Ordered 5 items. Spent my time carefully adjusting each pizza. Pizza showed up 2 were incorrect. Called Vacaville Alamo location to verify. When I look at my email it does not show changes but, other 3 items correct and there was adjustments on those items too. The person I spoke with told me I was wrong. Said the thin crust was done but, same as other 3 pizza crust. After he continually argued and kept cutting me off I asked for corporates number he continued to talk over me.. and telling me I'm wrong. Mistakes happen. This is a large pizza, a $27, 2 topping pizza. As you can clearly see, there is clearly one topping of pepperoni, great. The other topping I ordered was sausage. I opened the box I was able to count 14 pieces of sausage on my large pizza. They should.be ashamed to serve this to paying customers. Mountain Mike's is new to the town where I was born & raised so we decided to try them. The pizza arrived hot which is a big plus, the crust was crispy also a plus & the pepperoni was perfectly crisp. Issues we had were the prices. Considering the amount of toppings. The menu shows edge to edge toppings but ours was not. $60.50 for (2) 14" pizzas (1 pepperoni & 1 pepperoni/mushroom/olive)? I mean we were thinking the pizza at Mountain Mike's must be great for a price like that. The slices were a generous size but :-0 Also, the pizzas were pretty greasy as the absorbent material under the pizza showed. Mountain Mike's Pizza is pizza chain, and no it is not named after Mountain View, where this MMP is located. Pizzas on Tuesday are half off at MMP. So one of the ladies at work who eats gluten free has everyone going to MMP, so she can get the normally priced $20 gluten free medium pizza for $10 Talk about overpriced, they got you by the short hairs if you want anything gluten free! MMP has a great lunch buffet on weekdays with a $6.99 drink, salad bar, pizza buffet combo, besting Roundtables $7.99 pizza salad bar buffet, without drink, in the pizza wars! We pause before going in, with a sign reading 'Absolutely no outside food or drinks allowed on premises'. Which tells you something about the lack of character in the customers who come here!. $7.56 after tax, and yes they take credit cards. One lady has only the salad bar, at $4.99 for a single serving, trying to save $2. And no, she's not Chinese, like my tight fisted ex from Hong Kong! $7.56 gets you a salad plate, a pizza plate, and a plastic 16 oz glass, along with a fork and knife. Got to keep those, as they don't have table service replacing used plates. They keep track of people eating at the salad bar only, by the type of plate, in case a salad bar person tries to pile on the pizza, like my ex-wife would do! The salad bar is pretty standard: iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, diced onions, cheese, carrrot slices, potato salad, pineapple, but no cooked eggs, along with choice of dressing. As we are standing in line at the salad bar, the prongs for the pizza go flying out of someone's hands onto the floor. Hopefully they don't use the 5 second rule and immediately reuse those! Spacious eating area, with big windows, lots of sunlight, and big flat screen TVs on each wall. Not your dark, dingy, hole in the wall pizza joint -Roundtable did you hear me!? All sorts of pizzas in the buffet area. I pile on the meat pizzas, with minimal olives -olives and me are like me and my ex -we don't mix. Pepperoni, Italian sausage, Hawaiian ham and pineapple are fine, but for yours truly, with the shoes size 6E width neanderthal feet, vegetarian is not for me! Sign above the pizza buffet says 'Please use the Tongs' to remind the customers not to use their dirty hands, as they would usually do! Drinks include non caffeinated root beer, and Hi C non carbonated fruit punch, my favorite. Don't want to bother the coworkers by burping excess gas in the afternoon! One unisex bathroom, with sink and toilet, no urinal, and no puddles in front of the toilet -big enough for a wheelchair! Game playing area for the kids right next to us, but no little devils today! Our champion 6'+ pizza eater eats only the pizza, discarding the thick crust ends. And we are counting the pile of uneated crusts ends, until we got to take off our shoes to count beyond 10! Our gluten free lady eater has a cheese free pizza -that's a first, and boxes it up to take out. My ex would be smuggling pizza out in her box or in sandwich bags in her oversized purse to take home! Meanwhile our salad bar only lady is looking enviously at us stuffing our mouths with pizza, and asks if someone would not mind to get her a cheese bread stick or two. Someone points at the surveillence camera in the place, and then another performs the light fingered deed! Im from out of town and just ordered from yelp. Im a new customer. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. It was 35$ after all the fees and a 15% tip. The cheese sticks were the frozen then baked kind. They were undercooked so the cheese was only warm and they were not melted at all. This left them super dry. The breading was not baked enough. They were warm but looked just like they do out of a big freezer bag. I dont recommend them. Also there was no sauce included to even try and salvage them by dipping. Awww man.... no sauce included and they were really dry? I was sad. The pizza was ok. Small and nothing special. The sauce and crust was good. The pizza was just not what I hoped. I think they had one of their own cheese pizzas ready and added pepperoni and gave it a quick rebake. Maybe not but thats how it seemed. Ive worked cooking in a kitchen and all this was very familiar. I was really looking forward to good cheesesticks. I dont like bad reviews so I give it 3 stars. Good sauce and crust. Fast delivery. So last year I went to this place and posted a bunch of pictures about how gross it was inside thinking someone would actually make some effort to clean it up. I went again and it was even worse!!!! This place was just awful. First experience and never again. Decided on a whim to order from them and take a break from cooking. It was a huge mistake. The pizza arrived super greasy. It tasted like cardboard. And they FORGOT one item from my order!!! That has never happened before. And there was no ranch sauce included after I specifically asked for some. How can you eat pizza without ranch sauce? Complete waste of money and time. I was robbed of eating a delicious dinner. What an amazing experience at this pizza place. I usually don't eat at mountain mikes, decided to give them a try. This is a huge place, high ceiling, very clean, huge big screen TV's for the sports fan to watch their fav games. The restroom is newly renovated, a play area for the kids & a separate area which can also accommodate for a private event. We ordered garlic cheese sticks but asked to add jalapeños which they happily did, mozzarella sticks & ordered medium veggie pizza and again made a request to make it using pesto pizza. The person taking our order said they don't make it on pesto but will do that for us and he wasn't sure how it will taste. To our surprise every thing tasted better than expected. I've loved Mountain Mikes and it is usually my favorite pizza but tonight I truly believe that I was given an old pizza made hours before that dried out. The crust was chewy and hard to chew and the ends were dried out like a cracker. I ordered no salami on a Mt. Everest and my pizza had weird bald spots with no cheese or sauce like someone picked off toppings. I picked up my pizza 25 minutes after the email confirmation and the cheese was not hot. Um, okay... I took some time to calm down and called but the Manager had "left for the night". This was told to me by the kid cashier. Pretty sure the restaurant was not left to be closed by this youngster. I have only had amazing cheesy fresh pizzas before tonight. I believe that I was given a pizza not picked up by someone else. Maybe a pizza ordered around 5 or so but by 9 this pizza was dried out. There was nothing fresh about this pizza. I would only go back during 5-7pm when it is busiest to ensure that I get a fresh pizza made to order. Nothing is worse than paying for stale pizza. It is beyond an awful feeling. The people thay work at this location since it sold a few years ago, are horrible, they do not about the customer at all. The contract through grub hub yet cancel the order. When you call they tell you it doesn't matter they offer delivery right now anyways? Really? Their buffet is definatly worth it. They constantly restock and rotate the pizzas if they have been sitting there for too long. I feel like their prices are reasonable for what you get. There is a lot of space and some small games to keep children entertained. My only gripe is that it was rather chilly inside the store. To be fair it was 48° outside, but I would have liked if they had a heater to make it more comfortable. read more

The pizza here is not bad, but I've consistently had problems getting my online order on time when I go to pick it up. Today was a typical example. I place the order an hour before I want it, show up at the restaurant a couple minutes before the promised time, and I can see my boxed pizza sitting on top of the oven waiting to be picked up. Problem is, the guy at the register is tied up with a phone order, and the phone cord isn't long enough for him to reach over and grab my pizza and give it to me (it was already paid for) even when he is on hold. The guys working in the kitchen evidently are not allowed to pass me the pizza even though it would only take a few seconds. So I stand there for 8 minutes just waiting to get the finished pizza. I've had similar experiences at the Palo Alto branch, so management needs to wake up and use their employees more efficiently. read more

Mountain Mike's has been the 'go to' for pizza since they opened when I was around 10 years old. I'm a big fan of the crust, toppings, everything. Coupons attached to the box when your delivery comes in. Nice staff, just a great pizza experience. Call me a superfan, but I love Mountain Mikes! I have to admit I haven't done the salad bar so I can't comment on that. Decent beer selection, and my GF likes the wines they pour. Always a fun date night, thanks Mountain Mike's! To whomever this may concern, upon arrival we were met with rude looks from the employees one waved us off and never came back. The employee who did attend us showed attitude while we were asking questions about the lunch buffet special. The bathroom was uncleanly and reaked of odor, seemed to be not cleaned. The games in the back room were not turned on even upon request. Salad bar wasn't clean either didn't even have croutons. My friend was racially profiled while trying to enjoy his pizza one employee was staring right at him and even told him you had to pay for that(we all got the lunch buffet) I also lost my appetite due to the obscene commercials that were playing on the tv such as cleaning commercials were they are seen cleaning bathrooms and toilets, me personally I do not wanna be watching that as I'm eating. Further, more the pizza wasn't worth the price it was terrible even burnt in some areas. 0/10 would not recommend this location very unprofessional and dirty.
