Ordered a chicken wrap with cole slaw, Reuben Sandwich with fries and burger with avacado and sweet potato fries and hibiscus iced tea. Stopped by here for breakfast over the weekend when were staying at the Stanley Hotel. We got seated immediately about at about 1030am and noticed about 11am alot of customers started rolling in again. We ordered the french toast and smothered breakfast burrito. Both were very good with pork green chilli on top the burrito being our favorite (not too hot but still had a kick). Menu selection was good and prices reasonable. Service was friendly and attentive. The only thing I thought could be better is a more consistent refill on coffee. Highly recommend you try this resturant if you are staying or visiting Estes Park. read more

The two of us had a cabin close by and planned to make our own breakfast at least once during our stay. Ended up eating here 3 days in a row. Alaskan baked oatmeal was a surprising treat, not too sweet, but enough to want a savory side of crispy bacon, egg cooked perfectly, and crispy hash browns. MHC is, by far, one of our favorite Estes places to go! Every year, we come up in November for a weekend getaway and to shop the Christmas stores and every year, we eat breakfast here both mornings. tl;dr - busy spot, great service, amazing food We stopped in for breakfast on a Wednesday morning. It was packed, but we used the check in kiosk and got a table in about 5 minutes. Because it was packed, it did take a second for the server to grab our drink/food order, but it was no problem! Our server got our orders down and brought our coffee/juice/water back very quickly and while he was very busy tending to many tables, he was still friendly and polite! We received our orders very quickly! The food looked great, and was fresh, and hot. I had the seasonal Pumpkin Waffle Combo that was AMAZING. The menu was typical and nothing noteworthy. The food came out hot and as ordered but it was mediocre. We walked into town from The Stanley and stopped by for breakfast. When we arrived, they were full to capacity so we had to get on the waitlist via an iPad in the lobby. When they have space to seat you, you will receive a text and also the cashier will come outside to call you. When we were seated, we were greeted immediately and asked if we wanted to place drink orders. They do not have any specialty coffee, just regular cream and sugar. I ordered the peppermint hot chocolate and requested it hot, only to be told that it comes from a machine and that they have no way of making it any hotter. After taking our orders, the waiter left and did not bring water or silverware until after we received our hot chocolate and coffee....about 15 minutes later. I ordered the chilaquiles and my husband ordered biscuits and gravy. While waiting for our food, there was a waiter taking food back and forth to the covered patio and I guess he got tired of constantly opening/closing the door so he left it propped open even though it was 30 degrees outside. My lukewarm hot chocolate was not helping the situation, so my husband got up and closed the door. We finally received our food and while mine was good, my husband did not enjoy his as the dish should have been called gravy and biscuits. His plate was completely filled with gravy and after a couple of bites, he was turned off. read more
