They finally arrive at 2:15pm. I requested to use my own products previously and they were pulling out all the cleaners. I reminded them and they said ok. I showed them the 3 1/2 baths. (Master bath wasn't bad, nor the second bath, the 3rd bath was pretty rough and the 1/2 bath was a 10 min job if that) and the bedrooms. I was in the middle of washing and changing sheets so bedding was on the floor. Because you know, waiting around I had to get stuff done. One bath I didn't even want them to do because my son was sleeping. Then Anna texted me that they can't use my products and needs to use theirs. I said no as my son has cancer and that is very toxic and affects his lungs. Then she says I need a deep cleaning for $650 for ONLY the bathrooms. Then lowers to $390 with no kitchen. At this point I'm pretty agitated and I decline. The cleaners leave and then she texts she will do $390 for bathrooms and kitchen. Last change before they leave.
