I came in as a walk in to just "look" at a new Durango, to upgrade my wife's car and end up walking out in a brand new 2026 Durango Nick helped me out and gave me a good sales service. Then we notice the car had two small issues, repairable of course. My wife loved the color and trim, Cesar helped us setting up an appointment and Jonathon got the job done. in the process I want to thank Andrew for reaching out and helping us with this experience and satisfying the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend to come check them out. Reach out for Andrew he will take care of you no doubt! Great team work to satisfy me as a customer.

I would highly recommend not coming to this dealership. I went here to have some wiring replaced. The truck is a ram 1500 2024 with 14k miles that I keep in great shape no tears or scratches especially on the inside. This truck is my baby, a pavement princess. In doing this they had to remove a good majority of the interior and dash inside the truck. Which is no problem because I went to the dealership hoping they would do a great job. I originally thought about going to another mechanic but this truck is my baby so I opted to go to the dealership in hopes they would do it better then other places, well I was completely wrong. When I went to pick up the truck after them having it for a month fixing it, I saw the dash was extremely scratched (like if you took a screwdriver and just dug into it), the center console broken and scratched the same, interior torn, scratches on the dash and arm handles that help you get into the truck so deep they couldnt be buffed out. I also saw broken parts an my heavy duty weather mats completely broken, how does that happen, Idk, maybe lack of care in working on my truck. So I asked the service manager who quit recently justin why would you give me my truck back in this condition he stated I didnt know I apologize so they went to fix their mistakes, another month without the truck. Well when I went to go pick it up after the repairs I saw again deep scratches in the dash and glove box, I asked him again what is going on with this it needs to be fixed an I do not appreciate this, again he said it will get fixed. A few weeks later I was out of town an my wife went to go pick it up, well we thought it was fixed but when she finally drove it off the lot the truck sounded as if it had a turbo an the steering was making a squeaking and squealing noise that was loud and frightening to her. She brought it back and she was told I think the truck is safe to drive and should be ok, it is better to have a truck then no truck. So her not being a mechanic an the service person not being one as well let my wife drive the truck not knowing if it was safe or not. When I got home to drive the truck I was enraged, how dare they let my truck leave the lot not knowing if it is safe an allowing my wife to leave with it. So when I brought it back, I was told the same thing. So I had them drive with me in it and they stated that they will fix it. So I had them fix it again as well as the scratches that I found in the interior they just replaced. i stated I want to talk to a manager an was told they are not in so I said I want them to contact me. At no point was I ever contacted with a apology or anything. After three months of it being there I finally picked it up and again I saw scratches in my interior and was completely shocked. So I asked the new service individual because the previous one quit that day whats going on how long will this take, he had no answer for me. Saddened in my trucks condition I chose to take it as is and love it, the only thing offered for their inability to fix their mistakes by not being mechanically competent was a few free services nothing else and not even an apology. I truly hope others do not come here for services because you might run into the same thing I did, and if you need to go to moss for a vehicle go to san bernardino location, but not this one. They completely disrespected me an my time, my wifes safety and my truck that I purchased through their sister company in san bernardino. Take your money elsewhere, and do not waste your time with this dealership or even the moss brother company. Im extremely dissatisfied and unhappy in my service with them.

We went to other car places to try and get my brother a car. No one would help him. He's 18 and works hard. His dream car is a Honda Civic Si, Moss Bros had one. David Hernandez put my brother in that SI just a couple of hours later, we drove off the lot with my brother smiling ear to ear. He's now sitting in a 2020 Honda Civic Sl with just over 30k miles. They worked with him, they made it happen. Thank you to David, and everyone at Moss Bros for making his dream come true!

Ceaser aka Mr liar decided to lie and tell me to come in and fill out a new contract so I can keep my car "I would need you to come in today to resolve this otherwise my Gm wants to just void the deal" I come in and he tells me my deals void and tries blocking my car in I would definitely not recommend shopping here and suggest you go with a whole different company

My daughter & I were in a bad lease contract that left our contract upside down with lots of over mileage. We were desperately needing to get out of this deal because we thought the dealer who put us in this bad lease were looking out for returned customers that were loyal. In the end, Moss Bros VW worked there magic and got us out of those bad contracts. Into vehicles that we loved while purchasing them. The people who diligently made this happen for myself & daughter were David Ruiz(Sales person), Clarence Green(Sales person), Zack Mosely( Assistant Sales Manager), Mark( General Manager) & Ethaniel Baxter(Finance Manager) & team. Both the manager and the sales rep assured me verbally and via text that there would be no add‑ons or markups, yet they refused to provide any pricing in writing. I even asked if I was first in line for the car and was told, "Yes, you'll be the first person we call when it arrives." When the car finally came in, I got a call right away. I told them I just needed to finish lunch, head home, and grab the car I planned to trade in. A few minutes later, the rep texted me urging me to hurry because "others were interested." I called back to confirm the car was still being held for me since I had a long drive. He assured me it was. When I arrived, I was immediately told another family was also there for the same car. It was incredibly awkward. The car pulled up, and the rep told me they would be test‑driving it first because they arrived before me. I didn't love it, but I figured it didn't matter since the car was supposed to be mine. Then things got worse. We sat down in an office right next to the other family, and I could clearly hear them going over numbers. I asked why they were discussing pricing if the car was supposed to be held for me. The rep said management decided they would sell the car to whoever gave them the better deal. That was the first bombshell. The second came when the manager joined us. Suddenly, all the "no add‑ons" promises disappeared. They piled on add‑ons left and right--including GAP insurance--even though I was putting $29k down from my trade‑in equity. This was, without question, the worst dealership experience I've ever had. The emotional frustration they put me and my family through was completely unacceptable. They may not lose any sleep over it, but I sincerely hope karma catches up with anyone who treats customers this way. Do yourself a favor: don't waste your time at this dealership. You can find better. I wanted to add, they all entered the next room as I was leaving with my family and started laughing.

We decided to sell my old RAV4 2018 to CARMAX and got a fair price, so we figured next day we would sell the old RAV and just wait for the new one to arrive. Louis called next day they had found me a Pearl White with Black top and trim fully loaded. It was in Los Angeles and they were sending someone to go get new car and bring back to Moss. So we went over to do paperwork and wait for delivery. Poor driver had Friday traffic so delivery was late. They delivered the car after checking it out and cleaning up. Throughout the entire process, communication was extremely poor. I rarely received updates unless I repeatedly called the service department myself, sometimes 10 times a day, just to get someone to answer the phone. My service advisor was Andy, and every time I called, I was told he was somehow on a "2 hour lunch." Even after leaving multiple messages with my name and number, I almost never received a callback. The information I was being told by the dealership also constantly conflicted with what my warranty company was telling me. Andy repeatedly claimed my warranty company was refusing things or causing delays, but when I contacted my warranty directly, I was informed that the dealership was attempting to bill for charges or work that either was not approved or had not actually been completed. My warranty company specifically advised me that the dealership appeared to be attempting to double-charge or add unsupported labor costs. My warranty company even emailed me proof of the double charge. At one point, I was told I would need to pay an additional $300-$400 out of pocket for "labor" because supposedly my warranty would not cover it. When I asked for a clear explanation, nobody could properly explain why. The service manager simply stated that the warranty "wasn't paying them enough," which is not an acceptable explanation to charge a customer additional fees. The delays continued when it took several more days just to order my engine. Andy later promised my vehicle would be completed by the following Thursday. I explained to him multiple times that my rental coverage only lasted 5 days. Six days before my vehicle was finally completed, Andy called me and stated that "something else happened" with my vehicle and that it would take another 6 days to finish. He specifically told me the dealership would place me into a rental vehicle due to the inconvenience and also stated I would no longer have to pay the additional $300-$400 because of everything that had happened. After weeks of delays, lack of communication, conflicting information, and inconvenience, I finally picked up my vehicle yesterday around 2:30 PM, paid my warranty deductible, and left believing the matter was resolved. Today, I then received a phone call from Andy asking why I "didn't tell him" I already had a rental vehicle. I reminded him that I absolutely did tell him and had multiple conversations with him about my rental situation. Mind you he has been the one speaking to my warranty this past month and knows my warranty only allows 5 day rental!! He then told me I now needed to come back and pay for the additional 6-day rental. When I questioned how that made sense after what I had been told, he responded by saying, "Okay, we'll just take you to court," and then hung up on me. I immediately called and asked to speak with the service manager regarding both Andy's behavior and the overall handling of my vehicle. The service manager showed no concern or professionalism regarding the situation and simply told me he would "look into it" and call me back later. This has honestly been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, unexplained charges, delays, and unprofessional behavior were completely unacceptable. I would never bring my vehicle back here again, and I would strongly caution others before trusting this dealership with their vehicle or warranty repairs.

He was responsive, communicated clearly, had the vehicle ready when I arrived, and had no problem with me scheduling a pre-purchase inspection. I'd recommend starting with Gabe if you're buying from this dealership. Throughout our negotiation, the sales manager was professional and understanding, and the finance process went smoothly. My one concern is pricing transparency. The paperwork added more than $4,500 in dealer add-ons (KARR system, paint and fabric protection, and all-hazard tire coverage) that were already installed on the used vehicle and weren't reflected in the advertised price. What drew me to this dealership, over an hour from my house, was the competitive pricing advertised online. It's incredibly frustrating to sit down to talk numbers and find these almost non-negotiable charges. My research and initial offer were based on the advertised price, and these add-ons undercut my initial efforts to negotiate. Negotiation isn't my favorite part of buying a car, but it's part of the process. In the end, the sales manager worked with me, and I bought the vehicle at a great price. My overall experience with Pedder Hyundai was professional and timely. My only suggestion is to include these add-ons in the advertised price (or make them truly optional). Being upfront and transparent from the start would make a good buying experience great.

While we had a great experience in purchasing and our initial 2 service visits for oil change, the…read moreService Department really dropped the ball for us this time... At the time of purchase, we opted in and purchased the Tire Warranty, which included road hazard, tire replacement, etc. We experienced a low tire pressure warning, filled out up with air and later that evening tire pressure dropped from 32 to 28 triggering another tire pressure alert. Next morning it was down to 22 psi... Brought it in to the Service Department. They took the vehicle in and after a small wait (about 15 minutes) told us that they refilled it up and didn't see any puncture/ nail and that if it went down again to bring it back in and that they would have to replace the tire. We explained that we had already tried to fill it up and that it went down again and that we would like it replaced (really!?? A professional tire shop would have found the leak and plugged it if they could - but no you want to replace the whole tire)... Anyways the Service Advisor said to give him a few minutes so he start the paperwork - then proceeded to tell us that they didn't have the the in stock and would have to order it. Wouldn't be in until the next day so we would have to bring it back. Then proceeded to tell us the price of the tire. I asked "what about the tire warranty we purchased? " He asked if I had proof because he said he didn't see anything on his end. I replied. Yes, it's in the car. He kept typing and talking in the phone and then told us that we would have to leave the vehicle until the next day because "you purchased a warranty that requires that the vehicle stays until repaired" - so suddenly, he found the warranty. Smh. So instead of letting us just go home and come back the next day, we're without a vehicle because they don't stock a tire for one of the most popular models(Kia Sportage Hybrid)... I guess we should have just declined the coverage and stayed with our local Tire Shop (Just Tires) since we've used them for close 20 years... very disappointing and would definitely NOT recommend a tour warranty purchase from this dealer... And on an additional side note, the oil change contract that we purchased stated "every 3,000 miles per 4 times per year", but the Service Advisor (on our last visit) stated that it was only 2x per year and capped at 10 visits total, which is definitely not what the contract states - I showed him the contract and he stated that I read it correctly and that I needed to talk to Finance. Left a message with another associate and she told me she would ask Saul to review it and correct it. After a week, still no contact or update...
