Met some friends for New Year's day brunch at 12 and we only had to wait 10mins. Gianna was fantastic giving us time to chat and catch up and made sure we got all our orders correctly. Friendly and great service. I was beyond excited to see a vegan item on the menu besides avocado toast! I got the vegan bowl minus the spicy vegan sausage and Sriracha. It was so delicious and filling, and I loved the shaved thin house potatoes underneath. Best breakfast I have had without going to a vegan spot! I also got the pineapple matcha latte. I don't like matcha on its own and the drink was actually delicious and refreshing. I love pineapple and it was heavy on the pineapple flavor so it was right up my alley. We appreciate that your app offers a "join the waitlist" feature. However, it was extremely disappointing that your team did not appear to recognize or honor it. We were treated as though we had just walked in and ultimately waited 40 minutes to be seated, rather than the 12 minutes indicated in the app. Because of the long wait, we ordered immediately once the waitress acknowledged us, yet we still waited an additional 20 minutes for our food. If it weren't for the waitress's genuine effort to improve our experience, this would have easily been a one-star visit. Once again, the perfect place to take guests or to start off bringing your friends or even a perfect place to go on a date! Shout out to Charlotte and Madison who both deserve 3 months off with pay! Great customer service to say the most!!! The mimosa flights are honestly, and a great way to start before going around town showing off Arizona vibes! The food is as well! I like to try different brunch places and since I've never been here, decided to give it a try. Sad to say, I really didn't like the food at all. I ordered the smoke salmon benedict and it was not very good. The hollandaise sauce was really weird tasting. Wife had biscuits and gravy with sausage and she said the gravy tasted very off putting so she did not even eat it. We ordered the Bloody Mary flight and it was very good. 9/20/25: car shopping is exhausting & I discovered makes me hungry. This particular Saturday we popped in BYC for the first time since we were in the area. Food? Good. Well seasoned & wonderfully browned hashbrowns, the Hollandaise on the benedicts tasted better than I've had before (at other places). If we return, I would probably try their lunch menu, just for a taste of something different. Service? Fine. It wasn't overly crowded and although it's been over a month since our visit, I don't remember anything negative about the service. Parking/Decor? The service is great and friendly. The food is good, with decent size portions but could be a bit better quality and execution for the higher than average price. My 94 year old buddy really enjoyed his single slice of French Toast with strawberry jam & butter along with a side of bacon. I LOVED my chiliquiles with carne asada. Tortilla chips were very crisp (not soggy like most places) and the carne asada was excellent. Ambiance was nice, temps were comfortable (even on a 107 degree day) and plenty of parking. We just moved back from Colorado two days ago and I have been waiting for this day!!! The Broken Yolk is my favorite breakfast restaurant in the valley. The menu is so diverse from breakfast tacos, to sweet and savory crepes, even açaí bowls! They also have a variety of breakfast cocktails! They good is great, but it's also really fun to see our favorite server, Jessica. She's always so quick and on top of her tables no matter how busy. This was my first time coming here and I was super impressed. Front host was nice and I was sat right away (granted it was a Thursday morning). Tony my server was amazing. Soon as I sat down he came right over and provided me with some drink and food recommendations. Super attentive and listened to what I was looking for (there's a lot on the menu). My husband and I ate at the Broken Yolk this morning. We were pleasantly surprised that they were able to seat us right away. Our server was excellent! Probably one of the best we have ever experienced. I don't know her name but she is a cheerful, Knowledgeable Hispanic Lady and was very service oriented. We inquired about her and found out she was the assistant manager. There was a hiring post on the front door do to short staff and she was putting herself out there to make the restaurant run efficiently. Wow! What dedication! Keep up the great work! This lady represents you well. Our food was also really amazing, we tried the Carrot Cake Waffles and A couple of Benedict's. A shout out to the chef and kitchen staff. Felt like having an indulgent breakfast and found this restaurant on Yelp so decided to give it a try. As I walked in, I saw someone having a huge plate of biscuits and gravy and I knew that was exactly what I wanted! It came with hash browns and I also ordered sausages. I thought maybe my taste buds were off so asked hubby to taste it and he also said it tasted strange. Not sure how you can mess up biscuits and gravy? Even the sausage wasn't tasty. The hash browns were however crispy and tasty after I salted it. The server asked how everything was and I had to be honest. She seemed surprised as she said no one's ever complained about the gravy??? She offered another dish so I decided to try the chorizo skillet. Unfortunately I didn't care for it either:( it was salty and doused with salsa that was orange in color and lacking in flavor. Tried a bite of hubby's smoked salmon benedict and the hollandaise sauce was off putting. He agreed it wasn't good. The pics on the menu definitely looked a lot better than how the food tastes. On a brighter note, the Bloody Mary flight was yummy and we both enjoyed them. I appreciated the server trying to rectify the situation by offering another dish so that was very nice of her. Breakfast is one of my two favorite meals of the day. slip on into this busy location and order up some Border Benedicts, chick n waffles, and a huge omelet, wow was this thing big, plus add the hash brown on top and you have a meal for three. Of course its morning, so it was was a little bit loud, but it was abuzz with activity. The waffle was delicious, the chik n waffles was very tasty, the only thing that didn't taste all that great was the border Benedict. the poblano sauce was bland and had to me to be a ton of salt in it. a big turn off for me. I don;t think the server cared enough to ask if there was an issue, but that was the only downside to the whole experience. My family and I like to egg-splore different breakfast spots and ended up at Broken Yolk Cafe one summer morning last year. We had an egg-cellent experience so we decided to go back. This time, I ordered their new Spicy Vegan Bowl and shared a Tiki Toast and Churro French Toast with the hubs. The spicy vegan bowl comes with Plant Based JUST Egg scrambled with spinach, mushroom, onion, green and red bell pepper over homefries and topped with plant based BEYOND SAUSAGE® hot Italian link, avocado and sriracha. It was filling and flavorful! I love spicy breakfasts and this bowl packed a nice, little punch. Since my husband and I both have a sweet tooth, we decided to get both a tiki toast and a churro French toast to share. If you like dessert for breakfast, this is the move. The churro French toast was my favorite. Cinnamon and sugar, cream cheese icing, whipped cream... can't get any better than that! Service was great both times. I should add we have been coming here for 3 months after discovering this place in Vegas , so was so excited to see one here . Portion sizes are huge , always take over half home . The American breakfast was good, hash browns had no seasoning but that's what my side of sausage gravy was for (creamy and delicious) next was the chilaquiles, ordered this with carne asada salsa verde. The salsa verde was a little limey but it was still enjoyable. Next up I did a Belgian waffle with fresh strawberries and whipped cream, it was my favorite of everything. No syrup needed! Restaurant was super clean and inviting. Our server Sally was great stayed on top of everything for us. She didn't even flinch when we accidentally interrupted her taking an order at another table (we thought she had finished with her order taking). The prices are reasonable. Basically 3 entrees for the two of us and the total before tip was $50. Not bad at all. read more

When we walked in it was very busy inside but we were seated instantly which was really nice since we did the yelp check in. It said it was a 10 minute wait. The tables are really close together; you can almost touch elbows with the other table, which I understand if you want to use all the space necessary it just isn't the most comfortable. Our server was always refilling out drinks and the food came out really quick. We LOVED this restaurant in California but here it tasted nothing like the one back home. Honestly; it did not have much flavor. The buffalo wrap was super dry and the chicken was burnt. The buffalo flavor was almost like a very spicy buffalo seasoning (I love spicy) but that is all you could taste. The salad had a lot of wilted, brown pieces of lettuce so it didn't have the tasty crunch. The American breakfast was simple; again not much flavor but nothing salt and pepper and ketchup can't fix :) The breakfast trio unfortunately was also really dry; but the French toast was really delicious and savory. The skillet was a perfect consistency but it just lacked the flavor. It may have just been a bad day since we love this place back home but for the price, flavor and quality I would give it a 3/5. read more

Relaxing brunch experience. Multiple screens and the one in my range featured sea life. The ocean/ water is my happy place. Enjoyed the mimosa flight- favorite was the pomegranate.
