Soup of the day and Caesar salad
    Denise M.

It's lunchtime! A cup of the soup of the day and a half Caesar salad was the perfect combo. I wish I could remember the name of the soup but it was a cheesy potato chowder and tasted delicious. Paired with French bread and a tossed Caesar salad. Great price and an enjoyable friendly surrounding. This little neighborhood bar was a great choice for our day outing to coeur d Alene.

First of all, our waiter was very responsive to special requests, and came to check on us often. We had a large party of 10, with 4 littles between 2 yrs & 6 yrs. I had one of the daily specials; Ravioli's in a creamy pesto poblamo pepper sauce. It was spicy, but good. At first I thought the portion was too small, but by the time I finished it I thought it was almost too much. It was very rich. Other adults at our table had a Ruben sandwich with the special pasta salad, Santa Fe Chicken sandwich, gumbo, and pork tacos. The littles had buttered pasta with shredded cheese, and PB & J's. The food was good pub fare with an added flare. I am told that Moon Time is an iconic CDA pub situated in old town.

Amazing food and service as always. One of my favorite places in town! Went here for my birthday dinner and they even gave me a free dessert. Made my whole day!

We were en route from Montana and needed a hefty lunch. I could not have been more satisfied with the meal. 1. Ravioli had a home spun feel with a great portion size. 2. The beet salad was really full of the ingredients to make it come together. I tried to take half to go but ate the whole thing because it was so good. Service was quick and the atmosphere inviting and casual.

We eat here almost once a week. All the dishes have great flavor. I feel like I've stepped into my grandmother's house for dinner again. You can tell everything is made from scratch. I have never been disappointed and never eaten repeatedly at a restaurant like we do here!

Service was fast, friendly and accommodating. Flavors were wonderful. Drinks were kept filled. Portion size was great. Nice decor. As restaurant got filled it was harder to hear conversation.

Moon Time was one of the restaurants I paid a visit to and had a meal at on my most recent trip to the Couer d'Alene area . I was highly impressed with my order which was Banh Mi Tacos. It had all of the ingredients that make up a Banh Mi sandwich only street taco style. The pork that made up my sandwich was delicious! The food was extremely fresh and tasty. Probably one of the best meals I had during my trip and all of the restaurants I really enjoyed! An extra bonus is that Moon Time is open a little later than many other restaurants which I am grateful for because it always seems to happen that once I am finishing activities many restaurants have or on the verge of closing(which in the broad scheme of things isn't that late)leaving not a lot of dining options and a slim to none situation develops. So for that, thank you for staying open as late as 11 pm!

Came here one day after Silverwood and did not regret it one bit! It's right across the street from my favorite breakfast spot. The staff were super kind. The food was tasty and affordable! The jambalaya was actually quite spicy and this is coming from a man who orders the highest spice level everywhere he goes in the PNW. The brownie and ice cream is so simple yet delicious. Highly recommend you wander in for a meal.

Best Caesar salad I've ever had. Can't say I've had much else from the menu but will be back for that salad any time I drive by.

The cheeseburger quesadilla changed my life. Great place to eat. The roasted corn pasta is also delicious.

Best deal is the Lakeside menu served from open to 5:30 if you're okay with eating a little earlier where you get an appetizer, full sized main, and dessert for $30. Most these entrees are near $30 on their own so it's impossible to beat. Order the coffee for a fun experience. Sommelier on site. Once upon a time, they used to serve a dessert option that was a mini version of all the main desserts, that's my only thing I miss!!

We parked in a parking structure shared with a resort and other businesses. Once we parked getting to the restaurant was like going through a maze. Once there the ambiance was a nice simple elegant. We sat in the bar We went for happy hour. Our waitress was nice, seemed a little rushed. We wanted to sit by the windows. 1. There was five of us and they would not let us move one chair so we could sit by the windows....fire issue. We squeezed into a corner booth....UNCOMFORTABLE.. If you have more than four people in your party choose a different restaurant. 2. We placed our drink and food orders. We had reviewed the online menu....we were ready. I asked to have the hummus and olives first. The drink order came relatively quick. The food order took forever. 3. We were getting hungry. One of my companions asked a young waitress serving bread, if we could have some. She told us she didn't have a ticket for us so she would look into it and get back to us..... WTF. I relayed, we were sat and placed our food order before the table you just served bread to twice now. The bread waitress walked away. She did come back...I tried the orange bread.....it was orange frosting poured over a bun. 4. The party of seven that sat after us got their appetizer 20 minutes before we finally got our food (45 minutes). The hummus and a lives was served with our food.....APPETIZER. Does this waitress not understand that. 5. FINALLY, our waitress came to check on us....we had finished our food. One of the companions that had recommended Beverly's told her, just the bill. She brought our bill quickly.......:,and we waited.....waited.....waited. Finally my companion got up went to the hostess and requested to pay our bill. Both companions continued to state , We don't understand last time the service and food was great. Overall I was disappointed in the restaurant especially since the food/drinks are average but pricey. The view of nice. I am not in any hurry to return. I had amazing service and food at Sweet Lou, Tony's by the Lake, and Cedar's on the Lake.. we sat on the enclosed patio....no fire issues.

Our waitress was very nice and gave great suggestions for portion sizes and descriptions of any dish we asked about. We were seated outside and the live music was great. We all loved our entrees, and the desserts were delectable. Their array of mocktails was also much appreciated, as our family is a dry house but we love a good fancy drink nonetheless! Our only feedback - and this could be because they had three large parties out there with us - was that it took quite a long time to receive each round of the meal (including our beverages). We were gracious about it, but it did affect the cadence of the evening a little bit. Also, some cushions on the seats of the chairs could be helpful since upscale dining typically takes a little longer, and the all-metal chairs get a little uncomfortable after some time. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful with fine art and soft lighting, but we would definitely recommend sitting outside under the beautiful old growth maple trees and enjoying the patio during summer. Overall, we loved the experience and would totally return - their rotating menu always leaves room for new dishes try and be excited about, and the waitstaff is very professional and polite.
