Well, how come Lourdes never refilled my coffee? That and the fact that she didn't bring the salsa which I ordered when ordering my food, that came at the end of the meal. She said she was having a busy morning and sorry. The food was good but not a good 1st impression as this was my first time here. The 2 other people standing around doing nothing should be running food and sides as well as assist refill coffees/drinks. Food was good though.

My husband and I came here for Valentine's Day brunch. There was about a 20-minute wait when we arrived, and it was pretty packed (but not overwhelming). The host gave us a really warm welcome, and because of the holiday we got a complimentary slice of cake -- honestly, that cake was delicious and a nice touch. The ambiance was cute, and the interior reminded me of Georgia. Our food came out in about 15-20 minutes, which was reasonable given how busy it was. As for the food itself... it was okay. I'd rate our meals a 6/10. Not bad, but not something I'm dying to come back for. Service and vibes were solid; the food just didn't wow me. Overall: nice spot for a chill brunch date, especially if you care about the atmosphere. The food was mid for the hype.

Was able to try a lot of different dishes, but the country fried steak, the fried chicken and waffles, and the pancakes were surprisingly good. The service was very snappy and quick. We stopped by here before Coachella and Im super happy we did.

First time here and I can see why my parents love it so much! Complimentary coffee cake before ordering which was warm and had icing. We got the 2 egg combo and pancakes for the table. Coffee was delicious too! Service was busy but attentive and super nice. Inside had padded seating on the benches which was nice too.

It's been over a year since the last time we have had breakfast here. It was one of our favorite places to eat as a family and for special occasions. This place is like an old fashion dinner it can accommodate small and large groups. It also has nice outdoor seating if you like the fresh air. In previous visits I would have given this place four stars. This visit was so different than previous visits. In the past service has always been excellent but this time not so much. Tried something new the Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes. The menu said they were layered with ricotta but the ones I received only had it drizzled on the top so it made them a little dry. My opinion is it should have been served with a side of berry syrups instead of the maple syrup. My husband ordered his regular the meat lovers omelet and he loved it.

This place is small and has a simple, country-style interior. What really stood out was the complimentary coffee cake!! It was so moist and delicious. I just loved that it was free since you rarely get anything free at breakfast spots. The coffee was great and bottomless, which is always a plus. For breakfast I kept it simple with eggs, hash browns, and bacon. Nothing was mind-blowing- but neither was my choice in menu items lol it was solid and satisfying. Between the free coffee cake, great hot coffee, and very reasonable prices, I'll definitely be coming back. That coffee cake alone will keep me coming The service was very good as well! Everyone was friendly.

I enjoyed this place the vibe was pretty cool like an old southern restaurant, the complimentary coffee cake was REALLY good. I had the seafood omelette and i got it because i wanted to try something new but honestly i didn't really like it now it didn't taste nasty like it was a pretty good omelette i just think personally the mix was a little weird the hash browns were really good though. My wife loved the country fried steak. The kids meal was the perfect amount of food for a little one. The servers here were really nice and thankfully patient with us seeing that we had our little ones with us. If you're looking for a brunch or breakfast spot on the fly check this place out.

MO's Egg House is incredible value for your money. Portions are big, service is friendly and the outdoor seating on a nice Cali day is what Sunday should feel like. This is not a haute cuisine place- but solid home style cooking and large portions. The coffee comes with complementary coffee cake. The food was good albeit a bit under seasoned for my palette. The place feels like an old school diner, our server Sadie was really friendly and attentive and overall the experience is true Americana.

Still good. New photos. Yummy stuff here. Come down and don't forget to ask for the coffee cake as a pre-meal. Love the music too, creates a great vibe.

It was New Year's Day, and we walked in just 30 minutes before closing at 1 PM (around 12:30 PM). Despite the timing, we were welcomed happily and graciously, which immediately set the tone. We placed our order, and before the food even came out, we were surprised with a complimentary coffee cake. I absolutely loved it--soft, flavorful, and such a thoughtful touch. It wasn't quite my husband's cup of tea, but the gesture itself spoke volumes. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, and it was excellent. I loved the gravy, the chicken steak was flavorful, the biscuit was perfectly done, and the hash browns were bomb. Everything came together so well. My husband ordered the scrambled dish and loved it--so much so that he was already excited about enjoying the leftovers later. The service throughout was great: sincere, kind, and attentive. The restaurant is also very spacious, making it perfect for families. A wonderful way to start the New Year.

Had a wonderful breakfast this morning at Mo's. I had the Western Omelet and my wife had the two egg combo. Amanda was our fantastic server and brought us some complimentary coffee cake and each meal comes with a complimentary beverage. I had coffee and my wife had tea. The ambiance and vibe are positive and upbeat. This place seems to be popular with the locals. Highlyrecommended

Looking for a nice brunch spot while visiting in the neighborhood. I ordered the loco moco: the portion is small, only one beef patty and it was kind of bland. Wife's omelette is pretty good, eggs are soft and fluffy. Daughter's bacon and eggs is meh, the scrambled eggs are dry. The complimentary coffee cakes are decent.

    Nice and quiet Wednesday morning:)

We so don't agree with this place only showing a 3 star on Yelp as we always enjoy our experience. Plus, this one has a very nice & comfortable patio that is dog friendly - plus for us as we had our pooch with us knowing they were. Inside is always clean too and it's nice inside. All the staff is friendly and attentive. Best drink mixed drink options, wow! My wife really liked the Sunset Passion Colada she got last time, but we both tried the Lobster Punch this time. SOOO good! Food is the best! My wife loves shrimp so she can have her shrimp fest. We both love their coconut shrimp with their great mango coconut dipping sauce. My wife loves their coleslaw so always gets that as her side. Best cheddar cheese bisquits - all you can eat to boot! I tried the all you can eat soup & salad and it's a great deal with great food. The salad was fresh, had lots of good toppings & great blue cheese dressing. I got the clam chowder, you could tell was homemade and made in-house. It was so good, I wanted more & more. Ate 2 salads & 2 bowls of chowder (but wanted even more but was too full). Next we want to try their lobster bisque and their crab chowder. We'll be back!

When I walked back to the bathroom there was an unholy smell coming from bathroom area and what seemed like the carpet. I tried to brave iy anyway but then my table was completely sticky, like juice had been a smeared over the whole table. My waitress was really really nice, I appreciate her greatly. The food however took way too long to come out. After waiting an hour and seeing that two tables that came in before us still didn't have their food, we decided to just leave. I wish they'd put the old favorites back on the menu as well, but I'm sure with this crazy inflation their hands are tied. I'm really sad to have to give this place a 3 star.

Brunch lasts until 2pm and then from 2pm to 245pm they serve only appetizers. Lmao. Thats certainly interesting. Aesthetically this place is gorgeous. I love that they are dog friendly and it wasnt too hot today at the patio. I got the bloody mary to start and it was pretty good. The bacon in it was amazing, however, it didnt taste like 2 shots. The drink was thick but the flavor was still good. I got avocado toast with smoked salmon. This very small meal was 20$. I got a lox bagel and 4 huge pieces of smoked salmon with capers and a side of avocado a few days ago in Vegas on the strip and that was 16$. Sooooooo... how is this justifiable? Anyways, I also ordered a diet coke and they came out with a mini can. Talk about why this place is called "small" barn. Lol! The server stated the can is super small bc its only 2$. Thats just silly. Just get the bigger can and charge me 3 bucks for it. Thats fair in my humble opinion. 4$ for two mini cans is wonky to me. Alas, these are not the reasons why this place originally got a 2 star from me. It was the tomatoes on my avocado toast. They taste spoiled, old, and mushy. It made my stomach hurt a bit. As for the salmon, it tasted like it smelled, funky. Why i ended up giving this place a 3 instead of 2 stars? Bc their creme brulee was the BEST creme brulee I've ever had. It was so luscious, creamy, and it felt like these are the kinds of desserts GODS eat! It was amazing! My server was friendly and talkative with me up until the end. Over the weekend (June 6th) I was dining outside with a group of approximately fifteen people, and around 10:00 p.m a physical fight broke out only about 10 feet away from our table. The incident was alarming and unsettling. As a patron, witnessing violence in such close proximity naturally created fear and concern for my personal safety and the safety of those in my group. What was most disappointing was not the fight itself, as businesses cannot always control the actions of every customer, but rather the response from the staff and management. When I expressed concern to our server(blondish curly hair female), I was told that "fights happen here all the time." That response was shocking and provided no reassurance whatsoever. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the situation or checking on guests who had just been exposed to a violent altercation, the comment normalized the behavior and dismissed legitimate safety concerns. I then requested to speak with a manager. The first manager who came to our table (male, shaggy blackish upper cheek bone length hair, older, Caucasian) would not provide his name, offered no apology, and showed no concern for the impact the incident had on our dining experience. There was no attempt to reassure guests, address the situation professionally, or acknowledge that customers had just been exposed to a frightening and disruptive event. Fortunately, another manager, Evan, later came to speak with us. Evan was the only person who demonstrated empathy and professionalism. He acknowledged that the situation was upsetting, offered reassurance, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He also chose to comp a portion of the bill ($19), which, while appreciated, was not really the issue. The issue was safety, accountability, and customer care. Restaurants have a responsibility to create an environment where patrons feel safe. While no establishment can prevent every incident, management can absolutely control how they respond when violence occurs. Guests who express fear or concern deserve to be heard, acknowledged, and treated with respect. Dismissing concerns or acting as though violent incidents are routine is unacceptable. I appreciate Evan's professionalism, but the overall response from the server and initial manager left me with serious concerns about how customer safety concerns are handled at this establishment.
