Was very impressed that the car was ready before the estimated time frame! Nobody ever likes dealing with auto body work at any point but if I have to do it again definitely would come back here. First...I will be honest and say that my buying experience was positive. I purchased a used ATS Performance, and overall it went fairly smoothly; better than others trade in value, movement on price, etc. The deal was done in what I consider an acceptable amount of time. Service, however, is a different animal. I really don't have any confidence in their technicians. Sure, they can do schedule oil changes with no problems, but other work seems to be beyond their ability to get "right". I had an appointment at 10am, but found out at 3pm that they were "busy" and it took 2 extra days to get my car back. My technician, Melissa, was very nice, but returned exactly ZERO of my phone calls when I left a message for a status (I left 3 messages, and have left 3 message for a follow up service). My 4 wheel alignment, for the small fee of $140, left me with a tilted steering wheel. It's not horrible, but seriously, this is "alignment 101" where the steering wheel should be in horizontal position when the car is moving forward. This is the second time I've walked away from an alignment with this problem. I'm done. Also, they tried to upsell me for those phantom revenue enhancing "throttle body cleaning" & "fuel induction service", which anyone with a mechanic friend or Google can search for and find out that it's totally unnecessary and just a fancy way to charge money for little to no real work. I expected that a CADILLAC dealership would not act like a used car lot, but they did, this is not what I expect from a dealership trying to live up to the Cadillac reputation. I have a remaining service request with them, but honestly, at this point, I'm not convinced I want them to touch my car...I do not have a very positive impression of their service dept, that's for sure, for a brand that presents themselves as elite & best of the best, this dealership falls far short. read more

This review is for the Geico collision repair shop: Everyone I dealt with here was very friendly and helpful. Reception area people were nice. The insurance guy was thorough in his inspection and made sure I understood exactly what would be repaired and why. And the Enterprise car rental guy was equally as professional. My car was out of the shop on the day they had projected and it looks great. Overall, a positive experience and I would not hesitate to use this shop again. read more

I brought my Cadillac Escalade in because the air conditioning was not working on the driver side. I have a GWC warranty and they told me to take it to another car repair shop. After a day of having my vehicle in their shop, they could not diagnose the problem and told me to take it to a dealership. Moore took me in right away. I also needed my transfer case fluid changed and a couple of door handles had come loose. Moore fixed my air conditioning, door handles and performed the service needed the next day. We are now ready to go on vacation without any worries. Everyone from the mechanic to the service manager was extremely helpful. I could have saved myself some time by taking my vehicle to Moore in the first place. read more

Highly Recommended for Service! My car had 2 engine lights on that indicated real issues with the Brake Assist and Stabiltrak messages. OnStar report told me to have it serviced within a week. It may take awhile to get an appointment but it was still right at the one week mark and I was driving my Cadillac all the time. Matt was my service manager and he was easy to understand and respectful. I waited on my car to first have the diagnostics run and then to have the repairs done. The waiting area is very nice and quiet. I was able to get my work done sitting at at a bar table with free WiFi. They even provide free coffee and water! The bathrooms are immaculate and very private. The time waiting was well spent and my car was repaired within hours. They then washed and cleaned my car for me too. I left very satisfied with the overall experience. My 2008 CTS is running smoothly again and looking great! read more

UPDATE: I originally left my car at Moore on Wednesday, 7/19, was told it was ready for pick-up on Friday, 7/21. The quality of the repairs were poor and unacceptable so they agreed to fix them. A week later, on Friday, 7/28, the car was finally ready again. I guess I'm a little confused on this time-line and why the repairs took so long; however, I am not in the auto body business so I won't argue this. When I got to Moore, the Service Manager, Andrew, was there to greet me. He walked me around my car and explained the repairs. It all looked good (they also washed the car) and I thanked Andrew for his time. He was very friendly and provided good customer service. When I got home, I did a more detailed examination. I noticed some paint missing from the inside of the lift gate next to where the gate was repaired. I contacted Andrew by email and he responded quickly. He explained the missing paint was not a result of the repairs, but agreed to fix it anyway. I know the paint was not missing before I took my car in, I did a very detailed inspection after I was rear-ended, so I don't know what happened. I am debating whether to take my car back here or go somewhere else to get this detail fixed. read more

These generic replies are a complete hoax to appear attentive on a public forum. I contacted Mr. Saenz two days ago. He assured me he would call me back by close of business yesterday. That didn't happen. I called another manager there two days before this call, and got the same story about a return call by close of business the next day. That also didn't happen. This dealership is miserable to work with. Its management really doesn't care that its employees are grossly negligent in professional responsibilities and the resulting impact on customers. I can not stress enough, do NOT use Moore Cadillac. It has done absolutely nothing to correct its employee's professional negligence and my credit has unfairly suffered as a result. read more

First impressions of the Moore Collision Center reception is really good. All of the employees who work the front desk are well informed and provide excellent customer service. There are really good enterprise employees located right in the same reception as well. After checking in with them I waited almost a half hour to talk to the Geico employee who has little to no customer service and is one of the reasons I have since left Geico. The Moore employee I then dealt with, Sean, also could be better. He seemed like he was just there to tell me what I want to hear regardless of if it's true and didn't really seem that knowledgeable about body work. Next you leave the car and Geico even posted pictures of the progress which I thought was cool. A week later the minor damage is said to be repaired and I am picking the car up. There is no more contact with Geico they had no interest in making sure the car was fixed correctly. Moore takes your money and Sean walks me out the the car and basically stands there while you look at it. I notice something clearly under the paint. Sean tells me it's just something under the clear coat and it can be buffed out. I respectfully disagree but am willing to entertain them. 20 minutes of buffing and sanding and they find out there is actually something in the paint. The entire hood has to be repainted. Sean says I will be contacted soon to schedule an appointment and given a rental car. A week later nothing. I call back and Sean tells me the manager hasn't responded he will get back to me. Two days later I have an appointment for next week. Again I take it in with a similarly good reception experience. Two days later I am picking up the car again. I came early after an employee called just to asked that I arrive before 930am so they wouldnt get charged another day for the rental car even though I wasn't required to do so. The paint job looked like I did it in my garage. Far worse than the last time they "fixed" the car. There is swirl marks everywhere. There is clearly two spots of something under the clear coat. There are marks all over 30% of the hood where it looks like something was all up and down it before it was dry. They insist they can just buff and sand it out. Over an hour after being there just to pick the car up they are still trying to fix it. They bring it out after I'm sure they have now sanded off most of the clear coat. It looks ok there is still swirls in the brand new paint. Carl, the manager, is going over it and seems unapologetic and is just interested in making excuses. I would not recommend Moore Cadillac Collision for any paint work. There is zero quality control. How they didn't see this before I arrived I have no clue. I am giving two stars instead of one just because I really did like the reception staff. Stay away of you require any paint work. read more

Got accident with rear ended, bumper damaged and Allstate sent me over to Moore Cadillac Collision Center. Got my VAN back Christmas Eve as promised. I have to say I am very satisfied with the work they have done. Here are some good points: - Katie Moore she is the best specialist I have ever deal, she updates every day with status by calling me. The VAN was return to me by x'mas eve. - The rental SUV they gave to me was great SUV and my kids do not want to return it b/c the ride was very comfortable - Katie Moore also gave me a surprise when I picked up my car. She detailed the whole car inside and out. When I saw it looks like brand new car, and it's way better cleaner than when I bought the car first time. It was really great x'mas gift from her. My wife was rear-ended recently in a new Toyota Four Runner. After spending several hours/days reviewing my repair options, I settled on Moore Cadillac Collision Center. They are a Geico Preferred/Express Body Shop, so it seemed to also make sense from a convenience standpoint. I clearly explained upfront, the level of detail, service and concern I had regarding my high expectations, and overall quality of repair. I was assured on multiple occasions that they offer nothing but the best! I originally dropped my car off on May 8th for a repair that was estimated to only take 5 days. They accepted my Geico insurance check the week earlier (April 30th), as they needed to advance order a new bumper and sensor. The scope of work consisted of removing a minor dent in the lift gate, and replacing the rear bumper. I had asked they "attempt" a paintless dent repair on the lift gate first, however if the dent was not entirely removed then I was ok with painting as necessary to make the vehicle correct. I was notified on May 19th, that the vehicle was finally ready. They said that the delay was due to a "backorder of parts", which I found suspect considering they were supposed to order the parts in advance of scheduling my repairs (April 30th). Either way, I was eager to get my new vehicle back. When I arrived at the dealership, I was asked to sign paperwork then handed my keys and told to have a nice day. No one took the time to walk me around the repair, or even discuss what was completed. When I got to my car I quickly noticed several "paint runs" in the bumper. As I studied the work closer, I could also see that the dent in the lift gate was never fully repaired and was noticeable. I showed my concerns to the manager, who agreed the repairs were not of their acceptable level of standards. I was pleased by his willingness to make the necessary corrections. In their generic weekly e-mails regarding my vehicle status, they indicated that my car was going through their "quality control" dept. prior to pickup. While this sounds nice, clearly my vehicle was never passed through any quality dept., as they would have easily found the runs in the paint. Or, maybe this type of work is generally acceptable to the general public? I'll admit that I'm a detailed and very through person however I explained my expectations upfront at which point they could have elected not to work on my vehicle. This vehicle was only 3-months old and had 2k miles on it (essentially brand new!). The car was finally ready for pickup on May 27th, a whooping (26 days), after it was originally dropped off. I was again, never walked around the vehicle or advised what actual work went into the final repair. The prior "runs in the paint", and final dent repair was largely completed to my satisfaction, however I was largely disappointed with the following: 1. Time required to complete the repair and vetting of part availability before taking vehicle. 2. Quality of "initial" repair. - Seems there is/was no quality control overview. 3. Vehicle was never washed or detailed upon pick-up! 4. Inside of my car was left "extremely" dusty. 5. Broken Plastic clips were left to rattle in the lift gate as it now opens and closes. 6. Excessive rubbing compound was left all over on the inside of the lift gate. 6. Overspray on all the windows and entire vehicle, which has yet to be corrected. I'm currently researching the best methods of removal. How hard would it have been to install plastic and tape off the vehicle such as to avoid this mistake? I originally though it was some dust, or pollen on the windshield however it would not come off after washing. Its the worst in the sun glare. Seems like I'll need to use a razor blade on all the glass and then maybe a clay bar on the other paint to "try" and get this stuff off. I wish I would have chosen another shop, but you live and learn. This one did not live up to my expectations, which I feel were fair and reasonable. read more

I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and there was no one in the showroom so I thought I would be helped right away. I walked around for a good 15 minutes and still no acknowledgement of my presence. I finally went to a salesperson to ask for some help. I guess I disturbed him from texting on his phone. He never asked my name, but did ask when I was looking to purchase. I said not today, but I am doing my research and will be purchasing in a couple of months. We just moved from California and we needed to get settled in first. He rolled his eyes then answered a few more questions and said is that all you need. I said yes that is all I need. Well, I wanted the SRX for 2 years and was so excited that I was finally going to get one. This guy took all the excitement away from me. HIS LOSS! I am driving a much better car now. I actually should thank him because I would not have looked at an Infinity if I was treated with the respect I deserved. Now I drive a brand new Infinity JX35 and love it so much more than the SRX. Infinity of Chantilly treated me like royalty and I bought the car that weekend. Way before I was planning on buying one. I will say I paid a bit more for the JX35, but it has more bells and whistles or so I think. Maybe the SRX has the same, but no one showed me. Also, want to give some credit to Audi. When I went in there not only did they pay attention to me the General manager came out to greet me. Unfortunately I did not find a model that appealed to me. read more

Deceptive practices. Purchased a Bmw 535xi from Moore Cadillac in Chantilly and they misrepresented their service and the features on the car. Paid for tags and learned after two set of temp tags expired that the dealership did not have a person on staff to secure tags when I purchased the vehicle. Left countless phone messages for manager, but no one returned my call for weeks. Dealership emailed me a letter to show police just in case I got stopped for dead tags. Had to take a day off of work to go to DMV to inquire about tags. I had difficulty getting the backup camera to work. Moore Cadillac rep told me to read the manual carefully. Took the vehicle to get oil changed at BMW dealership and learned that the car does not have a backup camera (even though Moore Cadillac's documents state that the car has one), and it would cost about $10K in parts and labor to install. One year later, I still cannot get anyone on the phone to discuss the issue at Moore Cadillac. I filed a consumer complaint with VA Attorney General. This dealership cannot continue to take advantage and blatantly lie to consumers and get away with it. read more

Horrible customer service. The service advisor called to let me know the technician made recommendations which she would discuss with me when I picked up the vehicle. She ignored me when I returned and had her coworker tell me to just pick up my keys at the cashier. If you promise a customer that you will have a discussion to explain recommendations for their vehicle, make sure you do it next time. I would have been happy to had my car fixed there if she had explained the recommendations. Not only do they lose business this way but also put the customer's safety at risk. As a business owner, I can't imagine the owner of Moore Cadillac allowing this type of behavior that is costing the company a lot of money. Also, they butchered the spelling of my name and address on the paperwork. Sloppy, rude and completely unacceptable service. Next time, I'll drive an additional 45 minutes to Alexandria to get better service. read more

I was involved in a car accident one week after I had my car checked for services at the Acura dealership. According to Acura services, the car was in a good condition; however, after the accident my car was supposed to be repaired at Moore Cadillac Collision Center per my insurance's suggestion. I went after one month waiting for my car getting repaired to pick it up from Moore Cadillac, my car was not repaired as I expected. After the accident the brakes went bad and make a lot of cracking noise. The estimator did not to repair the brakes claiming that the damage was not from the accident. She gave me an estimate of how much it would cost me out- of- my pocket to fix the brakes. Anyway, I picked up the car very disappointed at the poor service. After a long thinking, I had to call the Acura dealership in which I had my car a week before the accident, and I services advisor emailed me the repair report. I also called my insurance that advised me to bring the car back to Moore Cadillac for a complete repair. That was my second day driving the unsafe car without breaks to Chantilly. In the reception area, the receptionist was not very customer- oriented and kept asking me about the reason for my second visit and whether or not the estimator was expecting me. After several calls, she finally was able to get a hold of the estimator. When I showed the estimator the services report I received from Acura dealership, the estimator (C) kept arguing that the damage was not from the accident but more so from parking the car a month long at Moore Cadillic. Facts to share, Acura report showed that the brake lining thickness front and rear were 7mm and in okay condition. The estimator remeasured the brakes after she saw Acura report and came back with 7mm also. I still hear the noise and even with the estimator's assurance that the car is safe to drive, I think it is not wise for my child to be with me in the car until I repair the brakes myself. I would rate that center to be poor in service. read more

I'm disappointed in the service I've received in this dealership's service department. I visited them in the past with a different Cadillac and the service experience was decent. I bought a new Cadillac this year and have had a poor experience with them. Here's the rundown.... - I attempted to schedule repairs under warranty with them online to occur one week before leaving the country. I did so for three reasons - to allow sufficient time for the repairs to be done before I left the country, to secure a rental car, and to give them an opportunity to address issues that were possibly temperature-related. I scheduled this about one month before the date. i received a vm from someone confirming the appointment and stating that it will be added into the system. I called the day before the scheduled appointment to find out that the appointment was never logged. There was no service adviser available to neither confirm the rental nor take the details of the issues I put into the online system. I wanted to make this as efficient for the service department as possible so that they can have an opportunity for a quick turnaround. Since that was not possible, I rescheduled the appointment for the day after I returned to the country. - This dealership has my cell phone number, work number, and email address. I cannot access my cell phone during the day at work, as should have been noted in my profile. The service adviser calls my cell phone and leaves a vm which i don't notice for two days. He made no attempt to contact me after that one call. They have my car from Tuesday to Saturday. - They performed ZERO repairs on my car. When I initially dropped the car off, I went into great detail to the service adviser on the issues experienced and explained that since we've been experiencing low temperatures, two of the issues appear to have been suppressed. Nevertheless, the issues are still there and will occasionally occur. They claimed that the shop foreman test drove my car and found none of the issues I mentioned. I'm disappointed that they were not proactive and did not do their due diligence in looking at the specific items (steering column and headliner) that are causing the problems to check for something broken. There is also an idle problem that they claimed that they did not observe. As soon as I drove from the dealership and reached the trafficlight 200 feet from the garage, I observed the idle problem. I went on to pick up a passenger to see if I was just exaggerating the issue, and that friend was startled when they felt the idle problem. It was an obvious issue that the shop foreman and service adviser claimed to have missed after 4 days of having my car. - Not even a complimentary car wash. read more

I made the mistake of taking my Mitsubishi a second time for service within the last 4-months. The first experience was awful. We had dropped it off first thing in the morning for minor tire repairs, and were told it would be ready in a couple hours and they'd give us a call. We never received that call, and and after repeated inquiries, the job took three days because "they were backed up"... yet we had an appointment. "David" was my service rep this time. Take two. I called several nights ago to schedule my car for a 90-mile checkup, light replaced, and checking out a knocking noise we heard from one of the tires on Sunday. I asked if we could bring it in that evening and pick it up by COB the following day. I stressed I absolutely had to have my car back the following day, and he stated no problem, they could do it, and to bring it in. When I hadn't received a call by 11 the following morning, I called and spoke with "Melissa" (my service rep) who told me they were backed up and the technicians had not looked at my car. She was clearly in a hurry to get off the phone, and could not give me an estimate of when things would move forward, but stated she'd call back early in the afternoon. Nothing. I called twice again during the afternoon with no response. At 4:00, someone said they'd leave a message for Melissa. At 4:30, I called again and stressed that I simply wanted to know the status of my car - I had to have it by the end of the day, and they close at 6:00. I was told that Melissa was out in training all afternoon, and she wasn't due back until 5:00. I still had no status of my car and they had no way of telling me. At that point, we were completely disgusted and told them to have our car ready and we'd take it elsewhere. We arrived at the dealership, and when they couldn't "find" the car, we demanded that they locate it and bring it to us immediately. It was baking in the hot sun in the lot - they had not even looked at it, despite our morning appointment. 45 minutes later, I had received a voicemail from Melissa. "We're sorry, but our technicians are still working on your car and it will not be ready." My car was sitting in my driveway... The lack of service and repeated lies from this dealership are appalling. I was hoping the first visit was a fluke, but it's clearly the way they do business. read more

As a long time customer of Moore Cadillac, I went in with the intentions of purchasing a Cadillac XT5. Randy, the sales consultant I was working with online quoted me a price that was a little higher than some other Caddi dealerships in the area. To show that I was serious about purchasing, I physically went into the dealership and spoke to him. I told him, I have received two strong quotes for almost the same XT5 for 3-4k less than the one at his dealership. I mentioned to him, if he could come down to this price or at least close to it, then I would purchase it. Randy was very personable and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, Randy had to run the offer past his superior, Pete, and that is when things went south. Pete took over the negotiation process and offered a price that was actually a thousand dollars higher than what I received from Randy, who received approval from yet another manager earlier in the week. This is pretty unethical to offer a price higher than what was previously offered by another manager in his dealership. Pete seemed to be quite disturbed even with his own salesman, Randy and asked for proof of this lower offer, which Randy provided. I found Pete to be rude and was bothered by me telling him that his price was at least 3k higher than two other competitors. I was not making this up and told him to look up the vehicles on the website as they were posted thousands of dollars less than his XT5. Moore's XT5 did have $900 dollars more in options but even with that factored in, he still was asking 3k more than two competitors. Instead of Pete just being cordial, he pretty much said go ahead and buy at the other dealership and mentioned if I got the car for the price I quoted to him that he would give me a $1000. He then proceeded to leave without a goodbye or anything. Quite unprofessional behavior. It would serve Moore better if he was not part of the negotiation process. I love the service department but probably would not buy a Caddi from Moore. read more

Horrible service! They are not honest and will try to trick you on everything. We bought a "certified " used car from them and after having our mechanic check it out we found out the breaks needed to be replaced. We went back and at first they tried to say that it wasn't true and that they "wouldn't sell a car as certified" if it had any issues. We told them that the breaks definitely needed to be changed and they decided to check it out again and admitted that it was "borderline" but it had passed their inspection. They said they would fix it but we would be responsible for 50% of the cost. Then when we questioned them further they told us they would take care of it. I kept asking how long it would take and they told me not too long and it took at least 4hours... read more

I purchased a former fleet 2015 ATS on 3/28/15 (my 2nd car purchased from Moore)with 15870 miles from Patrick Cowan of Moore Cadillac (Chantilly Va). On 9/14/15 I returned the car for a recall with 17764 miles and was informed that the 3 rims were damaged and also 3 tires. Moore quoted $2975 to replace 3 wheels and 3 tires and refused to take responsibility. I took this to a local tire shop which I have used for 10+ years and they actually found that all four rims were damaged and all four tires were unsafe to drive on. Our car is used sole for local and short distance driving on local roads. I find it in conceivable that we caused the damage to all the rims and tires. It is more likely that this was caused in Michigan during its use as a fleet car and sold to me in this unsafe condition. It will cost me $2200 to replace all 4 rims (refurbished) and 4 tires. This will be the last car I purchase from Moore and I will certainly not give a positive recommendation to anyone that asks. read more

UNETHICAL BUSINESS AND SHADY SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Don't ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership! I am severely disappointed with the lack of service that was performed on my vehicle before it was sold to me on October 19th. I was extremely frustrated that I had to bring it back within 2 weeks of purchase due to obvious maintenance issues (squeaky brakes, shaking during acceleration and vehicle start, stiff steering wheel while turning). Drive shaft and spark plug issues were mentioned, but the service advisor then tried to make me believe she never said any of that and stated the issue was just "rotors and tire balance/rotation". So my 2012 CTS was in their shop from 11/10 - 11/17 for just rotors and tires! Not only did they try to charge me 50/50 for this work that should have been completed before selling it, when I went to finally pick up my vehicle, THEY COULDNT FIND IT and I had to come back the next day. On top of all this, I never received an accurate service report for the work that was completed or proof of the multipoint inspection that supposedly occurred. Furthermore, it was infuriating to experience such poor and unprincipled service at a reputable Cadillac dealership. Completely unacceptable and I have filed a complaint with GM! BEWARE! They will absolutely try to get over on you, especially if you are a younger female and go to the dealership alone!!!!!!!!!!!! I was sent to Moore Cadillac, through my insurance company, after a recent accident. Melissa was the only positive in my whole experience. The insurance company was a joke to deal with. I was given the name of an adjuster and a Moore mechanic to contact if I had questions. When I contacted the mechanic, as the adjuster went on vacation 2 days after getting my car, she was rude. She treated me as if I was bothering her. They told me that my drive shaft was broken but I needed to wait to hear from my adjuster on if it would be covered by insurance. When the insurance contact got back from vacation I was informed, by them, that it was my transmission and would not be covered. He also said he had no idea who would've told me it was the drive shaft... ugh... needless to say I had it towed to a different mechanic. All said and done I paid for all of the reapairs, a broken axle and rack and pinion, out of pocket due to the misdiagnosis of the real problem. I would not recommend this dealer for anything mechanical to anyone! read more

Very disappointed with service. Had my vehicle here last year due to blown up engine and turbo. After having my vehicle over 2 months, I finally got it back. Well, started having smoking issues and was told by my local dealership that the engine and turbo had issues. Vehicle still under warranty from the repairs. Had vehicle towed back there. Was told that even though my owners manual suggests that oil changes be done every 7500 miles that they should be done every 3000. And since I had the last one done at 4000 miles, that caused sludge in my new refurbished engine that only had 10,000 miles on it. What crap!!! I called around to other dealerships and they told me around 5000. Was told that my car was done, went to pick it up, David Korelitz went and got it for me. Told me that battery light was on but I should be ok to drive home. Got in my car, started driving, all of my dashboard lights came on, the speedometer was going up and down and smoke was pouring out of the back. Are you kidding me? Immediately turned around and told him I cannot believe he gave me my car back like that. Finally got it fixed and noticed that my engine cover was missing. Called David Korelitz again, he told me that I didn't need it, said I wanted it. Assured me that he was having it shipped to me on Monday, well that was 6 weeks ago. I've left numerous messages with him and no call back, left message early today with service manager, still waiting for a call back. So disappointed in this place, no reason why they don't return my calls, very unprofessional. read more

Brought my car back for a second time after being repaired following a collision, they had my car longer than expected and when I got my car back it still has the same problems/noises. So I will need to bring it back again and argue about who pays for the rental car since they have already had it for 30 days across the two trips. read more

Terrible phone system that just rings and rings. Took several calls to service to have an adviser call me back. Part took an extra day to get in. Lack of communication with adviser. This is the second time I bought my car in for the vibrating alert for lane departure. Last time is was the left side, this time it was the right side. This was corrected. However I also brought it in for the telephone button on the steering wheel not hanging up at times. Still having the same problem, so this was not corrected. When dropping off my car and picking it up, took way too long to get someone to help me. No one ever seems to be in their offices. When picking up my car, my adviser was not there, another adviser helped me. I waited almost 15 minutes for someone to bring my car around and I was the only customer there at the time, so it wasn't even busy. Spoke to service manager a few times during the time when my car was in service and when I went to pick up my car and had to wait for so long, he was in his office with another person who looked to be an employee, but didn't come out to see if there was anything he could do. Was a totally frustrating experience and I dread going back again to have the phone issue addressed. read more

I am sorry for those who had bad experiences here, and feel lucky that my experience was just the opposite so far. IF IN SEARCH OF CADILLAC IN THE DC AREA, CHOOSE MOORE. I worked with Stephen Ratliff on a 2014 SRX. I met him once in person (walk-in), spoke on the phone about two times, and the deal was done (that is, in the color/trim I had been looking for, for the price I wanted). Once at the dealership, the entire process took less than about an hour (in comparison, I had been talking with another dealership for over a month, was called in around Xmas holidays having been told that they had the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted, and was essentially held 'hostage' in their office for two hours. Needless to say, they asked for approx $2k more, that what they had promised via telephone, so I walked out). This is testament to not only Mr. Ratliff's professionalism but of the entire staff that worked on my file. Many thanks also to the Finance Department (Ms. Manes) for making the paperwork easy, and to the reception staff Ms. Rene who has the most important job of making the guests feel comfortable and setting the tone. You are the first face we see and the voice we hear, and I cannot thank you enough for making the visit so pleasant. THE JURY IS STILL OUT re: return of my previous lease to a different manufacturer and what Moore Cadillac's aftercare is like, but if it anything like the sales-end, I am sure I will enjoy their services for as long as I am in this area. read more

My husband and I currently own two Cadillacs. We have had several before these as well. We always service our cars at Moore Cadillac. The level of service they provide consistently goes above and beyond. Our service advisor, Mike Bowden, is so nice and so genuine. He's not pushy and will tell you what your car needs now and what can wait. We trust him with all of our service. The whole team at Moore is fantastic. Purchased a vehicle from them last week and was pleased with the entire process. Yes, you have to negotiate and yes they are in sales, but if you know that a head of time, then you know what to expect. News flash folks, their job is to get you to buy a car from THEM. That's what they do. If you want the no haggle, no pressure, no clue about anything process, then go CarMax and pay $4k more for the same vehicle. If you want to negotiate, hammer out the numbers and get the best deal in 5 states (yes I searched for this car in 5 different states), then see Amir Tobar and Dwayne at Moore. They make deals happen. As for the finance rate, the best I'd seen. My own bank couldn't match their rates. read more

Melissa did a wonderful job of managing the repair of my car. There was a recall and a few other issues that needed to be fixed. When I arrived, she was ready for me and a loaner car waiting. The car was done in a timely manner and pick up was very easy. I love the service department! read more

Their quick response, action taken to minimize a mandatory repair cost with little time left on the manufacturing warranty, and same day (Saturday) service deserve my two thumbs up award.
