I thought Sierra Chrysler would have integrity. This was not the case and maintenance department lied about working on my new Dodge 2019 Challenger. I bought my Dodge Challenger in Huntington Beach and they did not program the feature relating to the hand sensor. I called Sierra Chrysler so that they could program my hand sensor. At first they did not want to do it. They relented and noted, I could bring my car in. Only to find out they didn't do anything to my car. This is a quote from Fred in maintenance, " We've tried everything with your car." " There's nothing we can do to help you." " Your car does not have this feature available." I thought, why does my car have the hand sensor characteristic if it can't be program? After I brought my car home my son looked online and figure out how to program the hand sensor on my car. Shame on the Sierra Chrysler Dodge. No character, integrity, and don't know what they are doing. I would not take my car to serviced at Sierra Chrysler. Really disappointed. read more

I just went for a fuel filter & oil change on my Ram 2500 and they ripped me off. The service worker showed me on a paper that my complete service was going to be $503 then he proceeded to tell me that it was going to be $517 for the service. I asked him why he was changing extra and he said oh everything adds up (points to his tablet) and it totals a different price. I continued showing him the price was off but he did not care. I didn't have a choice but to get the service completed due to a up coming trip. I then told him if I call around and find a cheaper price I would never come back. I had to leave and a short time later I called Glendora Ram and I was quoted $440 over the phone for the same maintenence. Fast forward a few hours when I returned back to Sierra service center. I went to go pay for the service and they jacked it up to $540, this is Unbelievable!!! I then proceeded to tell the guy that he told me it was $517, and he told me he ordered other parts for other stuff to be fixed on my truck. I told him well that's nice but it's under warranty so I should not have to pay for that. He said don't worry I'll take care of it and gave me a discount to $516. WOW buddy one whole dollar. I then told him I wanted the part transferred and he said he can't do that but they can order it at the other dealer. I said cancel it this will be the last time you get my service. The service department is just so sad. The service there is so poor and the advisor I had didn't care at all. I took my car in for a recall on the airbags in March of last year which should've been fixed. Here I am a whole year later and the "airbag" light appears on my dashboard. The advisor informed me there was some type of shortage which is not covered under my warranty. That problem should've been fixed due to last year's recall. I also experienced my car shaking aggressively which led to the "check engine" light displaying on the dashboard. I dropped my car off and waited all day and no one called me to keep me updated. I called the service department and was told the mechanic did not have a report ready. I didn't hear from the advisor until the next morning in which he explained the problem and fixed it. I picked my car up the following day and while driving home at night the "check engine" light appeared on the dashboard amongst my car shaking again. I called the next morning and informed the advisor of the reoccurring issue and was told to bring the car in asap. Upon arrival, the car stopped shaking and the "check engine" light disappeared off the dashboard. The advisor drove my car around the block and told me the car was running fine and there was no issues when the mechanic took a look at my car. I only waited about 20 minutes for my car so that seemed impossible for the mechanic to diagnose the issue. I left the dealer feeling defeated because the advisor didn't really care to try and fix the issue. I drove home and about 10 mins into my drive the "check engine" light appeared again and my car started shaking. I was beyond livid so I took the car back and respectfully demanded service along with a rental car. The problem was fixed but I had to confront the advisor about how he swept my problem under the rug and insulted my intelligence due to me being a woman. You have people in this world that will get over on you if you allow them to or simply because you're a woman. read more

I came to this dealer last year in Sept and the staff was awesome, they helped me out to the max and this year I went back to get another car and wow all I can say is that they're horrible, I would never go back and I would not recommend it to anyone. They have an entire new staff and they all suck. Management really tried to drain my bank account lmao they really wanted to take my 2013 car which had low miles and plus 2,500 and their estimate for my car was horrible it was almost 3G lower then KBB. I can honestly say that this dealer lost a customer. To bad the old folks from last year were not there. So if anyone wants to get ripped off feel free to go here and get ripped off. I found Sierra Dodge and I got to tell you what a difference totally professional and no BS from the first time I spoke to Brent Kuwashima we were able to negotiate a lease close to were I wanted to be without to much back and forth. Once I got to finance I was greeted by Nick one of the most respectful and patient finance managers I have ever meet and I have meet quiet a few. He explained all the different lease protection options and went thru all the paper work with us patiently and explained everything without rushing us. First time I went there: a sales guy gave me an estimate cost, because I wasn't serious enough, that's ok, I was still getting quotes from other dealers Second time I went there: a different sales and the sales manager gave me an out of door price $32692 after 90 minutes negotiation; because my loan wasn't ready and it was too late, so I decided to go back two days later Third time I went there: I was ready to purchase it, they told me there is a package was added to the vehicle, the package itself is worth $1500, sales forgot to tell me when first two times I was there; they need to increase the price(I had never been told by anyone about any of this package until my third time there, they doesn't even show it on their website!!!!!!!!!!) Two days later I called the sales again to ask about the price, he said he need to check with the sales manager on the price including the additional package; he called me back 5 days later, the price is $34500+tax+fee, "miscommunication between you and my sales manager when he told you out of door price is $32692" is his explanation. Nothing else to say to them after all these BS, bye bye, good luck~~ NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL....go there if and only if you think you are a better game player than them. read more

They should not even receive a one star. I went in to return my leased car last week , I went to the front desk and let know. They told me someone will help me and I waited over 30 minutes finally the guy came with very rude attitude. I gave him my keys and paper work then he went out to check my car and told me to wait for the paperwork and then I waited another hour and half . During the period of waiting time I've asked how long it is going to be and he kept on saying soon with the same rude attitude . Finally they came and told me everything is okay and gave me the paperwork Yesterday I've received a letter from them saying I owed them for the key is not working for $125 , tire problem and some other issues that I have to pay over thousand of dollars. If there is any problem with the car they should let me know after they check out my car before I leave but they did not mention anything. Highly recommend do not go to this car dealer. read more
