This place stands out in a bland shopping center in a bland town. It is a sort of fast casual; one places an order at the register and then waits a bit for them to get it started, before getting called to select some toppings. Their selection of fresh toppings was fantastic, and I think I indulged the people working there on it, but ended up with a fantastic wrap. Their falafel is distinctively spiced, and they had flaming hot sauce, house made hummus, and an excellent variety of fresh and preserved vegetables. They did not have a whole lot else on the menu (at least from a vegetarian perspective) and I always feel a little weird getting falafel without fries, but I could not realistically expect a better sandwich that the one I received here.

Stopped in at Momi's Kitchen because of the Yelp reviews, and I'm SO glad we did! Everything was incredibly well-seasoned and packed with flavor. I got the shawarma and my husband got the lamb kabobs, and both were next level! The pita chips were light, crispy, and absolutely delicious. The falafel balls are on the smaller side, but WOW are they yummy. And the portions are HUGE! Our favorite bite was layering the crispy pita chips with the meat and all the delicious toppings. That combination was oh-so-good! Definitely a hidden gem we're happy to have found. We'll absolutely be back!

Ordered a shawarma wrap this time and loved it. Plenty of food inside of the wrap once the toppings were added. I also tried their fries. I was expecting regular plain fries but no these fries were fresh, hot, crispy, and seasoned well. The owner and his wife are always hospitable and welcoming. And the cleanliness is top tier. This is also one place that I will be able to enjoy meals with my mom who uses a wheelchair. Very accessible and will be easy for her to navigate.

Momi's is a local favorite of mine. The owner, Mustafah and his family take great pride in this restaurant and it shows! Everything is made fresh and tastes amazing. All of his sauces are made in-house. The lemonade was delicious, I will be back for more of that! The restaurant is clean and the service is always excellent. I had not been here in months and my lunch yesterday proved they still got it. If you have not been you have to try it at least once!

Momi's is absolutely delicious and I wish I lived closer. The chicken is addictive. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. The staff are super friendly and you can tell that they really care. The meat is grilled fresh to order so there's a little bit of a wait, but I never mind. The platters with vegetables, rice, and chickpeas have always been excellent. Portions are generous. There aren't a ton of good options in this area but Momi's is definitely one and I always look forward to returning.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this adorable new Middle Eastern spot, and I'm already obsessed! It has a super fun and easy Chipotle-style setup--you pick a base and then choose 5 fresh, homemade ingredients to build your own delicious bowl or plate. It's perfect for customizing your meal, and every option is honestly better than the last. I went with a coworker who is Middle Eastern, and they immediately said it was the best Middle Eastern food they've had in the area--which says a lot! Every single ingredient tasted so fresh and flavorful, and you could truly tell it's all made from scratch with love. The owner is the sweetest person ever--so kind and welcoming, and he made us feel right at home. His whole family was there helping out too, and they were just as lovely. You can really feel the heart and soul behind this place. If you're looking for something casual, fresh, and absolutely delicious, this spot is it. It's like a Middle Eastern Chipotle--but a thousand times better. Go now before the secret's out!

I will make a detour to specifically eat at this location. The warmth and excellent customer service, along with fresh top of the line offerings, is a combo that can't be beat. Mediterranean food cooked to perfection. We ordered two meals to go. One vegetarian plate showcasing the Falafel Balls and the second Lamb and Beef Kebabs. Simple deliciousness. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the items on the menu.

Don't be put off by my photo - this food is delish. Hot, healthy, fresh!!! I had the chicken Kabob platter with rice, grilled veggies, chickpeas, red cabbage, cucumber salad, tziki and hummus just how i like it - lot going on which is why it looks like that . I had the salmon special. It was my first time there and I knew I should've gotten adjourned pita pocket on the side coz that's all that was missing. I got everything except hummus or chickpeas because I absolutely hate chickpeas. But it was very flavorful. I decided to try this new Mediterranean style restaurant Momi's a few weeks ago located at St. Charles Shopping Center. It's right off St. Patrick's. I walk in, and the ambiance reminded me of a school cafeteria. Just groups of tables and chairs stuck in a huge open space. At first glance, I thought it was a buffet, until I noticed that I would be getting served like a student. Customer service was good. Ordered Lamb Kabobs, and waited to be called after I paid. Pricey ($20) for a small plate. Also, a small drink to say the least. Got called, and was handed a plate with my two Kabobs. You get five toppings, but the guy at the food line was serving me portions like he was rationing it out during a famine. (Don't ask me to name what I was trying because I don't remember the names - except white rice.) Flavor was okay, but it left me wanting more food to eat. I left slightly dissatisfied and still hungry. It's worth checking out if you want to try something different. For me, the experience left me with a "one and done" thought. read more

Oh my gosh. Where do I begin. This place is a gem and I really pray that more people discover it because the people who work here are so genuine and nice. And the food!!! THE FOOD IS PHENOMENAL. My mouth was watering just looking at it. It's very clean, smells great as soon as you walk in, and just feels so welcoming. Went in without knowing anything about this restaurant, not even that it was Mediterranean. We were hungry and didn't want Golden Arches, or over priced chicken wings. Very clean and open seating area. We weren't sure about what to get on the menu but the staff was very helpful on helping us pick out what we'd like. Amazingly fresh and delicious. We were also a party of five but were only given one menu to share so not very convenient. I ordered the Chicken & Shami Kabob and it came with a choice of white or brown rice, one side, and naan. The meal looked nothing like the photo on the restaurant's website. The portion was overwhelmingly rice with very little meat. None of the garnishes shown in the picture were included on the rice. For $24 I expected a much better presentation and a more balanced portion. Oh and the meat was kind of dry. Parts of our order were missing, some dishes that came out were incorrect. The experience felt disorganized and the food didn't justify the price.

Great food all around ! There's so much flavor in all their fresh dishes! We try to go at least once every 2 weeks. We have not had anything we haven't loved. My favorites are the kabobs (chicken, lamb, and beef!) and the hummus side! Service is also great. I usually ask the employees to add in the toppings they recommend.
