I used to love this truck! Not sure if they possibly got a new chef but the quality of the food has not been the same. I would order from them pretty often and my food had always come fresh and fast. I had to give them a break as I got extremely sick once. I am not sure if the food was old or what the situation may have been but it wasn't good at all. I decided to give them another chance and I am sad to say that nothing improved. The meat in my sandwich had to have been sitting there for hours if not days the bread was as hard as a rock. The food that I received from here has to be the most disgusting food I have ever had delivered to me. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it smelled FOUL!! As soon as I opened it, I knew something was off... Good thing I was smart enough to open it and inspect what was actually inside of my quesadilla. I found something inside that almost made me throw up; it was slimey and stinky.  The second was part of my order, the grilled chicken with tostones, had to be at least a day old. Don't usually eat at food trucks not because I have anything against them but Visited this food truck for the first time Sunday night / Monday morning and I had Tostones with longaniza and Chuleta ahumada , tried some of a friends churrasco quesadilla , and everything was amazing!
