I would of given a zero. We hate mountain mikes but there was nowhere else to go. This review is confirmation why we hate it. Went in to have a beer and a snack while passing thru town. Ordered beer and chicken wings and waited. While waiting saw a mouse run through the restaurant. Yikes. I told a worker but he looked at me like I was from Mars. It seemed he did not tell anyone as he went on with his other tasks. I went up to the counter and asked if I could have my beers. After 20 min I got the wings and beers. 1/2 in to wings found that they were under cooked. We left and laughed and couldn't believe we went there. Really never again. Haven't found a better pizza place in Livermore yet. Pretty good. Prices are high but its worth it. The pepperoni is absolutely the best.

I am completely disappointed by the service of this establishment. I am from out of town with no means of transportation so I ordered take out from the Mountain Mike's on Vasco in Livermore CA. The email confirmation said 70min until delivery. I waited the 70min and called to see were my driver was. The person who answered said that they would be there any minute as they were out on delivery. A full hour went by with no sign of my beloved pizza and my hunger only grew. I called again and the place was closed for the night. I hope you are happy mountain mikes as I had to walk to the closest gas station to purchase a damn hot dog. Great place for family! My kids love to run around and play on the video games. Staff is friendly. Love the inexpensive salad buffet for a healthy option. We go here often because the kids love it! read more

It took us two hours to get our pizza in a Sunday night. We ordered at 3:15pm everyone we called to check on our order we kept getting the run around. But when it finally was delivered, the pizza and wings were hot and very good. read more

This location has the worst service ever. Its Monday, 1:28 pm and I've been here for like 45 minutes waiting for a pizza. After 30 minutes of waiting I barely saw one of the employees making the pizza and it really doesn't take that long. I am not happy at all and I'm never returning to mountain mikes again. I would not normally write a review but I had to on this one. I am really disappointed with this location. I live on this side of town and really enjoy MM's pizza, that being said the last couple of times I have been there the I have had not the best experiences. The video games are not working, sitting area is not kept up and it just doesn't seem like the owners care. We now go to the other one across town because of the atmosphere is much better. read more

This place closes way earlier than they're scheduled to close. I have tried for 3 consecutive times to call in an order an hour prior to closing time. The first 2 times they picked up and said they were closed early 3rd time no answer. read more

Between last week and this week, the price of the buffet went up from $6.95 to $9.99, more than 43%, with no apparent change in the offerings. $6.95 was a good value, for which I was willing to overlook some shortcomings. Never, ever, ever order online at Mountain Mike's Pizza! They are deliberately trying to rip you off with that system. First, the coupons you can get online to print or at your door or through the mail are not available in the online system- so you have to call to use them. Second, even the "promotions" (available in the online system) are a scam. They offer a "$16.99 large one topping" but the pizza rings up as $19.99 and the coupon takes of $2.50- for those that are math challenged the discount should be $3.00. I let them know, but they said (with a very clear attitude of "go take a long walk on a short pier") it's a nationwide system and nothing they can do about it, so I guess they are ripping people off nationwide. The pizza is worth 3 stars, but minus one for inconvenience and trying to rip me off. read more

This place is our "after softball game" hang out spot... The staff is friendly and quick... The pizza is good. There's plenty of seating inside with a number of TVs and video games. The restrooms are clean. No complaints here. read more

This is the worst Mountain Mike's location I have ever visited. The customer service is the main reason for this rating...it's terrible. The young girls working the register apparently have never heard of the concept that the customer is always right. They made a mistake on our order, tried to blame us, wanted to charge us to correct their error, and were extremely rude and unprofessional. We order delivery often and do it online. Thursday we order on line with a credit card about 530pm. At 7pm still no pizza. We called and were told the driver was in our area and would be only a couple of minutes. At 735 we called again and were told that the order was designated for pickup. We never do pickup. Very familier with the online ordering. The person we talked to last was not helpful and quite sullen. We then cancelled the order. Haven't seen the credit on the card yet either. We normally experience much better customer service than this. read more

My opinion of this restaurant has go from a 5 to a 1 . After ordering delivery for years, I'm suddenly out of their delivery area. I was told they are under new ownership. So new owners, how long do you think you'll stay in business after alienating your customers. While my address is technically out of town I'm 10 min or less from them. read more

First of all my girlfriend and I went here after my sons soccer game and invited my entire family. At first we tried to order ahead of time so our family and us could have our pizza ready by the time we got there, but no they said they won't put the pizza in the oven until we get there. So then we get there and as soon as we walked up we did not feel any customer service let alone welcomed. As soon as we got there and we tried to order and sit down in the "party section" (which was a complete mess might I add) and the cashier asks if we have that space available which we don't so of course I say and no and he said well you guys can't sit there then! Yet he doesn't have anyone reserving the "party area" so then we go up and talk to the cashier yet again and ask if we can sit in the areas since no other space is available let alone clean and he said yea if u clean it you can sit there since I have no staff available to clean the area?! I have been ordering pizza for my office from this location for several years and aside from some longer than expected delivery times I have had pretty good experiences. Today changed my opinion of this particular location (FYI- I saw a notice on the door that it appears to be under new ownership/management so this could be the problem). First, web ordering was down, no problem. I called in and the girl I spoke with seemed completely clueless and took forever to take my order. Then she told me it would be an hour and a half for delivery- couldn't do this as I had a hungry staff to feed- so I said I would pick it up. She told me the order would be ready in 20 minutes so I arrived 30 minutes later. When I got there I was told it would be about 15 more minutes (which ended up being 20). I explained to the manager that it was very frustrating that I was given a time to come and then my order wasn't ready for 25 minutes after that time. All he could tell me was that they were very busy and then he offered me a free drink. Not impressed. I'll be getting my pies for my office somewhere else from now on. Had the manager been a bit more understanding and tried to appease me with something other than a free soda, I might have given them another chance. read more
