I would give this no stars if I could. Went there once, waitress seemed cold and hurried but ok. Daughter got a roll she really liked and had subbed regular tuna because she didn't want the spicy tuna it came with with no problems. So we went back again during happy hour. My daughter got a roll but asked for it deep-fried instead. The waitress said it would be $1 more which was inline with what was on the regular menu. Went again during happy hour. Waitress was downright rude. Daughter asked for same roll to be deep fried again. This time it was $2. We got a bento box. One of the edamame had very obviously been peeled open and empty. Only thing I can think is that they are reusing edamame. It was just not open in a way that could've happened any other way than by hand. Last night was the final straw. Despite serious reservations about the practices in the kitchen, I tried to order my daughter's favorite roll to go. After being put on hold several times I finally get across that she would like plain tuna instead of spicy tuna. This person - obviously bothered at this point - tells me it will be $4 more to do that. What?? After being put on hold yet again she comes back and tells me no its $1 extra. I asked why is it extra? It's the same kind of fish, the same amount of the fish, just not spicy. She then flat out YELLED at me "do you want to order any food or no". I said I don't want to have to pay extra for a substitution of the same kind. She proceeded to hang up on me. We went down the road to Noodle21. Super friendly service. No problem subbing out a different fish in a roll for my daughter, and my daughter said the roll was super good. We gave Mo Mo's too many chances as it was and we have definitely found our new sushi place in town. Noodle21 for the win! read more

I'm notoriously cheap, so it is a big deal for me when a meal for 4 is $94! I just get blinded by the thought of that cash winging away forever... Even so, I have to admit, that it was a fair price for the meal we had at Momo's. Our sushi was impeccably fresh, very pretty on the plate and everything we ate was deliciously homemade - no shop-bought gyozo - where many places will cut corners and use frozen. Service was unobtrusive and the dining room was clean. My only dislike was how dim they keep the place. I like to see across the table without squinting, so if they want the lights that low, it'd be nice to have a candle on the table. There is also a good inexpensive 'Happy Hour' menu for sushi between 3 & 5 pm. read more

First visit today. The booths sit very low and are very uncomfortable and the music is loud and obnoxious. That being said, the food is amazing. Two of us shared the Avocado Bomb, Albacore Roll, and Steamed Pork Dumplings. Very large portion sizes and great flavor. Will visit again. read more

My fiancé and I were visiting Downtown Branson. We stopped in during happy hour to grab a bite. The service was superb but the food less than stellar. We ate off their happy hour menu and had mochi. I was really excited to try mochi but upset when it came covered in chocolate syrup and ready whip. The sushi pieces were giant and the crab was minced tossed In sriracha sauce. We stopped in here because I was craving sushi after our drive from KC. We stopped in for the lunch combos, though our appetites grew as we waited for service. We both ordered 3 rolls from the dinner menu instead of the two from the lunch menu. Service was slow; however, she was kind and attentive when we asked her over to our table. It seemed like she was the only server there. Truth be told, my expectations were not high- Branson and sushi just don't gel together, right?? It wasn't horrible and it wasn't good. If "meh" was a description, it would be our lunch from Momo's. It took longer than usual to actually eat lunch because we did not receive wasabi or ginger. We noticed there was no ginger after the server brought out the wasabi. Let's chat about the wasabi- you see, it was HOT, spicy hot. It completely lacked in flavor though. The highlight of our lunch experience was the crab rangoon. My 6 yr old has deemed himself a crab rangoon connoisseur. It was quite tasty to my older palate. Love this place!!! Can't say enough good things about it!! Everything I get is so good! My favorite roll is the baked snow, fav appetizer is the crab Rangoon the avocado bombs or the tuna tataki. The lunch or dinner boxes have so much good food definitely worth the price! The sashimi and nigiri is fresh and their smoked salmon is super good. If you don't like sushi they have tons of soups, salad and entrees! My husband loves the chicken teriyaki. I usually get some cold saki the unfiltered one in the green bottle called silk dream and they have good mixed drinks as well as liquor beer and wine. Open until 10 during regular season and the service is exceptional. If you are looking for good sushi and entrees for a reasonable price then this is the place for you! read more

We went here for dinner. It was actually packed with people, but we were spaced enough to feel safe. The waitress was kind. We got the dinner plate combo, which was a GREAT deal. You get salad, soup, crab Rangoon, rice and 2-3 rolls/protein. Overall we got a lot of food for a very fair price. While this wasn't the best sushi I've ever had, it was pretty good. Went on a Sunday afternoon in early July around 230. Noticed a happy hour sign for 3 when we left. Don't know what is offered during that time. Ordered a benti box of shrimp tempura and vegetables. The tempura was prepared to perfection. White rice, miso soup, delicious cold green salad with a very tasty rice dressing. Sushi roll was also tasty and plentiful. Every expectation from a benti box was met. I would order again. A light pair of eaters could share because then deserts could be considered. I was too full. Service was appropriate and we were taken care of. Offered us to go water cups when leaving! Really appreciated that gesture for more walking around Branson. The only down side was that the rolls seemed to be as bit larger around than we are used to having. They were not as firm and so fell apart when we tried to eat each one. I would recommend MoMo to anyone looking for sushi in Branson. I ordered the choose two dinner box with a tuna roll and a spicy tuna roll. It came with a salad, rice, steamed edamame, 2 crab rangoons, and miso soup as sides. All for only $15. Yes, I said $15. My husband also got the choose two dinner box with orange chicken and beef teriyaki. He substituted miso and edamame for lo mein noodles. And he opted for fried rice opposed to white rice.He also had the salad and 2 crab rangoons. As a table we ordered the fried gyoza and crab rangoons as appetizers. The gyoza was phenomenal. The crab rangoons were hot and just sweet enough to offset the tang of the cream cheese. They were served with a sweet thickened sauce that was reminiscent of a sweet and sour/duck sauce combination. I enjoyed them immensely. My tuna roll was very basic. Rice, cucumber, nori, and tuna. They were perfect and cured my sushi craving. The spicy tuna roll was yummy, but spicier than I like (personal preference, not an issue with the food). Bonus, the restaurant keeps small dipping bowls on the table for your soy sauce. I got the white rice and it was deliciously sticky. It was easy to eat with my chopsticks. The salad was a standard mix with an Asian style ginger dressing. The salad was a little over dressed and near the end was a touch over powering. The edamame is served in the pod, steamed and salted. Once again, simple but delicious. The miso soup was ok, but again just not something that I typically enjoy- I do like to try different things. The orange chicken was very good. It was not overly sweet or saturated with sauce. The beef teriyaki was tender with really good flavor. The fried rice was also sticky, very similar to the white rice, with vegetables. Hubby enjoyed it. The lo mein was hot, and scrumptious. On to service. We waited a couple minutes to be seated, their was a fair amount of people in the restaurant for a cold Sunday evening. The hostess and wait staff were all very friendly and courteous. I called ahead and made a to go order, I was in a hurry & I also had my 10 week old puppy with me. I was not going to leave my puppy in the car even if it wasn't going to be more then 10 min, I understand that animals can not go into a restaurant unless they are a service dog, and I do plan on making her a service dog. The Manager (Don't know her name) proceed to not give me my food because she wasn't a service dog, I proceeded to explain that I wasn't going to leave her out in the car and that I was going to make her a service dog once she got older. She didn't try and listen to me and forced me to leave. I called to speak to the manger, just to find out it was her! While on the phone she didn't feel the need to listen to me and had the audacity to tell me that I have an attitude when I was just trying to explain my point of view. Even if it was that big of a deal she could have made me wait outside, until I got my food. She didn't even try and solve the problem.
