Since long ago, in a land far way (not that far really), I can recall that Mountain Mike's has always served up a great pizza pie. This time was just like any other, except it has been years since I had visited a Mountain Mike's. Unsure why really. But after seeing an amazing Groupon deal, I decided to visit them again! Such a bargain! Now this is how pizza outta be! Toppings, on toppings, on toppings. I think they pretty much have anything that you could have a hankering for, and if they don't, well tough. Pick another option, and you'll be fine. Trust. Now, down to the nitty gritty... During this visit we ordered four different varieties: Garden Delight (white garlic sauce, mushrooms, green onion, bell peppers, and zucchini), Margherita (Tomatoes, basil, garlic, oregano, and mozzarella), BBQ Chicken Luau, and Mt. McKinley (Pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, black olives, bell peppers, onions, and diced tomatoes). I tasted all of them except the Mt. McKinley, and they were all delicious! Everyone in our pizza party (four people) were very pleased! The employees at this Mountain Mike's also happen to be very nice, and the time from ordering to carrying our pizzas out was about 20 minutes beginning to end. We were also offered paper plates, and napkins. Easy peasy, and no dishes to wash after! Whoop! The Mexican salad is my all- time favorite salad. The dressing is delicious, their greens are always fresh and the salad is huge. I stop by the Country Gourmet each time I visit No.CA. If you open a restaurant in MD, I will be the first one in line. read more

To whomever this may concern, upon arrival we were met with rude looks from the employees one waved us off and never came back. The employee who did attend us showed attitude while we were asking questions about the lunch buffet special. The bathroom was uncleanly and reaked of odor, seemed to be not cleaned. The games in the back room were not turned on even upon request. Salad bar wasn't clean either didn't even have croutons. My friend was racially profiled while trying to enjoy his pizza one employee was staring right at him and even told him you had to pay for that(we all got the lunch buffet) I also lost my appetite due to the obscene commercials that were playing on the tv such as cleaning commercials were they are seen cleaning bathrooms and toilets, me personally I do not wanna be watching that as I'm eating. Further, more the pizza wasn't worth the price it was terrible even burnt in some areas. 0/10 would not recommend this location very unprofessional and dirty. I called and placed an order for pickup and was told 45 minutes. I showed up after 45 minutes and stood in a line that was so slow it took 20 minutes just to get up to the register only to be told my order would be another 20 minutes. After waiting I was told they put the wrong toppings on my order. I was not happy but was going to take it anyway because I was not going to wait any longer only for them to tell me this was someone else's order and they never made mine. I am vegan and it would be nice if they had more variety of pizza suitable for vegan lovers. They do have veggie pizza with cheese, but they don't keep it coming, have to request. They need add some sun flower seeds as an option for there salad bar. I will come again. read more

I was told they changed management less than a year ago, but their pizzas carry the same great legacy. I saw the previous pizza maker retain his job, so I'm glad the taste never changed. Since they're so good, I can't think of any words to describe it other than to recommend it to friends and suggest you should go try it out as well. I have been a Mountain Mike's customer for a very long time now. Probably because they have a pretty good pizza. I come with my friends and family whenever I feel like enjoying a good pizza which is quite often haha. When I eat a good pizza I do not add any topings on it that's how I test the taste. I also enjoy the customer service at this place plus the place has some very good vibes. My overall experience with this place is good they have very good food offered at a very reasonable price. I'll be completely honest, I usually don't go to mountain mikes. I have never been a fan I don't think there pizza (or at least I thought) it wasn't all that great. I am more of a round table girl until one day I ordered from here and it seriously blew my mind. The food: great fresh ingredients. I ordered a small pepperoni and sausage pizza. Consistency of the sauce is KEY and it didn't disappoint. I also ordered the boneless wings that had a hot sauce on them. So delicious. The crust was also really good. Not chewy but a perfect crisp. The ambiance: I used to work at the same location in high school when it was called Milan pizza and I will tell you that place used to be so dirty but since converting to mountain mikes it's so clean, so nice, very well put together, amazing salad bar and big screen tvs and games for your kids. It's def a great establishment. Highly recommend. Service: I usually get help from peter. Let me just tell you he always goes above and beyond. He is super professional, super accommodating and just a all around nice guy. He is fast, efficient and his customer service skills are above average. I am sure the whole staffs like that as well. This is my go to place for pizza when I don't want to cook dinner. The pizza is cooked just perfectly. The crust is nice and crispy not burnt. They will cut the slices to as many as you want. I have called last minute to have a team soccer dinner and they are always willing to accommodate our team/group. The cheese bread is delicious and the salad bar is great too! Avoid the Calzone! Just make your own large taco with unleavened bread. Imagine folding a small thin crust pizza crust in half, throw ingredients in it like you were making a taco. Remember NOT to seal the edges. Oh, while you're at it, get the order wrong and add pineapple. Add a boatload of freakin' PINEAPPLE! Bake it. The pizza was cold the toppings were overcooked , I was charged $37.00 for a large pizza that looked like a medium pizza, the crust was like cardboard. The man who answered the phone was rude when I asked why it cost me $37.00 for a large pizza and 1 2 liter pepsi which was flat. I was not informed of a $4.00 delivery fee. They DID NOT honor their own coupon. I signed up and for doing so, was given 3 coupons expiring in June 2020. 1. I asked if they would like the code on the coupon before I go in. He said "No, just bring it in" 2.First cashier told me "The computer gives these out, but they won't work" I said "Override it" He said, "I can't". I said what good is a coupon if it's not accepted? Crickets 3. His partner said "This coupon is only good in San Carlos" 10 miles away. I said "Where does it say that" Crickets again 4. Coupon was theirs. Not expired. An extra star because the PIZZA is GOOD. Other than that, no stars would be awarded. Our office orders from this location pretty frequently due to it being the closest location. They nickel and dime you for additional ranch and sides. Today we ordered 7 pizzas and since ranch wasn't "requested over the phone when ordering" it's going to be $.50 cents per little container of ranch extra. Really?! Even after 7 pizzas were purchased and paid for before arrival? Terrible customer service, this is just mentioning this time. Ever since our frequented Round Table in Mountain View closed down, we had been on the lookout for a good pizza place. We decided to give Mountain Mike's a try and I'm really glad we did, because pizza is my all time favorite food. We ordered a half Veggie More (red sauce) and half Garden Veggie (white garlicky sauce) and it was delicious and cheesy and awesome. They put a lot of toppings on their pizza, which is great! When we went there Friday evening to pick it up, the place was PACKED- we asked if we could add garlic sticks to our order and he said it would be another 30 minutes, so we said no thank you obviously. Mom and I stopped by Mountain Mikes for Pizza,today Tuesday the 5th of July. We were so disappointed it was not the crispy,crunchy delicious crust,we remember. It was aweful. When we asked for mushroom pizza on the buffet,we were rudely told to order it separate and pay more It was all spicy toppings with meat. Horrible customer service from the man in back. We paid over $40 and it was disgusting. Another customer showed up and the man was from the back was rude to him also. He left complaining as well,and took his tip back. Third customer came in orrdered on line and the man from the back said it would be another 25 minutes and was very rude to him. This is not good customer service. Overall Impression: Good quality dough and good quality ingredients. What more can you ask for? I love how they load up on the toppings and cut the pizza into a ton of small slices. Cost: I was lucky enough to grab a Groupon for essentially a BOGO on their large specialty pizzas. Typically a large would come out to $25, which is a pretty steep price to pay retail. Taste: I was very impressed with the delicious and fresh toppings, but more importantly, the dough was warm and soft. It holds everything in place and the pizza almost melts in your mouth. I'm eating a slice as I write this review, so I promise you this is as real as it gets. Customer Service: I was impressed with the take-out efficiency.
