The next morning the oil leak was even worse!!! Took it back again and they said they could put a permanent plug in,but the old oil would need to be sucked out next oil change. I chose to have them put a new plug and washer in and replace the oil. The car still has a small leak. I have to put a pan under it to park it in my driveway. I have a few bad stains in the driveway from the previous leaks. I will never go back to this location again!!!!

The fee for that is $21.00. The techs really knew what they were doing and answered any questions I had. It's pretty pricy for an oil change but I can usually find a coupon online or one is sent to me, which is super convenient. When they checked the dipstick before starting, Jordan said that my oil was much too clean to change at this time. Most places would have just changed me oil and not said a word. Matt checked my cabin air filter as long as I was there and it was super dirty so I had them change it since I was there. He also told me I probably had another 3,000 miles left on my current oil. Ayana was very helpful as well getting me checked out and she and Matt made sure I knew about the discounts available when I came back when I actually needed the work done. The honesty and professionalism I saw today is a reminder of why I keep coming back to Take 5 instead of the other "quick oil change" places in the area (of which there are plenty who will never compare!). The mechanics were pleasant and didn't try to upsale anything and just did the inspect . It passed and I was out before my 12:30 time. I paid and I would be recommending their business. Not only did they replace our wheel with an almost exact match on our 14 year old car, they straightened our bent rim so that we could try using it as a full-sized spare once we get home. They were friendly and helpful and we felt in very good hands. In about 1 hour, they found, mounted and balanced the new wheel, straightened the old rim and sent us on our way. So straightforward and honest - they were looking at every option to keep the price down and get us the best value. These guys know their stuff and I would highly recommend them!!
