Tried ordering from the new Menifee location tonight. We ordered two small pizzas and six wings. $45; a little pricey but if it's good that's fine. One pizza had the wrong crust and was missing one of the two toppings. The other pizza was average as were the wings. We'll try them one more time to see if it was just a "newness" thing. read more

Wish I could give a review of the food but when I went to get my food, they were closed 30 min early. Lights off, not a worker in sight. I actually feel worse for the people who showed up and paid for their food online. Will probably never try this place because the workers clearly cares more about going home early than any customers orders especially those who prepaid. read more

I want to start off with letting the world know I'm a professional eater. I am picky with my pizza and for some reason this place hits all the right spots for me. I have been here dine in and delivery and both are amazing service. My 6 year old daughter loves to go on dates with me here because she feels like the buffet( when one was available) was meant just for her. The staff is so nice and friendly. As for delivery ( and the reason why I'm leaving this review) is today I called for a little backyard party I had. I ordered 3 large pizza from the phone(so easy!) they offered a %20 coupon on my bill! When I checked out and 20 min later I realized I didn't order a gluten free pizza that I was supposed to order I called and told them if I can order a additional pizza, the girl who answered was super awesome and even cracked a couple jokes with me. She made sure my order was done right away and even delivered back to my house a small pizza! This is great customer service and I'm glad to have them in the area! read more

My dad recently ordered pizza from the place online. We had a bunch of family over so we chose delivery. Well after 2 hours I told my dad to call the place to see if the delivery driver got lost. The girl on the phone told him that our pizzas were sitting there the past hour. My dad asked how long would it take for delivery she said over 2 hours AGAIN... but if we picked them up they could remake them and it would be 25 mins. Unfortunately we had to pickup we live 5 mins away. So my dad went and waited at the place so our pizzas were hot... when we got them all our food was warm. They definitely used the same food and re heated. The pizza was good but not 3 hours of waiting good. Sucks they didn't apologiZe or even offer speedy delivery after messing up our order. read more

I placed an order online for pick up at 5:00 at about 1:00, when I went to pick up, the pizza was cold and looked like it was sitting there for awhile! I'll start with the positives. Restaurant was clean, Staff was friendly, and the pizza buffet was a really good deal. Other than that it was pretty disappointing. When we first got there there was only one pizza ready to eat for about 20 minutes. Then when a new item arrived it was cheesy bread which no one really ate. I ordered online on 11/24 around 5pm, website estimates 30-45 minutes for delivery time. I waited until 6pm to call for the status of my order and I am told they need 20 more minutes, I agree. I go to the store to try and pick up the order with intentions of leaving the tip and delivery service charge on (to help whoever is driving/working) but due to three kids at home that are hungry, I am trying to expedite the process. I am told my order is out for delivery and go home. Still waiting. Wife goes out to gets dinner and I call again to speak with the manager and I am told it was a miscommunication and the order is now out for delivery. I hate being lied to and the fact that this happened, vexed me. So I tell the manager they need to improve and to cancel my order due to her mistake. I am given a sarcastic apology and hung up on. It is 635pm when the delivery driver shows up. I let him know I already cancelled the order and that I had spoke with the manager about the long wait time. Mountain Mike's in Menifee great pizza terrible customer service they omitted two items ( sliced tomatoes and green onions) that I had requested on my pizza so they promised to keep the other pizzas/garlic breads warm while they corrected my order which would've been fine but after 13-15 minutes of additional wait time I was given the extra items cold and 1 of the missing items ( sliced tomatoes) were still missing wow! I could tell they were extremely busy but I think they need to slow their roll and work on their customer service. The follow up call I made to them was also somewhat dissatisfying. read more

My wife brought home some pizza from a friends house and she told me it was from Mountain Mike's. So good that a couple of weeks later I placed a order for take out. At arrival there was one employee working and she was very nice and made sure order was correct. The pizza and wings are beyond amazing, there's a good amount of toppings on the pizza which taste extremely fresh. I firmly believe the pizza is far better than Pizza Hut or Papa Johns, the pizza has the perfect amount of sauce and much like other big name pizzas, the sauce does not over power the overall taste. The cheese taste very fresh and has the nostalgic cheese stretch to it. The wings were also cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of crisp to them. The overall atmosphere inside is amazing, there's plenty of TV's to catch any sporting event live. I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for," I truly believe this pizza is quality and the pricing is perfect and is worth every cent. I was reminiscing on my old stompin' ground (Alameda, CA) to see what changed in the area and notice a Mountain Mike's Pizza across from McDonald's. I checked the menu, read the reviews, seemed this would be a nice pizza place. Then notice that one was coming to Menifee, CA. After waiting 6 months on being built, it finally arrived and Mountain Mike's did not disappoint. This is my family and I second visit to this location and got to say the food is great. However, the staff and leadership need a better understanding on what great customer service is. The first time there, the staff was not warm beginning with our order over the phone. Both times we felt the team was rude and not warm about explaining more in detail about the menu and when ask to repeat options, they were rude. Today our phone order was to be picked up by my wife at 4pm and that didn't happen. My wife didn't leave the restaurant until 430. No apology for being late and when my wife ask for cheese bread while she waited, the staff wasn't accommodating for any inconvenience however proceed to charge her for the bread. We don't want anything free but at least be human about the experiences and treat your guest right. This will be my last visit here. There are too many other pizza options in the area. Too bad because the food isn't bad but lost me due to the poor customer experiences. Take a lesson that great service will only be spread to a few friends and family members but bad service will always be spread to about 10-15 people. Value and treat your guest with respect because we chose your establishment by finding parking in a busy shopping center and then walking in. This place is amazing I really wanted to hate the pizza here because I do think it's expensive but I would rather pay for quality and this pizza is good the make everything fresh the pineapple and Bacan pizza is so good they use fresh bacon that cooks in the oven it's not re heated bacon and the pepperonis are small so you get a piece with every bite. I like that it's close to home and that if I wanted they could deliver. Thumbs up ! my only real complaint is that I wish they would give us more coupons.
