe is clean and modern. It's a popular spot for downtown folks to grab caffeine at on their breaks or to work at. There's typically a line so you just wait outside. Seating is available inside with a few tables and communal tables to sit, work, and sip at. The service was fine. I got an Iced Matcha Latte with Almond Macadamia Milk. The drink was alright, not creamy and heavier on the nuttiness. Not my fave but I think it's cause of my preference. I'd get it with oat next time. My best friend enjoyed her drink! Needing caffeine in FiDi, Saint Frank is a good option with quality and affordable drinks. Their cafe is off Folsom Street with limited street parking but close to offices.

Saint Frank ended up being the highlight of my most recent SF trip for GDC. I had been meaning to go for years, and it lived up to it. I went to the Folsom St location and, honestly, it was one of the most accessible coffee shops I've been to, especially in SF. Very wheelchair friendly, including a clean bathroom, and the space was big enough that even once it got busy I didn't feel in the way. Also appreciated that it wasn't all high tops and tall seating. Coffee was very good. We did the flight, which was a fun way to taste how differently the same bean could show up. Pastries were good too. I got my Dandelion fix with a cookie, and the ham and cheese croissant was solid. Also took beans home and made a really tasty pour over. Definitely on my must-visit-again list.

Another solid coffee spot in my books. Grabbed a coffee on a workday morning. A line had already formed around 9AM. Plenty of seating indoors to chat and do work. Very clean and modern too. They seem to be very into their beans which was awesome. I ended up getting an orange cream latte as it seemed to be a popular choice and I was pleasantly surprised. I'm usually not an orange cream fan but this was quite good! Espresso was also nice and strong without being overpowered by the milk and flavoring. Totally recommend to anyone to check out!

They explained that the flight includes an espresso shot, espresso shot with milk, hot coffee, and iced coffee. I hadn't had a straight espresso shot before, so this wasn't for me personally just because it was so overpowering. I enjoyed the other three though. Like the majority of SF, parking is difficult to locate. I was dropped off nearby the location. There is indoor and outdoor seating; I was able to grab an empty spot late in the morning on a weekend, but I don't think seating is always readily available. It's not a huge space.

So we got an extra drink for free. Trying the iced latte, it was pretty disappointing lol. I thought it would be similar to like a Hawaiian style latte with macadamia milk, but it was a lot lighter than I thought. It was definitely very nutty, but it also just tasted like water down latte. Honestly not much going on with the drink, but it does taste lighter in general. Crazy have to pay $1.50 more to add on this milk. Overall, its alright. I do like the natural lighting coming into the shop, but nothing too special.

We chose this large city location thanks to easy parking and a convenient stop on our drive. It was a beautiful morning, which was easy to enjoy thanks to the high ceilings, big glass windows, and open main door. The first floor has a central counter to order food and drinks; the glass cabinet has a bunch of rotating pastries from a local bakery. They have restrooms and a merchandise area here too. At the front are counter seats along the front window, and also a horseshoe that looks into the roasting area, which is a great place to smell the beans. There's an upstairs loft that overlooks the cafe below, also with a test kitchen area and offices across to the front. They definitely have a larger business going on, and I can see why it's so popular. We ordered a latte, iced coffee, and various pastries to start our day. Prices were reasonable for the quality. All the baristas were friendly and fast to help.

Where Sightglass lost points for me: -Fire up that hot spot, because there's no wifi. -My husband's breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle. -Worst of all... paper straws. It's located at the filthy corner of 4th and Clara, which made the outside smell of urine. Fortunately the cafe itself is pretty clean, which is a nice escape from the street. I ordered an Americano and my friend got one of their $8+ lattes, which were fine, but nothing special. My biggest gripe was the service and absolute scorn of the customer. My friend and I sat at the counter basically in a staring contest with the woman behind the counter, who just stared right back. After some 30 seconds, we finally flagging her down to place our order. After turning around the drinks suspiciously quickly, my friend and I sat down to catch-up in the empty cafe. Before long, the barista pumps up the volume, increasing higher and higher every 5 minutes or so, as if to signal to us that our time was up. I asked her to turn down the volume, which she tuned down from an 11 to a 7, but minutes later it continued to creep up, like the snooze setting of an alarm clock coaxing you to wake up - except in this case, to get out. Ultimately, the volume got unbearable and we finally threw in the towel and got out of there to let the barista enjoy her music.
