First we were there at about 3pm and waited by ourselves for 10 minutes before we saw a human. I wanted to leave but finally my husband spoke up and yelled if anyone was there. Second, we ordered a club pizza and garlic sticks to go. In a word it sucked. We should have just gone home and had peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. $29 and it was a total waste of money. This Pizza place was pretty good! They had a decent salad bar and I guess they have all you can eat buffet on Wednesdays for $7.99.... That's pretty darn good! We did not do the pizza Buffett because the party I was with had some tummy issues with certain ingredients...so we ordered a medium pizza which was plenty of pizza for four people. I think there were about 10 good size slices, and it was delicious! Very tasty and fresh. I also had a salad from the salad bar and that was pretty darn tasty as well. It was kind of a small place... Went for the dinner buffet tonight. Green salad was empty, the pizza was on the heat table way way too long and the garlic bread was almost a cracker. They did make new garlic bread when asked but only put out a new pepperoni pizza. Last time was so good, this time was a bust. read more

I would have given this place a zero... The customer service is really horrible at this location. I ordered the salad bar and once I served my salad and went back to my table to my surprise there was a bug that was moving around. I found an employee and pulled him to the side instead of being rude and just blurting it out in front of the other customers of what I found in the salad. I advised the employee Travis just to let him know so he can change out the lettuce but this employee just said "yeah ok" and left me with my plate and bug in hand. I waited about 5 mins thinking that he was going to come back but he didn't. At that point I was annoyed and found him to again and requested to speak with the manger and this same employee said that was him. I found that very hard to believe because he was so rude and his customer services skills sucked. So I was done with him and his horrible service and asked to cancel my order and my money back. Very delicious pizza. Costumer service was impeccable and my pizza was out in a timely manner. The cashier who I remember being named nick was a great help and even helped me pick out my pizza since I wasn't sure what to get! Customer service and food quality have definitely gone down the past years since relocating to Galt. Just recently, I ordered a gluten-free pizza with all the fixings minus cheese for delivery. When it arrived, it had CHEESE, and I'm allergic to cheese. I called them right away and instead of fixed their fault, they straight up denied my no cheese request and said I did. I requested my order be fixed since it was their botch, and they said they don't do that. So I was left with a gluten free pizza with cheese that was an absolute waste. On top of that, I ordered a pepperoni pizza for the kids, and is it just me or are the pools of grease inside those pepperoni bowls getting bigger and bigger? It was disgusting to see. I'm never ordering from here ever again. Overall, I don't recommend this place unless lots of grease in your pizza and bad customer service suits you. read more

Last night I set up a delivery order to my work for 12:45 today with instructions to call me from the parking lot. He called at 12:44. When I got to the parking lot, he was quick and professional getting my pizza to me. He apologized that the pizza had been made with tomatoes even though I requested it without but offered to put in a note to give me half off my next pizza, which I was happy with. Mistakes happen and I was pleased they acknowledged it and offered something. The pizza was hot and delicious! I'll definitely order from them again! read more

We went here for the lunch buffet. It was very hot inside, seems like they don't like to run the air conditioning. I also seen a cockroach in the dining area and on the floor in the women's bathroom. Very few options on the salad bar, Took forever to make a personal size pizza that was only ham and olives. They then turned around and gave my pizza away to another customer had just walked in... When they realize that they had given the wrong pizza to the wrong person see them try to give us her pepperoni pizza... Amazing and it took us about 45 minutes to just get one personal size pizza will not come back to this place again... Save your money. read more

I tried the lunch buffet and was pleasantly surprised to see several different types of pizza out. The salad bar has fresh veggies and their soda fountain doesn't skimp on the syrup. Just left this restaurant for lunch and will not go back. Time was 12:30, lunch time, 8 dirty tables, 2 slices of cold pizza. We waited 20 minutes for fresh pizza. When we left at 1pm there were 10 dirty tables and the two employees were just standing in the back talking. NEEDS A MANAGER!! read more

Disappointing! I would give 0 stars if I could. My husband and I went on Wednesday for the all-you-can-eat buffet. When we got there, there was already two half-pizzas that looked dry and the veggies were shriveled, so obviously had been sitting there for awhile. We also ordered buffalo wings, and I specifically said extra crispy because I detest flaccid chicken skin! We proceeded to get our salads, assuming surely there must be fresh pizzas on the way. We finished our salads and still the only pizza up there was the dry ones, so we continued to wait. Then the gal brought out the chicken wings and walked away, I had to take them back to the counter and ask her to put them back through the oven as they were not crispy AT ALL, let alone extra. Finally another pizza...ONE other pizza...came out, which was promptly gobbled up by the many folks there for the buffet, including the couple of slices we took. My husband asked if there was more pizza coming, and was told a combo was on the way and it would be about 8 minutes, so we waited. About 12 minutes later, the combo did finally appear, so we grabbed a couple of slices each and went back to the table. We were on a bit of a time constraint, so we ate those pieces and got up to leave, when I saw the back of the house staff, 3-4 of them, come out and literally pile the rest of the fresh combo pizza on their plates, 3-4 slices each, go over to the corner tables in the dining room and proceed to eat in front of everyone, while the buffet counter still had the nasty dry pizzas WITH CUSTOMERS WAITING for more fresh pizza! Seriously??? You couldn't have made another pizza for the staff? The staff couldn't eat the dry pizza, the pizza that was clearly left out because it was good enough for paying customers but not for them? I'm guessing there was no adult supervisor on staff, everyone looked about 20 or younger. We ended up paying almost $30 for flaccid chicken wings, salads/sodas and 8 tiny slices of pizza...definitely NOT all-we-could-eat. We thought an hour-and-a-half was enough time to stop for pizza before our event, but clearly we were very wrong. Oh, yeah...and I had to take the chicken wings home and recook them so there were crispy and edible. Really doubt we'll be back for the buffet, especially when we can go to the Round Table across town on Tuesdays for all-you-REALLY-can-eat pizza with better service, even if it's not necessarily better pizza. And they ask what kind of pizza you like and keep them coming out fresh and hot during the whole buffet hours! Mountain Mike can take a hike! read more
