I would've not minded if the pizza was good (sub-par to say the least) but the pizza was too thick, doughy and seemed not probably cooked through.... Along with that, we ordered a "family salad".... (Another excruciating disappointment). If I would've known that someone was gonna just slice up a head of iceberg lettuce into four 1/4's; dump it into a large bowl and doused it with chunks of broccoli and half-inch thick pieces of cucumbers? I would've gathered my neighborhood rabbits and invited them over for dinner. SMH. Maybe the rabbits would have brought some salad dressing, because the salad I ordered did not come with any. read more

It's very unfortunate that I have to give this review. Good pizza! My company provides lunch for the employees every Friday. Mountain Mike's has been on the rotation. I placed a large order online to feed 35 people, receiving confirmation of this order. Friday, I show up to pick up my pizzas and I come to find out my order was cancelled, and we were not notified of this cancellation! Not good at all! I also was informed that the ovens were down. I understand things happen, but we should have been notified of the cancellation, so we could've made other food arrangements. It was 11am and I had to provide lunch to our employees at 11:15. I had to scramble last minute to get food. Thank God Chick-fa-la is across the parking lot. They kindly took my 35 meal orders with no issues! read more

Pizza was poor quality! I bought the large pepperoni and mushroom but seemed like a small cheese, the slices were tiny. The buffalo chicken wings were more like habanero, We could not eat them they were so spicy. I rather buy a $6 dollar pizza from little Caesar's than here again. read more

First time here. We ordered the weekday buffet and half dome sandwich. The buffet was tasty and had ample pizza and basic salad bar choices. The half dome sandwich is a pizza on toasted bread. Liked the choice of something different. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Gave this place 3 stars because tables were dirty, silverware stained (cleaned ourselves) and floors didn't look like they've been cleaned to well. Maybe it was extra busy and short handed that day to do cleanup. I'd give it a send chance. Nice outdoor seating as well. read more

Stopped in Valentine's Day, it was not crowded at all. Food was not as good as I thought based on reviews. Pizza was cold, salad bar was not full enough making it hard to reach produce in the back containers. Those should have been full enough to reach from the top. Looked like that macaroni and potato salad had been sitting there all day. Dinner time and a holiday we expected a much cleaner look. Tables were not being cleaned off quick enough and when asked to have one wiped down the towel used appeared unsanitary. Restrooms appeared to get picked up often but not wiped down, based on the dust buildup on sink, toilet and other. Not going back anytime for sure. read more

Came for the heart pizza special. Placed an online order in the morning for 6:00pm showed up at 6:20 and they hadn't even start making our order. We did not leave till 7:00 pm. We only got our pizza because we went up and asked how much longer it would take. Today, while visiting with family members, we were in search of a pizza place where we could dine in. Truly on a fluke recommendation provided by Siri (thank you, Siri!) we ended up here. All I can say is, wonderful! The counter service was attentive, kind, and professional, and the table delivery was equally positive! The variety of choices is very intriguing. However, our group went with the traditional pepperoni with some additional toppings. It was, hands down, one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Lots of cheese, generous toppings, and cooked perfectly. Now, I cannot wait to go back and try some of their more unique creations! In addition, the location is very, very clean (even the restrooms), and the overall atmosphere is really pleasant. I was with two relatives who have some physical and cognitive challenges, and we have had to endure rude or dismissive behavior at other restaurants whose staff are unkind to people who are "different." Not here; in fact, quite the opposite. All three staff with whom we interacted were very nice, and the gentleman whom I took to be the manager even took the time to check in with us, then later helped me by holding the door while I managed my relative's wheelchair. I ordered online on Christmas Eve and my pizza arrived fairly quickly. I paid $60 for a large pizza which any other day or year would be too much but since it was Christmas it was understandable. I really wanted to love this pizza.... Or at least REALLY like it. It was OK. But just ok. Crust is a bit thick but not in a fresh fluffy dough way. Reminded me of frozen or cafeteria pizza. There was very little sauce. Pepperoni are the little cup kind that get crispy and those were good. Ordered a side of wedges and it was a very small portion for over $9! I hate Dominos-kids love it.
