Once I was missing avocado, next I was missing the sauce, and this time my tuna was completely raw, not seared with hard jasmine rice and very tiny avocado slices. I always put input in to DoorDash, but I don't think it's getting to the restaurant... and it's reached a point where I feel like I have to leave this review and maybe find a new go to for quick family dinners. I have eaten at this Mountain Mikes before and every time it has been a pleasant experience. On July 31st I order a medium pizza, half combo and half cheese. My family of 3 ate the pizza including my 2.5 year old son. The next day all of us felt sick, not sure on what had happened we figured out if had been what we ate, Mt Mikes. As the day went on each of us one by one started getting sick. I will not go into details but not a pleasant experience. I tried calling Mt Mikes for the Manager to alert the manager in case other had the same experience as us. That was Monday the 8/4, it is not 8/7 and I have not heard back from anyone at that location. Talk about not caring about your consumers, I even made a call to the Corporate office and thus I have gotten the same response, NOTHING. All I was looking for is to let them they might have bad produce but I guess it doesn't matter to much to them. So I let my friends and family know what has happened and now none of us will ever eat at a Mountain Mikes again. Their goes over 20 of your consumers plus. read more

Ordered 2 pizzas over the phone. I sent someone to get the pizza's with my card as I am a very busy individual. They were unable to take the card since I was not there. I called down to speak with the manager very frustrated (probably hangry!) and spoke with Natasha. She explained to me her policy and why it is in place (obviously to protect from both them and me from credit card theft/fraud). On top of that, she changed the order to delivery and had fresh pizzas made and sent to me at no additional charge! The pizza, as always, was amazing. Thank you Natasha for being able to deal with a difficult customer (me...) and for going above and beyond to help me out!!! read more

We live in Fresno on are we to the Bay Area we decided to stop and get something to eat in Livermore we took vasco exist and we seen mountain mikes pizza so we decided to go for a pizza we walked in and got greeted by Omar took are order and made it him self and let me tell you something never tested a pizza like that we got from Fresno before but if you want the real mountain mikes pizza go to Omar at vasco rd.
