First of all this is the 2nd time this has happened. I've ordered a pizza and requested that it be thin crust and it wasn't. I called and was told that it was...hmmmm. I beg to differ. So what happened to your great crust? I haven't had pizza at this location in a couple months. Ordered delivery yesterday. Arrived hot- tasty- but the crust- ewe! I miss the crust! Now like frozen pizza! With the pre-formed punctures in the bottom, and no crust around the edge. It is just "there". What sets a pizza apart is the crust- and great quality toppings. The pizza is good and yes they do deliver. And on Tuesdays they have 40% off any large pizza. But they lack in everything else. The staff, who is usually young, makes a lot of mistakes and are very slow to take orders and get things done, don't take their job too serious. On a number of occasions we have been put on hold for a long time and have received incorrect orders. But today was the final straw as my girlfriend ordered a pizza for dinner, 2 hours ahead of time so that it could be ready at the time we needed. The lady took our order and told her that it would be ready for us. I showed up and not only was the pizza not ready, it wasn't even in their system. I bolted out as they wanted me to wait 25 min for the pizza that only takes 15 min in the oven. There's a reason why we had called for it to be ready. I didn't want to wait, I wanted it ready at the time we had asked and the time they had confirmed. My girlfriend called to complain and they didn't accept responsibility for not taking the order but they did offer a free pizza on my next call for their mistake. All in all, I will try not to order from this location in the future. read more

The lady was nice over the phone but told us there was no half off on my girlfriends account. So our total price came to 40 dollars for two medium pizzas. I give this place 2 stars because of the service I had today. I couldn't decide if we should have gotten 2 orders of 18 wings or just a 5lb order. I called the restaurant and asked how many wings were in the 5lb order and the woman said she didn't know. So I asked how many bags it took to place two 18 piece orders. She then asked someone standing next to her how many wings were in the 5lb bag. She was told roughly 40-50 wings. So I placed an order of 5lbs regular buffalo sauce at 7pm online. My time of arrival was 7:30pm. The delivery man did not arrive until 8pm. I didn't complain to him about the tardiness. When my husband ate one of the wings he literally spit it out an said they were disgusting. I tried one and it was soggy and the sauce tasted old, it had no flavor and the skin was slimy and soggy. I took the wings back to the restaurant and explained the details of the wings condition. The man I spoke to told me that they cook the whole bag together and when they do that, the wings don't fully cook, which is why they are soggy. I could not believe he just told me that. If the cooks KNOW the wings wont be good, why don't they cook them longer?? They gladly offered to make a brand new order. I requested half BBQ and half buffalo. It was 8:30pm when I asked how long it would take, the man told me 10-15 minutes. At 9pm I walked up to the counter and before I could ask when they would be ready, the cashier asked the cook where the 5lb order of wings were. He replied "in the warmer". The restaurant was busy so I understood they could have been behind on orders but I was sitting at a table right in front of the counter where the cashier could directly see me. After I received my wings, I looked at them and they were way better than before. I did ask for ranch and the cashier gave me 3 little cups with lids. I asked for more because I had so many wings and she refused to give me more. I dont see how 3 small cups for ranch was enough for all the wings. I honestly have enjoyed their service. We have ordered delivery pizza at least 2-3 times a month and besides being late sometimes we never have issues. But today was just a mess. Hopefully the issue can be resolved so other customers do not have to deal with it either. read more

I wanted to go online and give a huge shout out to the employees and the super friendly manager here! During our week vacation visiting family in the area we wanted to grab a bite to eat, of course with kids involved they wanted pizza! I usually never order pizza from places like this cuz it's pretty pricey for the amount of times a kid wants pizza for dinner lol ...anyway thought we'd give in and lucked out with their pizza buffet. Can't go wrong honestly for the price, and all you can eat. I personally love the salad bar and the staff was amazing catering and being understanding with my rowdy young boys making sure the favorites we're available. Actually order two mini pizza with white sauce and both had red. The girl who ordered the other pizza says that this location never gets her order right she always asks for white and gets red sauce. Our new favorite pizza place! We have never been disappointed with our order. The staff here are amazing and they really care about their customers. Yes the pizza is a little on the expensive side but it is definitely worth it. We also love the coupons we get but even if we don't have one, we will still order. Breadsticks are amazing too! I have a gluten sensitivity so I rarely eat pizza, but when I do it better be good! Mountain Mike's crust is just the right thickness (Not too thin and not too thick). Their sauce is amazing, and they are so accommodating, as I like the gourmet pizzas, but like to add my own twist (jalapeños). I think the girl that helped me was the manager. Um I believe most people train their staff first right?! Well then she was told by the other girl to go ahead and poor our pitcher of beer, for one I know for a fact she was not over the age of 21 ( you have to be at least the age of 21 to pour alcohol in the state of California) and that took about another 20 mins. Then when we sat down we listen to young kids with no manners and running around.. Cool. And when I asked if we could sit in the part that was closed off she said no because they already cleaned them for closing time. The person helping me said that she remembered my order, walked to the back and confirmed my order, and came back and told me itd be another ten minutes. I took a seat to wait and 20 minutes later I was told that the manager doesn't know where my pizza is and that they can offer me a two liter soda if I wanted to wait another 10 minutes while my pizza was being made. The employee recited my options to me in the most monotone robotic fashion, it seems like this is a regular occurrence here. This place sucks. I ordered the Mt. Veggiemore Pizza and it was raw. I could smell the raw tomatoes on the pizza. I was looking forward to the pizza having evenly chopped tomatoes on the pizza and all the vegetable evenly divided on the pizza. There were kids allowed to throw balls around the other customers as well as cuss and run around as if at a playground.
