I has high hopes this would be my favorite spot at the Marriott. My wife and I love fresh pasta. And the rigatoni we got was actually pretty good, albeit SUPER salty. The antipasto platter was a big let down. The asparagus was yummy but that about the only thing on the platter we really liked. The olives were ok, those two things were not worth the $14. Located at Marco Island Marriott and this place does not fit in. You order and pay at the counter, then they bring the food. That's fine, but I'm not fond of tipping in advance, and it leaves you wondering if you have a server or a food runner. The staff wasn't particularly friendly and seemed confused. Most of the tables were dirty or wet from the rain. The rain had stopped for over 45 minutes, but nobody dried off the tables and chairs on the patio. Chicken Parmesan sandwich was edible, but chicken was rubbery and the pomodoro sauce was bland. Bucatini pasta with rock shrimp, arugula, charred tomatoes, white wine garlic sauce was disgusting and tasted processed. It was way over-priced, even factoring in the resort location. I wouldn't go there again if it were free, and I can't imagine how it can be this bad when everything else at Marco Island Marriott was so good. They did refund the uneaten pasta. We ate here on vacation 4 times and were not disappointed. The pizzas were quite tasty and a good size. We were bowled over by the bolognese, so so so good, we had it 3 times. Wow! We loved this place. Located next to the pool. The staff is so friendly and went above and beyond. The pizza and crust is so good! It's a crispy bottom with a chewy crust just perfect. You can tell it's homemade and it shows. We will definitely return next time we are staying here! read more

Our experience at Pazzis was amazing. Uncertainty and restrictions placed on restaurants due to the corona virus had everyone on Marco Island feeling uneasy and stressed out. The staff at Pazzis was fantastic and made us feel comfortable and relaxed at a time where nothing else was more important. We especially appreciated Kevin, the hardest working food runner in Florida. his positive attitude and gracious manner made our night even more enjoyable. I tipped him an extra $20 for his personal attention. Anyone else would have put it in their pocket and simply went about their night, but not Kevin. He simply said thank you, walked over and put it in the server's shared tip jar. This unselfish act reminded me that during times of trouble good people rise to the occasion and provided a priceless example of humanity to the teenagers with us on spring break. This is the cafeteria style place with a few outdoor tables with a view of the beach. The food was abysmal. Try next door at Quinns on the Beach - the food and atmosphere is better. My husband had a chicken parm sandwich and it had obviously been over cooked by many hours --- probably being kept warm waiting for customers. It was inedible. Since you pay when you order, there is not much in the sense of wait-staff, but one person came over to ask if everything was ok. When we explained the problem, she immediately looked uncomfortable and left. She hid indoors until we departed, and then came to clear our table. This kind of behavior is not what we have come to expect at the Marriott! The staff at Quinns is much nicer. My chicken sandwich tasted good, but the quantity of chicken hidden between the buns was shockingly little. It should have been advertised as a mayonnaise and tomato sandwich instead. And the price? Two sandwiches and two drinks cost nearly $40 --- WAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR TERRIBLE FOOD! my recommendation? DON'T! read more

I waited 30 minutes for my to go order and finally asked where it was when people who came after me were getting their food. The staff finally gave me my food, but forgot my carrots, broccoli, and two sides of fruit. The pizza was cold and tasteless. I basically paid $40 for two kids pizzas and a glass of wine. Want to this place for wood burning Pizza as advertised. But when I got there it DEFINITELY was not wood burning. I ordered a pie with sausage and onions when they bought it to the table it didn't have sauce so waiter wanted to bring me a side of sauce. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Staying at the JW Marriot, 400 Pazzis was a fantastic lunch option. Between five people, we split two delicious and were very satisfied with the portions and quality for the price. Stayed at the JW for an evening and went to dinner at the resort out of convenience. The view is beautiful and the restaurant is a convenient location if staying at the resort and for that alone I give it a 2 star as well as we were seated immediately and were a party of 11. I myself ordered the mozzarella sticks and a margherita pizza . The mozzarella sticks were terrible; if you broke them apart the whole cheese stick came out and the breading was hard as rock, they were hot when they came out though so it was not from the food being cold. We didn't even eat those. The pizza as far as toppings go were fine but the dough was hard as rock and overall ruined the pizza. The others ordered pizza as well and found the same results and some other items that were ordered and not eaten were the cheese bread, chicken parm, and chicken house salad. None of us ate or took the food back to our rooms and the majority of the group dining were 23 year old boys who are human garbage disposers when it comes to food; they will eat anything! Not worth it for what you spend eating there, would recommend Quinn's if on the resort or try somewhere else. read more

Delicious pizza here, the crust is crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. You order at the counter, get a number card and pick any table you want and they bring the food to you. We got the margherita and mushroom pizzas, both were awesome! read more

If you like pizza with no taste, this is your place. After seeing multiple people sitting around the pool with Pazzis boxes, we decided to try the pizza. It had very little sauce and no taste. It was like eating dry bread. Although we ordered sausage, it looked like about 1/4 of the pizza had sausage on it. I have had many frozen pizzas that tasted better than the pizza at Pazzis. This is a strange place. We were looking for a dressy place on the water to go for great food. The food was pretty good, but just know two things. One, you have to order your own food at the cash register and pay before you eat. And two, while this place advertises that it is on the water (it technically is), you can't SEE the water. There are huge tents between the restaurant and the beach, so you can't see the beach at all, and it doesn't feel open. We were really disappointed. And it's pretty pricey for a place where you have to stand in line to order your food. We wouldn't go back. There are nicer places that are really on the water in Marco. read more

It's right next to both pools so it's very convenient. They have a "bottomless" giant cup that for $14 you can refill with soda anytime you want, definitely worth it if you have kids. The kids pizza is a good size for the, and the traditional cheese pizza is very good to. I tried the Skirt steak panini, now I have have my share of skirt steak sandwiches and they usually don't work well because the skirt steak is alittle chewy and think. This was no different. The steak was good, but didn't really have any real seasoning. But the panini and cheese that came with it made it work. We also tried the 5-cheese flat bread with arugala, and that was a complete miss. I didn't taste any of the other 4 cheeses, but they did put marble sized ricotta cheese on told of the pizza. I don't know about everyone else, but I like my cheese on the pizza melted and easy to eat, not marble (and some even bigger) size cheese on top. read more
