Parker new exactly what vehicle I was referring to by color and exactly where on the lot it was. Not pushy at all, treated me like I was there to buy a brand new Escalade! After the test drive I was moved to the Finance dept where I met with Sarah Burger. I've bought and sold 6/7 cars in the last 6 years and this was HANDS DOWN the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! Sarah was quick, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. This place is not worthy of the Cadillac brand name. I received an email stating to come in and pick up my car. I go in and they ask me where is the check to pay from the insurance company? I haven't received the check, so I pay on my credit card. Ok, a slight pain, but I later find out I don't have enough funds in my account $2500, thus I pay an overdraft penalty... ok, life goes on.... When I get home I noticed that my emission and state inspection stickers have not been reattached to the windshield? I email them back asking do you have them? I was told one was out of date and the other was not saved? Mea culpa....looking at the comments on the site, "buyer beware". It seems like it's hit or miss and lack of execution? I have since been back and the dealership has responded, they have replaced my stickers and put me in a uber and got me to work today. They were completely responsive and I appreciated their efforts. read more

BY FAR THE WORST car dealership experience I have ever had. After walking around the lot for 40 minutes I finally found a maintenance worker to ask where the showroom was, seeing as they are building another one, and he said he had no idea. I wandered around a little more until I finally found it. Walked up to the front desk to see if I could get a salesperson to assist me. While waiting at the desk I could over hear other employees talking and laughing about how "I didnt look like I could afford any cars they were selling." I brushed it off and continued with the salesperson who finally decided to help me and asked to see the car and was told it was in the maintenance shop. 20 minutes later the car was out of the shop so I proceeded to inspect the vehicle before going on a test drive. I had noticed that the passenger rear tire had a LARGE cut in the side wall about 3 inches long and the drivers rear tire had golf ball size chunks missing from the side wall as well. I told the the vehicle is unsafe to drive to which they said it passed Virginia state inspect without a problem. I said I would not drive the car with those tires on it so I went back inside to talk numbers. I told them I would like to trade my vehicle in so they took my keys and drove my car for a while. When they returned they said they would only give me HALF of the bluebook value and not cent more. Also they would not budge on the price of the vehicle what so ever claiming "they would make no money if they did." While sitting in the salespersons office all of the employees gathered in the middle of the showroom and the man I assume to be in charge proceeded to scream at all the employees about being too nice to customers! All while in the showroom in front of other customers. I decided to leave seeing as we could not come even close to an agreement on a price for the vehicle and how poorly myself and the employees were being treated so I asked for my car keys back. They said they did not know where they were so I had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes while they were hunting down my keys! I left very disappointed and appalled at how they treated their employees and myself not only as a person but also as a service member. This is a terrible way to run a business and I WILL be telling everyone I know to avoid this dealership at all costs. If the dealership would like to get in contact with me I hope they feel free to do so. Maybe it was just a bad day but I am open to a conversation with them to talk things out read more

Scam: Was told that I had to purchase the 3 year extended warranty or the finance rate would be significantly higher. Bought it and tire package for $6,000 and am being told the warranty is no good due to mileage a year and a half later, no mention of mileage in the paperwork which I had to contact the dealership to get because they conveniently did not supply at the time of purchase. I have made numerous attempts to contact Moore Cadillac with promises to call me back and have not gotten any responses after five messages! Buyer beware! read more

When brought to management attention the mirrow was replaced and apologies offered. Mid April I had to get my full size suv repaired front end damage. I used Geico service Express here at Moore Cadillac in the back building. First off setting my appointment was simply and the Geico rep was above expectations. When I arrived at the service reception area I was promptly greeted an advised as to what was going to happen. The service here was 5 star for me from beginning to end. I was contacted as needed put in a sweet rental (on location) and had my truck back on time with a very nice wash I might add! Recently was looking at purchasing a used ATS-V. Met the owner, and chatted with him and had a wonderful initial experience. Scheduled a test drive and appraisal of my Roush Mustang. Boy did things turn South as soon as our wonderful saleswoman Beth Choe had to turn to her sales manager Duane. They appraised my car at $8,000 less than their competing Cadillac dealerships, and refused to budge when I pointed out that my car was a Roush Mustang conversion, not a standard "plebian" Mustang GT. Duane told me told me I should "go elsewhere then and sell them your Mustang" Talk about unprofessional. We were ready to walk out at that point and were doing so. They stopped us at the door and asked us if they could take another look at our Mustang. After another look they said "Okay, we'll give you $4000 more for the car, but that offer expires in four hours at the end of the day". Went to their competitor, Lindsay Cadillac and they offered me as stated above, $8000 more than they did with no haggling or negotiations whatsoever. Unfortunately, Lindsay Cadillac doesn't have the exact combination I am after, so they will likely order or try to acquire the right ATS-V for me, so I didn't even bother to get that offer price to move upwards. At this point it seemed like my salesperson at Moore was powerless and everything was up to Duane. I tried to work further with her, and let her know that after speaking and test driving in person with other dealerships that they were nearly $10,000 under what older dealerships were offering without any haggling. It was "Duane says this" "Duane says that, he isn't budging." Such a shame. They have my dream Cadillac sitting in their showroom, and it seems like this Duane guy doesn't want to make a sale, but would rather offer insult me $26,000 for a one year old barely driven $65,000+ Roush Mustang that goes used for exactly what they are asking for the ATS-V I'm looking at. Looking at other reviews here, it seems like I'm not the only person completely turned off by Moore Cadillac by this Duane fellow. Still in the market for that ATS-V, but Moore Cadillac sure lost me on this one. read more

From start to finish my service experience was terrible. I made an appointment online, but followed up with a phone call because I wanted to confirm a loaner car. It took three hours to finally speak to someone, and then got the runaround. When I took the car in no one approached me to help or even explain where to go or who to see. When I found someone who could tell me what to do, I waited longer (15-20 min) for the service advisor to be free. When my car was ready to pick up, I was told I could pick it up right away without a car wash, or it would be 4:00 if I wanted it washed. I told the advisor it would be 4:00 at the earliest before I could get there. When I arrived after 5:00, again I waited for over 30 minutes. Turns out my car hadn't been washed yet. I assumed the 2 and 1/2 hours they had from call to my arrival would be plenty of time. Mind you, only one other car had been picked up during the time I was there, so it didn't appear to be terribly busy. The problem I took my car in to repair was resolved easily. While they were figuring that out, they managed to find over $3000 worth of other repairs. The service advisors aren't particularly friendly. No one seems to have a customer service mindset. The service I received was very poor. I will be taking my car somewhere else in the future. read more

Oil change appointment lasts more than 1.5 hours every time. Seriously? Just an oil change. Doesn't matter how early I make the appointment, it always lasts more than 1.5 hours. I don't understand why it takes that long to do an oil change. I really don't. And today I had an appointment at 7am, and guess what, they didn't even open until 730am. Why would you make an appointment for the customer if you don't actually open until 730am. Two and half hours later, I'm still waiting, and have no idea when it is going to get done. I know the oil change is free under the warranty for the first three years, but I start to wondering if it's really worth it to get free oil change anymore. Jeffy lube next time. To be fair, the customer service is great when they greet you and send you off on your way, but the ridiculous waiting time just can't make it up. read more

Be aware when dealing with David Korelitz whom is a service advisor. Very pushy in trying to get you to spend a lot more than whats needed. Also when he does not succeed in getting you to spend more than you need, he attempts to talk you out of the courtesy car wash which they pride themselves on. I recently purchased a pre-owned Cadillac CTS from this dealer. I am highly disappointed with their customer service. I planned to look at that particular model CTS at a Maryland dealer closer to where I live, particularly since Moore Cadillac was asking more than the market value for the car. However, after many phone calls from a very enthusiastic and aggressive salesperson, Jonathan Greaves, I was induced into coming to Moore Cadillac. First, Greaves misled me about the car by stating that it had the fold down rear seats that I was seeking. This was the only reason that I would have driven 45 minutes from Md to VA to shop for a car. After I got there and discovered this misrepresentation, Greaves incredibly claimed that he thought the seats folded down but that he had looked at the car in haste and was mistaken. I should have left at that point, but he persuaded me to deal with him because I managed to get him to reduce his price. After finalizing the deal Greaves provided me with one key and keyless entry fob and the promise that the dealer would get me another key. I waited two hours for the car to be prepped only to discover later that It required an oil change that I had to pay for out of pocket. At that time I also got the car inspected in MD and was informed that the right tire and front brakes barely passed and probably has a month of life left. I returned to the dealer to get reimbursed for the oil change and inspection and to discuss these worn parts that were not revealed during the negotiations. Now, I run a federal agency and my time is valuable and as a manager, I respect the time of others. This dealership, however saw fit to have me wait another two hours for the sales manager Ken Bell while being disrespectfully treated by the assistant sales manager whose name I can't recall. Mr. Bell did reimburse me for the oil change and inspection but claimed that their obligation regarding the brakes and the tire is only limited to whether the car could pass inspection therefore I was out of luck. He said that he would try to get me a discount on service when I needed the brake job and tire, but that this would have to be worked out with the service department. Regarding the additional key, Mr Bell, after my several unreturned phone calls to both he and Mr. Greaves, has now reneging on supplying the extra key and is now claiming that the promise of the extra key was contingent on them locating one. (they offered to quote me the cost of having one made). The sales person, Mr Greaves has yet to answer my calls. One would think that for the sake of good customer service that this dealer would make good on this relatively low cost commitment - one that might restore good will and the possibility of future business. It is my opinion that their business model is based on arrogance, deceit, shortsightedness and stupidity. I would not recommend this dealership under any circumstances and will certainly not be having my car serviced there. read more

I went into Moore Cadillac today(March 27th) to look at a Cadillac SUV. I have never owned an American car. My neighbor recommended the Cadillac. Good news was that the Cadillac SUV I was looking at was beautiful. Bad news, the saleswoman did not know anything about the car. I kept asking questions and she said "you ask me a lot of questions." Seriously? I was really interested so I asked if I could take a test drive. She said yes, but I would have to give her my drivers license etc. THEN after giving her my info she said that she didn't have any cars for me to test drive. She would not let me drive a 2021 SUV. I asked to drive the 2020 SUV and she said that the car was still considered new. I would basically have to say that I was buying the car. She wanted me to fill out more information. I finally said to her that if you were not going to let me drive the car why did you ask for my information? She said it was policy. She said she would find some keys and meet me on the lot and I could take a look. She never came outside so I went into the showroom to look for the manager. He did not offer to let me drive a car, something about getting it dirty. I emailed the dealership to complain. The saleswoman got on the email and said she had determined that I wasn't serious about buying the car. A "Pretty Woman" moment. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect. The saleswoman took it upon herself to decide I was not serious. My husband was with me but said nothing since I am buying the car. I told the salesperson that if my husband came up to her with interest in the car she would have treated him differently. Gee, Jaguar and BMW and Alfa Romeo had zero trouble taking me for a test drive. I am looking for a car and have the money to buy it. I feel that I was discriminated against by Moore Cadillac. I wouldn't want anyone else to be treated this way. I cannot recommend this dealership. read more

He calls you to tell you your car is ready and you get there and have to wait for 45 minutes as he cannot communicate with his technications appropriately, this is not the 1st time, I am amazed he can hold his job here!! read more

This service was primarily due to several recalls on my SRX. The service writer recommended that I take a loaner vehicle for the day, while the maintenance was being completed. He took the extra step of ensuring that an SRX was available as loaner, since I required the extra cargo space to complete a personal task that day. The service writer contacted me to update me on progress and also recommended one additional service that was overdue. By the time I returned to the dealership that afternoon, all of the maintenance had been completed to my satisfaction. I have never been dissapppointed by Moore's and I have purchased, leased, and had service performed on four Cadillacs. read more

Very frustrated with service department. After buying our car there(CTS) and spending thousands of dollars there over the years, you would expect better service. We had an unresolved issue involving an expensive repair that should have been covered under the manufacture's warranty. After many phone calls and a repair that took longer than expected, the service manager didn't even call us back to at least say something(as promised after our conversation), anything at all. I purchased a used mitsubishi here and my experience was positive. I inquired online about the vehicle which was the lowest price and only one out there with the package I wanted. I went in the car was in good shape but had a engine light on, it was under factory warranty so no big deal, I went ahead and purchased the car and waited until the car was fixed to pick it up. I talked directly with the tech and he said it was a loose piece on the timing chain so he replaced that and also threw in an oil change of mobil one oil. So that will save me from having to do that for a little bit. All in all a good experience the salesman Dan was not pushy but just kept the process moving along. read more

This is by far the worst place to be tr a car serviced. Poor poor poor people skills. They do not stand behind their warranty. I've been to this dealer a couple times to have service done. The older man who works there lied to me on my estimate to fix and throws hidden fees in. I recently left this review from a survey they sent me.... I first pull in and no one acknowledged me. I walk in to the Hispanic last to ask for help and she immediately tells me she's swamped and too busy. Told me to see if someone else is available to help and she couldn't. No one is in her office I'd like to say and she can't help. Smh! I go speak with the guy next to her office and he's not friendly or empathetic. Seemed like I was last on his mind for helping. Your dealership lacks empathy. Caring for customers. It's like robots in there and only friendly service u get is if I'm willing to buy another car. You lack people skills. There's something wrong with my transmission. I tell your service advisor and he tells me I have to come back another day. He was very blunt and rudder. Have some sort of care for people. Salesman Kevin was great, helped me with my used vehicle 2015, however less then 2 months later the car did not turn on, I was told the battery was bad. Called the dealership sales manager Mike told me he could not do anything to help me . I just spent thousands of dollars on a vehicle , why cant you spend maybe $100 and replace my battery! Extremely disappointing, you would think they would do the right thing, but of course not. Another dealership doing typical slimey business. Horrible service for my 2010 Misubishi! I went because received a flier from Moore Misubishi which is newly open. First time setup an appointment , but still waited half hours because they're busy in taking care of walk-in customers. After all, not very bad. Second time, I had some damages. Called for an 8am appointment. Showed up on-time, nowhere found the service guy. waited 40 mins, came in to tell me he's busy again, claimed I didn't make an apointment, deserved to wait! Waited 3+ hours, got wheel balanced. But need to order 3different parts from the warehouse, promised me parts will show up next day. But I made an apointment in 3 days. Third time, I showed up for that appointment, he's there this time. After 1 hour, I went to ask him how it's going. He surprised me! 1 part received being worked on, 1 part didn't come in, but have to pick it up on another location takes 4 hours! Another hour passed, I saw my car parked in front of his office. Just to be sure, I checked the broken parts on the rear, not replaced either!! He then told me wrong parts delivered for the rear, have to come in for that anothe time. Spent 3.5 hours! Believe it or not, I can not get any repair estimate! By now, I am not sure whether to go back or visit another Mits dealership which is 15 mins further. read more

This visit was to correct errors made my Moore Service the month before. A lot of money was spent on repairing the power steering of the car in Jan. Sad that the car with only 44k miles had a complete failure of the power steering, but that is another issue. The fact that repair failed in less then a month (less then 800 miles) makes me question the ability of the service tech. Moore service "Good willed" the repair this time, but claimed what had failed was not part of the repair. Come on! the power steering was in trouble, all the parts should have been inspected with replacement of anything questionable. The fact that the high pressure hose failed tells me service failed to even inspect it. Second issue is the tires, they are worn, I asked that the best two be put on the front twice. Twice asked, twice Not done. Service writer even wrote down my request. So, either he failed to tell the mechanic or the mechanic could not be bothered. If it was a question of fee, tell me, I would have been glad to pay it to keep the car safe. Now I have to go to someplace else to move the tires around. Third, when I got there to pick-up the car. Car was there but no keys or paperwork at cashier. 20 minutes of people running around making calls until the keys were found. Lame, very lame. As such, my confidence that Moore can safely repair or do the body work the car needs is very low. The impression I get is that nobody at Moore considers that car or me important to do any job on it right. Whether the job is a minor issue or major one, it's just not important enough to care. read more

Collision used to be run well. I have had work done here a few times in the past years. Now they leave you up in the air for info. Was told car was ready on Friday then no one got back to me. I phoned up 4 times with no one working having a clue. The next day was told by a front desk girl that it shows parts were ordered but no work done. ???? Unacceptable. My wife and I were shopping for a mid-sized SUV last Saturday, and decided to look at the Cadillac XT4. We went in the showroom and sat in and looked over several SUVs. We were not greeted nor spoken to the entire time we were there. Several employees were present, but they just seemed to ignore us. Not sure if we were sized up or what happened. Just got my Sienna back after a deer rammed into it a few weeks back. Must say I am very pleased with the entire process. My husband and I were in contact with Katie from start to finish. She was extremely helpful from getting it towed to the time it was done. Very responsive and provided updates on a regular basis. Was very impressed that the car was ready before the estimated time frame! Nobody ever likes dealing with auto body work at any point but if I have to do it again definitely would come back here.
