Pizza was made with no chicken at all and when visit back to show her pizza. She was rude, arrogant and introduce herself as General Manager, Ashley. On an online order for thin crust pizza with premium chicken, I was met with rudeness and an attempt to dismiss my concerns. The General Manager claimed to have the authority to override any customer complaint, asserting her position as the General Manager. Her behaviour was unacceptable, including physical aggression towards the counter and inappropriate language. Her lack of customer service skills and professionalism is deeply concerning. I demand a response from Domino's regarding the incident involving the General Manager, Ashley. I am seeking a resolution to the issues raised and a call back to address the damage to the Domino's brand image caused by her behaviour. The General Manager's actions demonstrate a profound lack of professionalism and do not reflect the values or standards of Domino's. Plus using the app, I was supposed to pay $8.99 a pizza. The two pizzas rang up $24.42. Even the receipt shows coupon but my pizzas sting rang up $22.48 without taxes. Do the math. Two pizzas should have rang up $17.98, not $22.48. That doesn't add up. Dominoes just padded their pocket with an extra $4.50. The funny part is I have called dominoes to complain about the fraudulent mark up. The manager was supposed to call me back but never did. Maybe we should look into this misrepresentation by dominoes.

From 2014 to 2016, I'd visit about every six weeks. I was impressed with how well they treated everyone, how well they made the food, and kept things clean. I can say that everything is much like it was. The only Pizza Plus location that didn't meet that standard changed their name.
