Overcooked eggs. Nasty hash browns with griddle cleaner taste.

Went here for brekkie. Staff was super kind. Food was meh. Omelette was way over cooked. Hash Browns tasted like some funky griddle cleaner was used on griddle before cooking. Very strange offputting gross taste. Farmer Bros coffee is...well.... Farmer Bros. Extensive menu. The family who owns and runs it works hard. Just up the food game a bit, lose the nasty hash browns and do them better and change the coffee. Will go a long way in improving.

I love Ft. Collins and finding restaurants like this.

This is so good! I think I'm gonna quit working so I can just come and hang out here and eat every day. The pancakes were unbelievable. The Denver omelette was the best I've ever tasted and the service is impeccably nice.

Charming cozy and friendly staff - step back into 1975 -and the food is yum. The decor is nostalgic of Route 66 off road diner- prices are fair. Great music and the chef is awesome. Owner was serving tables. Try it

Cute little place, felt very old school which is my kind of scene. We were greeted right away and sat down in a booth. We didn't have much time otherwise we'd have ordered more but we both ordered some juice and coffee, and got the cinnamon rolls. I didn't realize they'd be so big! We definitely could have shared. The staff were all nice and friendly. We both said that if I'm the area again we would surely come back and try a more heart breakfast!

    Fantastic omelet

Come here with my daughter regularly. Was just charged $3.50 x 2 for carbonated water. We will find a new spot.

They're rated really high -- actually one of the highest-rated restaurants in Fort Collins -- and from a food perspective I don't really understand why. Sliders with sweet potato fries -- fine, nothing extraordinary. Potato éclairs -- . It was really just mashed potatoes with some topping on it. I honestly didn't even finish it. Mountain oysters -- huge letdown. They came out so overcooked they were basically crunchier than potato chips, with the batter crumbling off. I've never had them before, so I didn't get a good representation of how they're supposed to be -- these were just super-cooked batter. On the space: we ended up sitting in three different spots to eat. We went outside by the street first -- super loud, and people were smoking, so we headed back in. The open spot inside was right under the AC and about forty degrees, so we moved to the back area. The back was fine -- covered -- but pretty dirty, with mop buckets and clutter sitting around. The one drink I had was a good value since we were there at happy hour -- some kind of fruity whiskey drink. It was fine, but nothing I'd seek out again. I hate to give such a friendly place a bad review. It'd be a really great spot if you're a college student who wants some cheap bites and a drink -- but honestly it's just bar food, and the ceiling is probably a 4 on a really good day. I wouldn't get excited to head down there, and parking is a bit of a hassle too. Would recommend only if you're after very cheap eats in that area -- check them out for happy hour. But I would not return.

The presentation was beautiful, but more importantly, everything tasted incredible. The portions were generous, making it easy to feel like you received great value for the money. The dining area was clean, stylish, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made the entire meal even more enjoyable. It felt like the kind of place where you could enjoy a casual lunch, celebrate a birthday, or have a nice dinner with family. I can honestly say there wasn't a single thing I would change about my visit. It's rare to find a restaurant that consistently delivers on every level, but this one certainly does. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're nearby, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

We were offered indoor or outdoor seating and we opted for outdoors on this balmy 80-degree evening. Wife N started with a mocktail: Summer Crush. Delicious and we didn't miss the normally included liquors in the spirited version. She ordered a make it yourself burger: just the bun, patty, some ketchup and mayo. Medium. Side of fries. Her way. Burger perfect medium. Fries were crispy, above average. I ordered the Mushroom Avocado burger, also medium. Burger was juicy, flavorful, and the tempura avocados were an interesting twist on the un-fried norm. First couple bites had some crisp but mostly the avocados got soggy halfway through. Not sold on the tempura frying but the sandwich on the whole was great. Got some local draft on the side. Well taken care of, food was great, will return.

It is a fairly noisy place so I feel the upstairs was a little quieter and I was glad not to have been seated in one of several booths near the entrance with so many people standing and waiting on seating. Our server was nice and attentive, and the food came out rather quickly. I had an pleasant DC Oakes IPA and the Bomb Diggity hamburger with sweet potato fries. The burger was very tasty (a fat bomb) and with the fries was a substantial amount of food - I was only able to eat about half of it all. However, that burger had to be the saltiest burger I've ever eaten. Curious, I went to the DC Oakes website to find nutritional information about my meal and there is no nutritional information. A third-party website (Marcos.menu) offered the following on the Bomb Diggity: Calories: 1200; Protein: 50g; Carbs: 55g; Fat: 85g. Nothing about sodium. My wife is on a sodium-restricted diet and she knows not to order anything like this burger. But still, nutritional information would be nice to know. When do you plan on putting this information on your menu for your customers? I will return to sample more of their beer and food selections.
