First bite had that crunch, then the heat kicked in right after. Not overwhelming, just enough to wake everything up. There's a little sweetness in there too that balances it out, so it doesn't hit too hard. The slaw cools it down, adds a little tang, and the pickles bring that sharp bite that cuts through everything. The bun holds it all together without getting in the way. Messy in a good way.
