I paid almost 500 dollars for a brake and rotor replacement. I picked my car up in the early afternoon and by that evening the anti lock braking system light came on and the brakes were skidding. I took it back three times and Ceaser refused to take responsibility and fix the problem they caused. He became belligerent and insisted they did not cause the problem. First he said it was the wheel speed sensor and I said they must have damaged it during the brake repair. Then he became defensive and aggressive and said it was the computer and they could not have caused it. He insisted it was just "a coincidence." The ABS light has never been on before the brake repair and a few hours after the brake repair it came on and the brakes are skidding. I have spent over 10,000 dollars at this shop and I will never return. Mario always made it right and took responsibility. The son will blame your car.

I called ahead and provided the exact tire size I wanted for my Mercedes Sprinter. I was told the…read moretires were in stock, and we agreed on a price. Based on that information, I drove to the shop and left my van with them. When I returned, I found they had mounted the wrong tire size. Instead of the size we agreed on, they installed smaller tires and then told me they didn't have the correct size available. If they didn't have the tires in stock, they should have been upfront about it before touching my vehicle. Because they could not provide the tires we agreed on, I had them remove everything and reinstall my original wheels and tires. During the process, they also damaged the lug bolt holes on my brand-new Mercedes Sprinter. Rather than taking responsibility, they attempted to thread a different size into the damaged holes. That is not an acceptable repair and should never happen on a new vehicle. I will be taking the van to Mercedes to have the wheel mounting points, hubs, and surrounding components inspected for any damage caused during their work. This experience was a complete waste of time and has left me concerned about the condition of my vehicle. Poor communication, wrong tires installed, and questionable workmanship. I've been going to Felipe for roughly about 19 or 20 years now. He's the last of the honest to God…read moretrans mechanics. He doesn't BS you and always gives you options. I've never had any issues with any of my classic cars he's worked on and believe me he knows classic cars very well. In Feb 2024 my Chevy Silverado blew the rear differential and I took it to Felipe. He recommended that since I needed to replace the 373 differential I should put in a 456 instead. It cost me a couple $$ more but boy am I glad I listened to him. My 2008 Chevy never towed or ran more efficiently and on less gas then it does now. To those 2 haters that left a bad review was probably cuz they didn't listen to his recommendations that he told them. I know this man he's honest a great family man a good religious man and is very meticulous of his work and ethics and is always appreciative of you bringing your car or truck to him.
