They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. All of our furniture and items arrived with no issues and no complaints. I definitely recommend Justin Bell and Gus! If you guys are ever are needing Movers, really, get these guys! Different work habits of crew. A couple of the movers were careful and considerate, while another…read morepair who acted friendly enough were often careless and irresponsible. They dumped boxes in the carport when they were clearly marked for the house. They put clearly marked boxes in the wrong rooms. They failed to reassemble a bed after they've taken it apart. They gouged walls as they moved around the house. They damaged the concrete front steps with their dolly. Each day as we unpack we discover more problems. Boxes labeled fragile beneath a heavy box of books. More boxes dumped on the wrong floor of the house. On the day the crew loaded the truck, one of the two locked himself into a bathroom (which still needed to be packed) for a half hour and wouldn't respond when we asked him to finish his business and get out. Moving is stressful enough without having to monitor movers and their every action. You trust they'll do a competent job and only find out they didn't after you pay the final bill and they drive off to the next job.

I then placed a call to schedule the delivery which was answered by a LIVE person who had just seen my online request. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". I've basically had to do everything myself and the day is the move, I was still packing as they were moving. Marcos and the other mover (will find out his name) promptly introduced themselves. We did a walk through of my 1000sqft apartment. I still have the apartment for a month so getting everything wasn't a priority. They started working right away! No hesitation. They were professional while still being relatable. They were easy-going with conversation and it really helped my nerves when I felt anxious. I've never had movers before and reading through everyone's review from yelp and other moving companies I didn't have high standards. But they far succeeded what I expected. I had a lot of help for my family members and they had no issues with them helping and they honestly integrated within my own family really well. Logistic wise, I'm a very type a personality and timed everything. They called me when they said they were leaving the warehouse and said it was about 30 minutes away. They did arrive right at 30 minutes. It took 1 hour and 38 minutes to load all of my furniture and boxes that I wanted moving. It was a 11 minute trip to my new home. And about an hour to unload and for them to get back. Overall it was right under a 4 hour move. They did take the saran wrap off everything before they left and assembled what little that was disassembled. You make a $100 down payment and the total cost was roughly less than $700 with a tip. If it wasn't for the excellent customer service - I would think this was a little pricey compared to what I was quoted from other services. The reason I went with them was - they were the only ones available for the time and day I needed. I had called 6 places before I landed here. Overall- Again I'm very happy with everything and would suggest anyone to use them in the future.

We went to land on a solution to this double booking and was blocked by the representative that I was working with. This has left us scrambling to try and find another mover in such a short timeframe. Mind you, with this being a short turn around now, we are being charged for higher prices. Two hours from start to finish. They (two men) moved all my stuff from a bedroom to my new studio apartment in under the three hour minimum--but that's okay. With the truck rental it was $437 total. These guys--the do not milk the clock. They move with speed, putting everything in these huge 60" x 24" boxes, except for the furniture. EVERYTHING gets wrapped like a palette 360 degrees around. I just stayed out of their way, and within one hour they had everything loaded up. They brought a 24' truck, which was bigger than I expected. The drive was 30 minutes to my new place and unloading took about 45 minutes. They had me sign a standard moving contract, and I absolutely appreciate the 10% military discount, and another 3% for paying cash. FANTASTIC, could not say one thing bad. They are very careful with my stuff. Absolutely recommended.

I also tipped them $50. to each worker. They didn't put the bedrail back on the bed. They took it off to move the bed but now I am without it. My mattress keeps sliding off the edge. Had to ask them to carefully pack a fragile dragon table that i noticed was just laying in a box on top of other things.
