The PT services themselves were fine with the exception of a one time experience with a junior…read morestaff that aggravated my pain more than improved it. The PT staff are all very nice. However, this review is due to the new ownership. I wanted to obtain the previous at-home PT exercises/program but no one answers the phone and no one ever calls back (even text messages are not replied to) which is extremely frustrating. On the other hand, they were quick to call back to schedule something (and take my money). I will not be supporting a place that is only interested in my out of network payment and not the interest of their patients.

While it is unfortunate that I have had to come here on two different occasions for my crumbling…read morebody, I am thankful that I have this place to go to! Ayesha treated me for some pain I had postpartum and she validated a lot of things that other providers had dismissed. She helped me feel seen as a whole, which was refreshing during that part of my life where everyone else was telling me the pain and changes were all a normal part of motherhood. For my current situation, she did a thorough assessment and provided clear explanations and guidance on what is happening in my body and how we will tackle my plan of care. The staff are also on it with contacting my physician and keeping track of the referral information and helping me schedule my follow-ups in a friendly way. I highly recommend SVPT and Ayesha if you want physical therapy from a clinic that truly cares.

I have been experiencing extreme pain in my feet lately. I have one foot with a failed bone spur…read moresurgery and the other with a bone spur that is becoming overwhelmingly painful. I use pain relief pads, balms, massage, and elevate regularly. I hobble like a 90+ broken person and wince in pain all day everyday. I went to see Christine last night and had one 45 minute session. She did cold laser and some massage and tonight is the first evening that my feet have not been on fire with pain. I don't know what the cold laser does but I'm ready to buy one for my personal use! It's been over 24hrs of light pain and I'm so thankful for it.

I suffered a rare elbow joint fracture and dislocation. The medical team that operated on my…read morefracture sent me on my way with a bunch of medical terms that didn't make sense to me, opioids that did nothing for pain, and a list of possible PTs that I could contact. That is when I met Christine. I came to Christine with screws and a plate in place, a weird brace on, and extremely afraid to move in case anything "breaks," and I had to be operated on again. I was in pain, anxious, stressed, and had barely slept for 3 weeks since the fracture occurred. The first thing I noticed when I entered her office was the sudden drop in anxiety, and the calm -- and I had not even met her yet. When I did see her, we had an honest chat about the state of affairs. Since the moment I broke the bone, she was the first person to speak "human" to me and help me make sense of what'd happened, the recovery plan, how long it could take, and ways to get there. Over the next few months, with her attention to whole-body health, patience, and expert understanding of fascia, bones, and all things movement and balance, my elbow joint was not only healed but also straightened and strengthened to its original state. Each visit, she would assess progress and chat with me about my current expectations before developing a treatment plan for that day. Thanks to Perfect Balance Physical Therapy, I have a full range of motion, and it is as if the accident never happened. I had heard stories of how people walk around with bent elbows for the rest of their lives after a severe injury like the one I had. Christine's gentle persistence, rather than forcing exercises on me, helped heal the joint more quickly than it would have! Absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a gentle specialist who works with you in achieving optimum health and speaks human!
