Today I had the pleasure of stopping by and checking out Mountain Mike's Pizza in Menifee. When I came into the restaurant I was greeted by Matthew. Matthew has incredible customer service and made me feel welcome from the time I entered the restaurant to the time I left. The pizza here is amazing, the vibe and restaurant setting is really good too. One thing I enjoy even more is the support this location has for its military veterans. I'm an Air Force veteran and I recommend this place even more for my military brothers and sisters. Regarding the food, the pizza here is made hot, fresh, and prepared with quality. Me and my family first came to Mountain Mike's in Menifee when we moved here in 2021. We were in search for a good pizza place after my child's game. We haven't stopped coming to Mountain Mike's since then. I always order the Mountain Size Pizza. I've been to different pizza places and this is by far the best pizza l've had. Ordered two heart shaped pizzas for a Galentines party, when I got home from picking up the pizza and got ready to serve it, both pizzas were so burnt the crust was crunchy, more was more burnt than the other. I was so embarrassed to serve my guests burnt pizza. In addition to that I was told the pizza is equivalent to a larger however it was really small. Picture below is of the better of the two pizzas, do you can imagine how burnt the other was. I called the restaurant and they told me I could take the pizza back and get a replacement or don't take it back and get a 20% discount for my next order. The girl over the phone was super sweet and apologetic but with a house full of guests it wasnt an option to drive 20 min there and 20 min back for a pizza that should have been made well the first time. Lesson learned to always check my pizza before leaving because people just don't take pride in their work anymore. Needless to say I won't be eating or ordering from here again. read more

My family and I visited for the first time. The cashier Caroline was amazing. She provided better customer service than most waitress at normal eat in restaurants. The food was delicious. Ordered the mountain classic pepperoni and a large half pikes peak and pineapple chicken luau. Everything was delicious. The kids absolutely loved it. They can't wait to come back. We ordered delivery from the restaurant in the past but it had been awhile and we thought we'd try it in person not remembering whether we liked it or not. My daughter had the all you can eat salad bar and the lettuce was not fresh and when I asked about a new plate for her second trip the girl said she could have a new one if she wanted. (Gross, for all you can eat I thought a new plate was required, food handlers law) The pizza had a crispy bottom which we like and great presentation and I think the pepperoni cheese pizza cooked better than the one my husband and I ordered. My only complaint about the pizza is ours was a little doughy in places. It's definitely better pizza than little ceasar and dominoes and probably on par with pizza factory. Stadium pizza is still the best around I just wish they had one in Menifee. We also like Your Stop Pizza and Giovanni's for local spots. read more

Got the pizza looks and smells delicious but it took 43 mins. So don't come if your starving. Order before u come. Heaven forbid they r busy. They do deliver so maybe that's a better option atleast yr waiting at home. And maybe next time offer the customer waiting forever a small drink of water. Got home. Garlic bread is hard as rock. Wings are sad. So tiny my son thought maybe they used pigeon legs . Chicken lua pizza was good. Pepperoni and cheese were alright kids said nothing spectacular. Cardboard crust, not much cheese and amazing looking cup and charred pepperoni that is way over seasoned "heartburn ready". The place could have been so amazing but instead is a premade pizza chain. Look to the kitchen the crust are sitting on racks waited to be put together. You can always tell if it's a good crust by how far they take the toppings to the edge without you requesting it. Because it doesn't rise like bread should it they leave you a nice ring. Always clean stores and great people, even the one in perris and the rest of the business around there are kinda nasty. read more

Unfortunately, I waited about an hour from ordering to receive my food. I wouldn't mind if it was busy, but it wasn't. I honestly only gave it 4 stars because of the price. I really do love this pizza! I personally think it's great, gooey good, tons of toppings! Having said that, it is way pricey, much more so than it really needs to be. I really only get this pizza on a special occasions when I want to treat myself because of how expensive it is. Yes, I am an Mountain Mike Awards Member. My wife and I have been for awhile. It does allow us to earn $5 off orders now and then, if we get lucky we are surprised by a $10 off. But honesty, $5 off doesn't really help considering the high price. I do love the pizza, and I also understand the prices are probably set by corporate, individual stores probably have no say in the price. read more
