Stopped by here on a Saturday night after a long tiring day at Yosemite. One of my friends recommended this place since we've been craving for pizza all day! And, Oh boy! It was definitely worth a pit stop! There were four of us and we ordered the large all-meat pizza, the cheesesticks and their wings. They messed up our order but it's okay because they still let us have the wrong one and just gave us a new one! Love their pizza crust, it was different from others and it's really crunchy! This Mt. Mikes used to be held to a higher standard. But with constant new employees and lack of leadership the standards not only of the pizza but the salad bar and beer have dropped. I have been back multiple times and only received flat beer. The pizza is hit and miss but come back because of local business. This rating can easily change given standards increase. read more

We ordered 10 hot wings "Franks Hot Sauce" and a pizza. It was Monday night and the 48ers were on TV. They seemed understaffed and the food took forever. The wings came first. Three of us took one wing each. I immediately noticed that they were not crispy and there was hardly any Franks Wing Sauce. When I bit into the center of my drummette it was cold. The wings were not a hot temperature and not hot spicy. I brought the wings remaining wings ton the counter. The recooked the actual wings I took back and brought back 7 wings. Lunch buffet what's good not great. Limited pizzas and other options like breadsticks and a salad bar. It could be better for the price you pay which is over $10 plus a drink. Very bad customer service. We live in Oakdale but every time we call they tell us that we are just outside the service area and they can't deliver. I usually convince them anyway. We live 10 min from the restaurant. We have been buying pizza from them for a long time and support the kids by buying coupons. Tonight they just said we can't deliver to you. When we call the Riverbank location they tell us the exact same thing. We've always tipped well to compensate for the extra two minutes they have to drive outside the service area. I accidentally called Mountain Mike's in Riverbank (super nice gentleman), about 40 minutes before close. He was really nice, said he would accommodate and deliver. Unfortunate for me, they didn't deliver to Oakdale. He did give me the number to the Oakdale branch. I called Oakdale (gal not so pleasant), tells me they aren't delivering anymore (40 min before close). I asked again, so I can't call in an order (still, abruptly NO). This is not the way you do business ever... Customer service and experience is why people come back. I rarely leave a bad review but this experience compared to Riverbank (night and day service) needs to be looked at. read more

Super disappointed in this location. Ordered a pizza yesterday for pick up. Just a normal medium pepperoni pizza, just a little after they opened. I picked it up and when I got home, I opened it and the crusts were completely charred, along with most of the pepperoni along the edges. Medium slices happen to be a lot shorter, due to the size, making 30% of each slice inedible. I can't believe they actually boxed it up; instead of making a new one. Good pizza (a little pricey). Two stars are because one employee standing by the pizzas had his mask under his chin. The one taking the pizzas out of the oven had her mask under her nose. My wife and I went in for buffet last week and we were very disappointed. The buffet only holds enough for about two pizzas and one trey of bread sticks. I came when it was a little busy and the pizzas were gone almost immediately. I understand, pizzas get eaten quickly during lunch time. But what is the point in having a buffet that is so small and cant hold much. My other thought was that the manager should be keeping an eye on the pizzas and putting in more. But she was just sitting in the office most of the time, not out on the floor like a manager should be. Maybe she was doing important work, but shes in there for long periods of time every time we come. Yes, I made a Yelp specifically for this.
