My sister Went to this place to get tires installed that were delivered there from Amazon. He said he did not receive the order so I showed him the receipt. [[HIGHLIGHT]]One guy was very nice and confirmed the tires were there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I showed him a receipt from Amazon and they printed out the copy. He then comes back and says they did not get a receipt from Amazon. He then says he can't perform the service. I asked him for my tires so I could go somewhere else and he says he all of a sudden can't give them to me. There was also a comment made about being scammed in the past. I admit I was heated but the level of scrutiny for my tires was wild! I called Amazon customer service then magically Monroe called and said they finally received the order. (He told me on the phone they don't get tires delivered just a work order) [[HIGHLIGHT]]The guy was rude, (Admit one was nice) and judging me based on their past experiences with theft[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Came in with an oil issue (red light), I already knew what the issue was and explained what I wanted to be done. They ordered the correct oil, incorrectly put the filter in. If they were unsure of how to work on my car, I wish they had told me, so I could have taken it to a someone who does. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I made an appointment the day before. They were not informed by their offshore appointment managers[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I left my car for 45 minutes to troubleshoot and fix a slow tire leak going on for months. They knew I was a waiter. On return they had not started nor moved the car, but said the car needed a tranny cover. They confused mine with another. I quickly straightened that out. They finally "looked" at the tire. The leak was real, but they could not find it and had not taken the tire off the car to try to find it. They did manage to swap my valve cover for one that does not match. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They told me to come back "if it leaks again" not understanding what I told them when I left the car there at the beginning. Namely it leaks a pound a day for months and I keep topping it off myself with a pump at home[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I realised then it was no use, and this repairman reallly did not want to bother with it. I was not impressed and likely will not go back unless I can stand there and hold their hand or look over their shoulder - which for insurnace reasons .... blah blah yada yada. read more

After waiting about 20 minutes for a group of cars to pass, we then got into their service. Even during their packed schedule they make service quick as easy for you. The service was nice and they also gave a detailed description on everything in our car. They were super helpful and didn't overprice nor fake issues with your vehicle. First time using Monro Tire. Bought tires from Amazon, had option to use Monro for install. Tires shipped to store scheduled appointment though Amazon. Confirmed appt day before with Monro. Showed up at scheduled time and they took car right in. In and out in a little over an hour and couldn't be happier with my experience. Place is clean, Curtis was professional, courteous and polite. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND LOCATION!! Car was dropped off at this location via tow truck due to time and location. After diagnosing, shop location verbally quoted (had to request a detailed written quote) exhorbitant parts costs (over $450 for what would typically be under $200) and over $180 per hour for labor - over $700 for what typically would be a $400 maximum repair!! Written quote confirmed parts and labor costs provided verbally. When questioned they readily admitted they charge this for labor. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upon pickup the manager had gone home (before 4:30pm) and left unqualified individual at front desk who could not answer questions.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Subsequently discovered there were coupons/rebates for services performed that they never offered or applied. This location and its mangement (and shall assume there are others in this company) fully took advantage of a situation and intentionally gouged!! read more

I would not recommend this shop because they are misleading. They included a charge on my receipt that said they refilled my wiper fluid and when I got home I checked and it was totally empty. They also almost charged me for four snow tires when I only was having them put two tires on my car, but they redid the receipt before I paid them. read more

Went there originally for an over-do tire rotation/balance and a rhythmic thumping noise. They were able to salvage my tire and make the best out of a bad situation. A couple days later, found a screw in one of my tires! Called up Monro in the morning and they got me an appointment that afternoon. Was there ~20 min when I saw my car pulled back up front. Showed me what was in my tire, handed me my keys, and told me to have a great rest of my day! No charge for the repair. The owner here is truly a nice guy and his techs do great work. read more

I made a 5:00pm oil change appt. and ended up cancelling it once I got there. I was told I only got away with that appointment time because I made it online (very unwelcoming). Now feeling awkward, I asked how much the oil change would be (I standardly pay $20-$40), and was told it would be $64.99+tax/fees. Surprised, I explained I've never paid that much and cancelled my appointment. As I was walking out they told me to find a cheaper price elsewhere in town and they would match it if I came back...obviously I had little interest in doing that. Called to see if they could do a tire repair (tire leaking air). Said yes. Asked for our year make and model. Great. Do you have run flats, no. All set, see you tomorrow. We come at 8:55am. Hand car over. We go to diner and wait an hour, return to find our car was rejected by the technician because he was afraid to damage the air suspension. BS! I own a restoration shop and know quite a bit about cars. The person at the front, Alex, was rude. I tried explaining that everything was fine and there was nothing to worry about but she invented a concept that didn't exist about our car and that the air suspension would be damaged. So.... How do you change tires on this car... which is where we got our tires done before....??? She didn't know us and thought we were just passing through. We live right next door. She lied and made up excuses and said, "I'm done, I'm not arguing with you, we're not talking your car." So we drove away in our flat tire (they didn't even offer to put air in the tire) and now we're back at home trying to figure out what to do. We will obviously always take our business elsewhere. Which is usually the dealership, but locally we enjoy having someone close by do the work. Not these people. Things down, 1 star for customer service, help, communication and overall professionalism. read more

Terrible! They had a sign outside that said $19.95 oil change, so I took my car in. After they were done, the manager Christopher told me the bill was $60. I asked why and he said the manual for my car said it needed synthetic oil. Not true. I've always used conventional oil and no mechanic has EVER told me that I need synthetic oil. CROOKS! read more

The are considerate of my budgets restraints and do not dumb down the conversation regarding issues with my truck. They also give insightful info regarding potential problems to budget for. I went to get a tire repaired$12.00! Kurtis lay let me know that because someone put fix a flat in my tire that he could not remove the nail because of it! He said that doing so would rip the whole tire! Fine no worries give me a new one 224.00! Well he dismantled my tire and didn't even have a new one to replace it! So from there kurtis wants to send me down the street to firestone, where he use to work to get this brand new tire! Needless to say I went to a lil side tire shop and they plugged my tire for 8 bucks! I had to pay extra for them to set and mount my tire back on my car! I'm so thankful that Murono didn't have that tire! 224dollars vs 8 is a big difference! I wonder do they do all ladies like this! read more

Changed the rating because i went again for an oil change. Made an appointment in advance for a Saturday. When i arrive there is only one mechanic and one cashier which is fine however the one mechanic did not say a single word to me and i had to start my car for him to do a final check of the oil and while i'm standing there with the cashier watching him do it he does it fast and carelessly he breaks off a piece of the dipstick! And still said not one word, no apology or anything. We all just stand there looking at each other probably waiting to see my reaction. it was so awkward and completely different from my last experience. I would recommend staying away on the weekends if you decide to go here. read more

I would not recommend this place of an oil change. First of all it used to be a Speedy Oil Change. I had a coupon for Speedy but it was no longer in business, replaced by Monro. Valvoline is right next door in the same building. i asked them about Speedy and they sent me next door. The man at the counter said he would honor a Valvoline coupon but not the Speedy one. He said a synthetic oil change next door was $80.00 and he would give me $15.00 off. So I said okay. Asked if it would take long...he said not but it started to seem like a long time so I walked around the building and found out that they did not have synthetic oil on hand so they were going to get it from Valvoline next door (where I probably should have gone). My car was done but the bill was more than what they had told me. The people at the desk were very unfriendly and dishonest. Don't go there!!!! read more
