Excellent pizza with nice thin crust. Friendly on the phone. Fast delivery to our hotel. 20 mins from placing order.

Normally really good. However this last time I placed an order, it was for chicken Caesar salad and all I got was lettuce and chicken. I called them to let them know that there is more to a Caesar salad than that and she apologized and was nice however I asked for the manager and he wouldn't get in the phone. I asked for a refund and the girl said she would get back to me. No one ever called me but next thing I knew there was a fresh salad at my door. I did not ask for that. I asked for my money back. So I called again. The girl said her manager decided to send me the salad despite me saying I did not want a replacement salad. At work people place order from them all the time. So I called again today to order for someone else and they asked my name and refused to serve me. Wow. You can't handle someone asking for their money back because you delivered bad food? Sad. When I let her know of the business they'll loose by not taking my order she then decided to take the order. I'm the person who places orders for at least 20 people. I didn't even get an apology for the food being wrong. The manager immediately didn't want to deal with it and is now refusing my business. Maybe if the manager had taken some responsibility and tried to handle the situation it would have been a better outcome. So sad. read more

I ordered a pizza for an elderly neighbor at 400. At 445 I called back and was told it's on the way. I called back at 515 and was told the delivery driver is on the way again. AT 550 I was called and was told that the person who took my order didn't put my pizza order into the computer. They asked me if I still wanted it made. Unfortunately, I couldn't tell them what I really wanted them to do with the pizza. They had the audacity to offer half off. I said you should give it to the elderly man for free. Of course, the manager was conveniently not available to speak any time I called or when they called. They threw out Sorry we got busy or sorry like it was a two cent term. Delicious pizza and quick delivery to Bay Harbor Islands. Pizza is always fresh and perfectly crispy crust, never overcooked or doughy. My kids say "mom can you order Moncheese" they don't ask me to order pizza. read more

The Delivery Service here Sucks, i am giving them one star because it is the minimum if not i will give them 0. So I order my food from the St Regis Hotel, the place where i work and we order a lot from this place. After 1 Hr waiting i called them and asked the extremely poor customer service rude lady what was happening with my food. She reply "your food is on his way, we are doing our best", then one of my colleges informed me that the delivery guy was waiting at the wrong building with the wrong name. I called back the same rude lady and she then informed me that my food just came back because nobody was there to received, (SHE WAS LYING). i told her that she had provided the delivery guy with the wrong building, the wrong name and no phone number to contact and that that was the reason why my food was so late. she then asked me did you want your food or not ? i replied may i speak with a Supervisor or manager on duty? she said that no one was available, after a long time waiting on the phone, the "Supervisor" (according to him his name is Quinting) said to me that no delivery guys wants to deliver to the hotel because there is always a problem, suggested him that maybe if the provided the correct information thing could go better for the business. then he asked me the same question, "so you want your food or no" i said no brother keep your food, (i think that is a dumb question, of course i wanted my food on time) So i will never order from this place and since i work here and every delivery that came to the hotel we have to escort it to the room, i will make sure that every single delivery goes on "time" from now on So yes, they should not deliver any more to the St Regis :). read more

I wish I could give less than one star, but Yelp won't let me. Just wasted $16 on lunch for my wife and I, should have known it was garbage by the empty seating, but anyway. Stay far away from the chicken parm sandwich---it tasted like an undercooked bit of a human finger, with some coagulated, flavorless government cheese smeared on. The french fries were the only nearly-edible thing we ate, but they were frostbitten and had to be doused in salt, pepper and ketchup just to rid ourselves of the taste and hunger pains. The baked ziti was flavorless, thoughtless and lacking in any kind of gastronomical aesthetic. It was a pile of mush on our plates and there is not much more to say about that one. All in all, my wife enjoyed the ketchup which we supplied the best, and I feel as if I will never be clean again after paying for this meal. Thanks for the terrible meal. The pizza here was horrible, cheese tasted like plastic, and the sauce tasted like water! You cannot eat there, so you are forced to take it somewhere else if, or just order it as delivery! I have given this place multiple tries, but each time is a disappointment. read more

Traditional NY style with soft crust. Delicious. Our only suggestion would be the toppings were a bit sparse. Over all wonderful taste.

I am always disappointed so will not order there again. First, don't ever order any of the salads, whether it be a green salad or caprese etc. They are meager and charge way too much money for what it is. The pizza is not good. No flavor, not hot, and again the slices are small. I would get something there in a pinch, but after last time, I will not give them my money for always cheaping out with me. I ordered 2 slices and a small soda and paid almost $8. Except that when I got home I saw that they had only given me one slice. Annoying. read more
