I'm not sure why this pizza place has that many bad reviews or 2stars in most but I really have enjoyed being here. I have been here multiple times. The dinning area is always clean the tables are always clean the rest room is always clean and the staff is really friendly. I always order the Veggie Curry pizza since this is the only spot which makes it and that pizza is really really good. They have the tofu on it with jalapeños and veggies. And it is amazing. I have gone there multiple times with my class for our pizza party and the owner is always nice I have gone there by myself and with my wife and the pizza and the dinner itself is always good. A great place to host a dinner and beer night for the guys after a great softball game. Well I wasn't really the host per say, however I did come here with the guys after their win to enjoy some pizza and beer. We were able to sit down very quickly with about 15-20 of us there, including 4-5 toddlers. We even took no more than 5 mins to place our order of about 4-5 pizza's and beer. All in all they allowed us to enjoy our food and drinks while they prepared for closing hour. read more

It was a Saturday afternoon and I ordered a half pepperoni pizza and the other half custom: chicken, BBQ sauce, red onion and bacon. We also ordered bread sticks with cheese and an extra ranch. Our order taker asked if we had a coupon and we did, $3 off a large pizza. The total ended up being around $31. It wasn't too bad considering the quality and how many slices you get of everything. It's Monday and my boyfriend and I still have left overs. The bacon was a little on the fatty side, so I probably won't ask for that topping again, but the ratio was excellent. The manager is absolutely incompetent, a liar, and has no business running anything customer service related. I ordered 2 small pizzas for pickup Saturday for a 6:10 pickup. I arrive to pickup the pizzas to be told by a lady with a thick Indian accent that no I don't that its at the "Schulte store." I look at her and go no I ordered here. She was adamant that I was at the wrong store. Because she "looked up my order." Thinking well I've never ordered from Schulte but maybe I fucked up let me head to the Schulte store. I reach the Schulte store to be told no, this is your order number 147 here is your transaction number, you ordered at 4:48 at the Grantline. So now I'm irrated af. Its now 6:45 my pickup time was 6:10. I call the Grantline store and the manager was no help and completely worthless. I show back up to the Granting store to have the original lady try to get in my face and I told her to back up and not say a word because she fucked up originally. There was another worker who looked up my order and goes, "ohhhh yes you ordered here let me get your pizzas." Then the manager came up and goes no you ordered delivery. Lol at this point I get loud and say the fuck I did. I live in the country and I never had delivery from you. The helpful girl tells the manager you changed her order its right here. I can see it so do the right thing and fix it. He wouldn't give me my money back or fix his error so she actually told the manager he was and asshole quit her job and walked out. The manager refused to give any information on my order on where he sent the pizzas. Nor would he make it right. Here is the thing... customer service goes a long fucking way. You fucked up plain and simple. Admit your mistake and make it right. But they wouldn't. I've now disputed the charges with the bank, called and reported the incident to corporate, and also made a complaint with the sheriff department as now there are strange extra charges to my card. Ordered a large pizza for delivery with instructions on what to include/ not include. The guy taking my order seemed friendly and my pizza arrived in 30 mins. I opened the pizza and noticed there was the ingredient I specifed should NOT be on the pizza. If someone doesn't eat meat you don't add it to the pizza!!!! I called back to let them know a mistake was made and we were happy to wait for a replacement. The guy who took my order started yelling at me over the phone saying our instructions weren't clear and they aren't going to make a new pizza even though it was their mistake! Word of advice to the management: teach your employees not to yell at customers. Especially when they are trying to be calm and rational with you. Horrible service, you all are so rude. This place really needs a manager and employees who care about their customers. I wanted to buy my daughters class a couple of pizzas and two 2 liters for their Christmas party. I called these guys on Tuesday and ordered 2 large pizzas, two 2 liters, 30 plates, 30 cups and napkins. I told the girl that was helping me that the pizza had to be there at or before 12:30 p.m. ( that's when the Christmas party started for the kids). FRIDAY comes and I'm thinking these guys can't screw it up and everything will be good and wouldn't you know it,, the pizza showed up at 12:40 and they didn't bring any cups or napkins. I got word of this from my wife so I call to talk to the manager and all I got was we are really busy sir and I'm sorry the driver didn't take everything when he left. Got a certificate from a fundraiser $20 worth never said anything that we had to order at the establishment to receive it. We had to fight with manager because he was the one that signed it, so he can't not accept it.
