I went in to this location last night with my husband & we had a pretty bad experience here. We have had great service and great food at other locations, and usually I do have good service here as well but last night was a complete shock. We came in, and the cashier was clearly annoyed that we walked in. I grabbed a salad, and proceeded to walk to the pizzas. There was no pizza left, we asked for fresh slices of pizza & it seemed like it was an inconvenience to the cashier. We paid, and he messed up our order on the register, didn't give us our cups, and there was no ice in the soda machine. We asked for ice & we never got it and it was never refilled. I had to drink warm watered soda. We proceed to sit down, and I go and try to grab a fork, and he proceeds to tell me they are out of forks. I got upset because if you see me grabbing a salad and you know there's no forks, why would you not say anything??? He offered to go to chipotle for us to grab forks (super weird) however I had already left to Panda Express to grab one. It seems that this location has went downhill and is poorly managed. It was my husband's first time in this location and he already knows he's not coming back. I also want to mention, I'm pretty sure the pizza was sitting out all day & I got pretty bad food poisoning. I would avoid this place if I were you. Highly disappointed.

Amazing VEGAN pizza! My team has a mix of vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores, so we ordered a couple pizzas for delivery from here and there was something for everyone. I had the vegan mt. diablo pizza which was super delicious, and they have a couple other vegan options on the menu as well. The crust is super nice and thin but still holds up well. I reheated leftovers in the microwave the next day and they were just as good. Highly recommend especially if you're looking for plant based pizza!

Not half bad pizza joint - I got the pep and sausage slice. It's incredibly greasy but hey it's pizza. I would ask for extra toasty because I like the crunch. Staff is nice and accommodating on the topping and condiments. Good place for a quick bite and return back to your hustle.

This came recommended by my buddy, he said it would address our hankering for pizza, but that it was also not a boutique pizza joint. Note, they have around 25 locations in the local area. I'd say he was right on, the pizza was good, they have around 5 different varieties out and prepared which you can order by the slice. The interior is fun, with surfing pictures and memorabilia strewn throughout. I found the service to be friendly and the overall experience was on point. The pizza style is thin crust, you can fold it over if that is your preferred approach. They also have various salads in a standup refrigerator which is adjacent to the line where you will order. There is no beer/alcohol to compliment the pizza, but they do have a variety of soft drinks, including a soda machine which has the prerequisite Coke products you would expect.

After seeing Pizza My Heart everywhere since we moved here, we finally gave it a try and got some delivery! If you're getting a more basic pizza, it does seem on the pricier side because you could prob get the same for a lot less at Dominoes or something. But their more adventurous pizzas really hit!! I forgot what it was called but it had bacon green apple and gorgonzola and it was fantastic! The dough itself could have been a bit better, but overall I'd come back!

I used Uber Eats for the first time and it was so easy and efficient. Deliciously warm pizza delivered right to my door. You have my heart Pizza my Heart! Huge salad portions to make you feel healthy after downing all that cheese. And yes I asked for extra ranch to dip the free bread sticks in. I was so hungry I didn't even get a chance to take pictures, but trust me the pizza here is unique and satisfying. Plus with great prices you can't go wrong.

We have been waiting so long to get Pizza My Heart! Jo Jo who works here was so friendly and helpful! She really made my daughters day as she was craving the cheese pizza! (She ended up eating 2 of them) I missed the deluxe chicken and bacon pizza - I mean bacon on pizza?! Yes! Missed it. Did I mention that Pizza my heart has the best ranch dressing?! It's my favorite!! We also go the pepperoni and sausage pizza which was really good. My BFF got the Big Sur as she usually does and a Caesar salad. She comes here at least once a week. Can't wait to come back! P.s., they limit to 1 customer or family inside the place.

The pizza was fine, but whoever cut the pizza cut it very poorly. The slices were not even at all.

First time trying, and the staff were friendly and nice, food was fast, and tasted really good. The place was clean and I loved the old photos on the wall, that was nice to look at. Overall was really good and I recommend it!

Love the convenience of being able to buy a single slice. They have a few vegetarian options and I went with the Manresa. It was thin crust but still crispy and delicious. Really enjoyed this! Second time to this chain and appreciate that they toast it up. Price range is $4-5 a slice.

I love that each location has its own signature pie, which makes it feel unique instead of just another chain experience! The apricot pizza at this location ONLY completely surprised me! It had that perfect balance of sweet and savory, and the cheese tied everything together so well. It did not feel gimmicky at all and bite felt intentional and balanced. I also tried the Little Italy Detroit style and DET Motorhead style slices. The Detroit crust is thick and fluffy with crispy, caramelized edges and a cheesy center that does not feel overly heavy. The bread to cheese ratio is honestly just right. The DET Motorhead with the sauce layered on top was rich and satisfying without being overwhelming. The Italian sausage was juicy with a slight sweetness and a little spice that added great flavor! Beyond the food, the employees were so nice and attentive. They were patient, helpful with recommendations, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and comfortable. No. What I mean is, if you break down their pizza (as I did in one pic below bc I have a cold, so I got mine to go), it's a cornmeal crust with a bunch of toppings and cheese, topped by a thick layer of tomato-based sauce. The crust is not super thin, but neither is it super thick and bready. It basically forms a shell around the toppings and sauce. The toppings can be healthy depending on what you choose. This time, I got 1/2 brass monkey 1/2 free bird. Brass monkey has a lot of sausage and ricotta, so not a healthy choice. Free bird has a really great amount of chicken! ... and some bacon, but I chose it. You could easily get a delicious veggie and chicken pizza, and it'd be better nutritionally. There's a good amount of cheese, but it's not overwhelming or super greasy. If you want in-your-face cheese, add more for another dollar or two. I like if the way it is. The tomato sauce is thick and surprisingly tangy. That reassures me it's not loaded down with sugar. Basically, is this super healthy? No -- in terms of my eating out/takeout, that would be a sashimi salad, or salmon with lightly steamed vegetables and a bit of sweet potato or quinoa. But it's decent for a Friday night out (or in) when you're not really trying to be healthy, but also not making a point of doing the opposite. As for price -- this is March 2026, and the large half-and-half composed of 2 of their priciest options was $39.14 after tax before tip. Now, that seems a bit high for one pizza. But I didn't eat all day, and 2 slices (out of 8) filled me right up. 3 slices would have left me too full, but probably still thinking "worth it!" 4 slices would make me super uncomfortably regretting-my-life-choices overfull. Sure, you can get cheaper pizza/takeout. But this is good stuff, like pasta toppings on a good cornmeal crust. If you ordered 2 solid pastas for under $40, you'd think that was a good deal! Well, this is 3-4 adult's worth of good pizza for under $40. Also, I used to cook and bake a lot more than I do now, and there's a lot of work and ingredient here, more than I'd commit to at twice the price. It would start making sense for me to mix up the crust and buy good cheese and meat and tins of San Marzanos if I needed 4 pizzas, i.e. to feed 15-20 people (with finger foods, salad, sides, dessert). Otherwise I'd just order here. Oh! I can't remember the last time I got takeout here. So they now have a shiny red takeout cabinet to the left as you walk in, and you just put in the last 4 digits of your phone # and your locker pops open! I would have liked not to be sick and to eat in, but the cabinet was pretty cute. :)

This time we ordered the Sorrento King and Tiki Taormina cocktails and 3 food items. My husband liked his whiskey with the smoky flavor; my cocktail was fruity and refreshing, just a little on the sweeter side. The calamari was lightly battered and not oily, it's very flavorful with or without the spicy marinara sauce. I liked that they included a lot of tentacle pieces. While I missed their roasted cauliflower, which was no longer on the menu, their braised artichoke was surprisingly good. It was soaked in a yummy garlicky olive oil, perfect for dipping the crostini in. It took a bit of work to get to the artichoke heart, but it was well worth it. The center was so soft and tasted heavenly. I liked the Pizza Fradiavola's thin crust, and it had just the right amount of spiciness with the peperoncino. The complimentary vanilla gelato with raspberry sauce and birthday candle was a really nice touch. We also claimed the tiramisu birthday reward we received via email. Both were very satisfying.
