I had meat lovers omelette with hash brown and sour dough toast was delicious. I highly recommend for the price it was so worth it. The peach mimosa was tasty. I think if they had a mimosa flight to keep up with other brunch restaurants would be great. The customer service was great except when I was trying to finish paying it took some time. The other issue was the restaurant was so hot even with the a/c on. It made the dining experience uncomfortable. I probably would not come back when it's hot and the restaurant was small. We went for sandwiches, but the more breakfasty type platings I saw give me great confidence that side of the menu is equally satisfying. Comfortable and bright seating, a patio, cordial and attentive service all complement the fresh and seriously tasty food. The onion ring side serving was the best I can remember having anywhere. This is my mom and dad's favorite breakfast place. They took me with them the other day for breakfast. It's bright yet cozy. There's a large counter that you can eat at or a few tables. They always have a daily breakfast special. I had the chili chilies breakfast skillet. The eggs, were fluffy and the chili sauce was delicious. On a rainy Friday morning, I stopped in for a quick breakfast solo as I had some time to wait for the pharmacy to open. I've tried a different location before, and found it to be a decent breakfast. Nothing fancy, but it hits the spot. I was seated right away, though this location is smaller than the other one from what I recall. The service at this location was better, and never had to ask for a refill of coffee. Heck, they even offered me one to go! The veggie cheese skillet was delicious and definitely think something I would order again. The Bloody Mary was decent, but I've had better though for the price point it hits the spot. Random stop for takeout lunch. Place is quite small,but has a bigger kitchen than dining room. Good size bar too. Not sure why the takeout container was so greasy, but the food was pretty good. Hidden Gem! We love this spot we have ordered pick up a few times but recently went in, service was great. The weather was super nice out and enjoyed some patio seating. I ordered the banana pecan pancakes super delicious and they were not skimpy on the pecans. My husband ordered the breakfast burger this has been his go to, they also have a delicious fry sauce that comes with it. In previous orders I have enjoyed their biscuits and gravy. This was our second time here! The first time was fine. Decent food and decent service. This time was 100% different & we will not be coming back. This was the first time I have ever dined out and left without tipping. I am breast feeding my new baby with a dairy intolerance, so when I ordered I asked for no butter to be used to cook my eggs or on top of my toast. The server was not aware if they used butter with the eggs, but I explained I had a dairy allergy. The eggs definitely had milk scrambled with them. Our server did not return after taking our order. I wanted jam for my toast since I can't use butter, so I finally got some one else's attention and asked for it. She never brought it. We finally flagged someone else down to get our check. The place is unorganized and the staff is either untrained or simply doesn't care because there was plenty of staff to tables. Over all I paid over $10 for eggs I couldn't eat, dry toast, and flavorless bacon (how does that even happen). Skip this place and go to one of the other brunch spots in the area. read more

The one thing I appreciate the most with this breakfast eatery is their pricing isn't over the top like a lot of the renowned breakfast joints in Phoenix. Menu is adequate and prices are very reasonable. Front staff was very nice and welcoming. Not sure how this place has been open but there seemed to be a few issues from surrounding tables not happy with their food. One referenced a very long hair, and another said the food had too much salt. I had the same feedback on the latter. We ordered chicken fried steak (really salty breading), chicken chimoya soup, chicken fajita soup (both salty) and chilaquiles okay but more like nachos. Prefer it more wet. There were five soups on the menu and only two were available. I'm sure they have a few things to work out and have faith they will. I'll give it another try if in the area in the future. I ordered the steak with eggs, and a pancake. The pancake was the only correct part of my meal. My sunny side up eggs weren't fully cooked and my steak which I ordered MEDIUM, was VERY well done.... We were in Mesa for errands and decided to stop in mid-morning for a bite to eat. The space is bright and clean, and we were greeted by friendly staff. It took a few minutes for our server to come by and take our order, but she apologized for the delay and was quick to bring our beverages. We waited only about 10 minutes for our food. My partner ordered the veggie omelette and was excited to see fresh, sliced melon instead of a small dish of cut up fruit like many restaurants serve. He also was pleased with the portions. I ordered a chocolate chip pancake. I'd hoped to get the kid-sized version, but they wouldn't do that. So, my pancake served as both late breakfast and an early dessert! The pancakes are the thick kind, but they are light in texture. I used no syrup since I opted for the chocolate chips. Quite tasty. We'd definitely go back if in the area again. read more

The kids menu has great options our kids love the chocolate chip pancakes, and the portions are just right. We ordered plain and simple and Florentine Benedict's, and both are delicious. Everything tastes fresh and homemade, and the coffee is excellent. It's not easy finding a place where both kids and adults walk away full and happy, but this place nails it every time. Came this morning (Wednesday) at 8:00am. The place was about half full. We we're warmly greeted. This place is only about eight months old. Everything looks fresh and clean and cheery. We ordered the pancake plate with eggs and bacon. Everything was yummy. Don ordered the chicken fried steak steak with eggs, hashbrowns, well done, and sourdough toast. He liked the chicken fried steak, but it's not his favorite he has ever had, but he's kind of fussy. I thought it was pretty good. The hashbrowns were nice and crispy, and I love the sourdough toast! I've seen this place going in and out of the shopping center and finally took the wife. We got there on a holiday about 8am -- and good thing, because within 30 minutes it was full and a line was waiting outside. Small place with outside seating right on the corner of the building. Very friendly atmosphere and great service. Something just says they're proud of their establishment. Wife had French toast, sausage, and eggs. Excellent. Didn't get a picture of that. Sausage were tender links, juicy, good! I had Eggs benedict -- that's always a hit and miss at various restaurants, given what passes as hollandaise sauce. But this was done well. Had avocado. Potatoes were browned, but not crispy. Not sure if they were supposed to be more like fried, but they were good. They have another location, I believe. Serve alcohol, too read more
