I only come here for the lunch special with co-workers. The pizza is decent and the salad bar is pretty well-stocked. A favorite is the "dessert" pizza- cinnamon and sugary goodness on pizza dough. The last time we were here, the pizza was mildly lukewarm and not so great. The salad bar did the trick though, and I was pacified. Most times we come here, the pizza is fresh(er) and warm, so I don't know what went wrong. I guess it's just iffy. Keeping it honest. I called & was greeted by Chloe, friendly but seemed to make me feel rushed. I only know her name because I had to ask. I believe whomever answers a phone at a business should always state their name at beginning of the phone call, this is the courteous and professional thing to do. I'm only mentioning this because I want them to do good. Omar is a sweet man that was genuinely concerned with my experience. Omar delivered the pizza, he had extra stuff in his hand, wings, sauce, and a 2 liter. He said "the boss wanted to give you a free 2 liter." I was happy about that and therefore I didn't realize that the large pikes pizza(with a half Luau) I ordered wasn't what he brought me. Instead it was a smaller pizza(someone else's, too bad for them and too bad for Omar). I was hungry and didn't care, so it was chow time. Omar later called asking if I got what I ordered, I said no but I'm ok. He said sorry that the people who boxed it wrote the wrong name, so it wasn't his fault. I'm not the kind of person to kick a working man when they're already on the ground in need of help, so I said to not worry about it. He brought me the pizza anyway, so I ended up with a bunch of extra stuff. On time with the wrong pizza, slightly late with the correct pizza. I don't know, but something is very off about this Mountain Mikes location?? Out of the last seven times we've ordered here, we have specified NO OLIVES, only to arrive to our pizza with olives on it! Had this been a one time thing, ok, I get it...even a second time, ok, fix it, I'll wait for it to be remade, but don't let it happen again. After time and time again, I've had it!! We ordered the same pizza tonight without olives again, only to have it delivered with OLIVES!! I was very nice to the delivery gal, as I know it is not her fault, she's just the unlucky messenger sent to deliver an order gone wrong. I told her politely had this been a one time thing even a second occasion, I would deal, but this had happened so many times, it really is unbelievable. She told us to keep the pizza with olives and that she would return with our pizza made right, but warned that they were very busy, so it may be awhile. Why has Mountain Mikes problem just become mine?? I did not make the order wrong and I HAVE waited at least 4 times for my pizza to be remade, so I could have it the way I wanted, without olives. The delivery gal called her manager who asked to put me on the line. She told me, wait for it....that I could pick the olives off or they could deliver me a new one in 2 hours!!! Pick it off....what if I was allergic? Two hours?? Because someone didn't read the order? The fact that the staff can't read, isn't being trained or given adequate direction and oversight to ensure this doesn't happen to every order is not my issue, but I have to wait because there are 25 orders that need to be filled before they can fix mine is ridiculous!! Let me tell you, after tonight's experience, I will NOT be patronizing this location ever again! I highly suggest you don't either. My husband and I have been beyond understanding, giving them benefit of the doubt time after time, but you can't help stupidity and poorly run businesses. I am worried about the fact that these folks can't read and will even go so far as to suggest that they color code their orders. When people say NO of some ingredient, put it in red (stop) font and when they say extra of an ingredient, put it in green (go) font. Seems simple and easy enough for all to understand, right? The dedication in the delivery and customer satisfaction is astounding. Every employee at this Mountain Mikes is professional and knows how to treat the customer right. The delivery service is great but not perfect. Great because the estimated wait time is 40-50 min which is expected, not perfect because sometimes they can take a little longer but rewards you if your pizza is late. Although the deliveries are rarely late this is where the customer satisfaction is phenomenal, if they are late they will reward you with EXTRA TOPPINGS, 2 LITER SODAS, or EXTRA WINGS. The food is absolutely delicious I highly recommend the all meat pizza. But all in all this place is great and should be commended for their service especially during a time like this (COVID-19). read more

Called tonight for a delivery. I was put on hold for 5 minutes. Once I told the kid what I wanted. He asked pick up or delivery. I said delivery, the kid said that will take an hour and a half. I said that I would just come pick it up ( I live about 3 minutes away.) He said that would be 30 minutes. (Huh?) Once I got there the place was empty. ( Including employees.) I waited. Then a teenager came from the back. She looked like she was bored and not wanting to be at work. I paid for my pizza. Not even a "thank you" or "come again".
