Reasonably-priced for a hefty snack. Made-to-order so it takes approx 10 minutes. There were only two staffers we could see working on a Sunday afternoon, and they were busy but still friendly and professional. The mozzarella balls were delicious with Honey Butter seasoning.

I guess I ordered wrong but I was expecting a hotdog in the middle instead it just had cheese but it was quite good snack

We went to Mr. Cow twice while on Maui. We had so much 'ono food while in S Korea and Japan; but, didn't eat too much street food. I was happy to see this location at QKC. The menu is very simple. The cashiers were nice on both visits. On our second visit, the cashier called me Aunty a few times. In Hawai'i, it's a respect thing; but, boy oh boy. I have never been called Aunty by a cashier before so my girls giggled. I surely hope she didn't call me Aunty since I'm starting to look my age. Lmbo. Hilarious. Many vendors/businesses have come and gone in the food court at QKC since they opened in November 1994. Ahem. I am truly giving away my age now. I truly hope Mr. Cow remains open for many years to come especially since their prices are much less compared to Pearl's and Panda Express.

Definitely a fun staple they added to the QKC Food Court - they have a wide variety of Korean Corn Dog options - I really recommend going for the sweet ones if you get the chance like the Fruity Pop or Messy Kinako, though getting an all-cheese Spaghetti Stix also hits the spot for those looking to have a savory experience mixed in with marinara and parmesan - Miguel Morales Photography

I really wanted to try this place out so here I am. I was fixing my phone downstairs and was told to come back in 45 minutes. So it was lunch time and I headed upstairs and the first place that I saw when I walked thru the food court was Mr.Cow. There were 3 people ahead of me so I knew it was going to be good. So as I studied the menu and as soon it was my turn I ordered a number one. Which was a hotdog filled with cheese and sausage. I waited on the side patiently for turn to be called. As soon as it was my turn they gave me the hotdog in a cute box. It tasted yummy as I had a lot of cheese as my first few bites. Boy was I happy as I got to try this place out. 4 stars for friendly service and fast service

I'm always looking for a fun new snack. So thank you Mr. Cow Maui for making these delicious snacks that are also fun to eat. Even their logo is super cute. Plus these are very filling, sometimes I feel like half now & half later would be the perfect snack size portion. Xoxo, ChelsieFletcher

This restaurant is in the Queen Kaahumanu food court. It is one of the recent additions to a chain of Korean hot dog shops. The food is made to order. We really enjoyed the hot dogs here, but they are a little pricey. The spicy and sweet dogs are my favorite. The lines can get long at times, but they move quickly. They get pretty busy, but the line moves fast. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes for an order depending on the time of day.

    Flaming Potato & Fruity Pop

I was actually surprised because I really liked the Korean Corn Dogs that we got here. We tried the regular potato one, the Flaming Potato, and the Fruity Pop (Fruity Pebbles). I liked that the batter wasn't too thick and the potatoes were crispy and soft. Some other places I've been to tend to overdo it with a thick layer of batter and it ends up being too hard and hurts to bite into it! These were perfect. Would definitely recommend the Flaming Potato as it has a nice kick to it. I didn't know if the Fruity Pop was going to be too sweet but it wasn't at all. It's actually quite savoury and I liked it with the honey mustard. Lastly, the one star off is because I felt the wait was too long. There were 3 people working in total: cashier, one person making the corn dogs (dipping the batter/prepping) and one person doing the frying & toppings. We waited probably 10 mins to order and another 25-30 for the corn dogs.

I love hot dogs so I had positive hopes for one of Maui's newest eateries that thankfully doesn't serve chicken!? Founded in 2019 in Honolulu, HI by Yunho Kim, other locations include Georgia, Illinois, New York & Virginia. Maui's sole location opened in October 2022. ATMOSPHERE: Located in the Queen Kaahumanu Center food court, they've taken over the spot vacated by Maui Tacos. Seating is food court-style. MENU: Corn dogs in nine coating styles with four different filling choices (cheddar & mozzarella cheeses and "sausage" whatever that is), cheese balls. FOOD: Mr. Cow Classic - $4.50 It's supposed to be sweet and savory but I can't imagine a sugar-coated corn dog, so I axed it and got it plain. Same for the inside filling, nada. I wanted to taste its true flavor without any additions. The coating is rough like breading or panko, crunchy, with a pleasing chewy underlay and perfect thickness. The beef hot dog was smoky, firm and savory as expected. I squeezed on ketchup & mustard and really enjoyed it. Love that it comes in a box complete with a cutout for the stick as it catches crumbs, can be laid down without rolling around and makes for a clean and useful tool when retracting the stick so you don't stab your throat! Spaghetti Stix - $5.00 I opted for no filling as it has toppings of a semi-sweet marinara sauce and soap box cheese (AKA Kraft). Another winner in my book! CLEANLINESS: Oh gawd, all three food prep workers sported long hair and no one donned hair netting. Eek. SERVICE: The cashier gal was very friendly, professional and patient. Order time was under ten minutes. OVERALL: Welcome to the Valley Isle. Not as good as the county fair's pronto pup but it'll do! And, get your workers hair nets!

I got to try this place on the 19th, just a few days ago. Unfortunately, the mall was jam-packed due to the crazy weather we were having, so that didn't help the lines or wait times at any of the restaurants in the food court. The worker that took my order was friendly. I decided to try the classic dog with half hot dog/ half mozzarella and requested sugar on it. I've had many Korean cheese dogs now, since moving to ATL almost 3 years ago, but this was my first one back home in Maui. I basically knew what to expect though and have had some good experiences to compare to. The wait time, as I mentioned seemed to be impacted by the storm crowds. Their system could be a little better as the numbers they are calling out that are ready do not always match the numbers on the digital order tracker displayed. When I got my order, it was hot and fresh. I added ketchup and honey mustard. Great cheese pull, even though I didn't capture it on film lol. The product itself is consistent with what I'm used to. It was tasty and filling and reasonably priced. I was sad they ran out of the cheese mochi balls. Wanted to try those, but it seems based off others' reviews they are still trying to get their rhythm going with everything including inventory which is understandable for a new business. I would come back next time I'm in QKC, if they are still here. As others have mentioned , rent seems to be very high in the mall and it is hard for businesses to hang on here nowadays. Good luck to them. I just realized Lawrenceville near me has a location in the mall here, so I'll have to try and compare locations. Stop by and give them a try though! It's a fun, filling snack or light meal and there are a lot of savory and sweet options. If you like mozzarella sticks or corn dogs, you'll find something here to enjoy.

Located at QKC food court, Mr. Cow has a variety of Korean Corn Dog options. I got #1, the Classic with all hot dog. It was served hot and crunchy.

Great snack while at the mall. You have a choice of hotdog, cheese or both . Definitely recommend trying this at the food court.

Five years ago I was so impressed that when I came back, I had it on my must eat list!…read more I had intended to eat here much earlier during the trip, but the Kona storm had different plans. So it was again the meal right before going to the airport to go home and the gate was closed, but I saw people eating inside so I did what I would not do In DC, which is get out of the car and just ask if it was open. I wouldn't do that In DC because it's just a little scary here. And a nice people called out to Ola the chef and he opened the gate for us!! This time it felt extra special. It was like eating with a dear old friend and come to find out Ola was living in Columbia Heights just before the pandemic. (We are frequenters of Columbia heights!) We really felt spoiled and cared for here. He whipped up an amazing bed of salad for both of us. The greens here in Maui are just so fresh and the flavors are so good and of course we topped it with mahi mahi either grilled or taco style. He also gave us coconut water and a smoothie and fresh papaya which I told him I only eat on the island, which is true because it doesn't taste as good anywhere else that I know. What a way to end a trip with a flood and power outage in the middle of it. When troubles come later at home, which they will, I will think back fondly and give things for the experience we had here. And there was so much food that I was blessed to take the food on the airplane which served as my main meal (bc I can't eat any of the things that is on the plane sadly with my limitations. Delta loves to serve things with lots of cheese or dairy.) When it's not too windy, sitting outside under the tent is a lovely way to enjoy. I hope I can be back in less than five years to enjoy Ola's food at Ula Ula again. I don't know why they don't have more reviews but after we came in, was glad to see more people come in through. I really think so highly a food trucks in general in Maui, but this is definitely a top winner and a true gem!!

If you're looking for a nostalgic, comfort food spot with all the local classics like burgers, chow…read morefun, plate lunches and shakes, you gotta hit up Cupies Maui! Cupies always holds a special place in my heart. I've been coming here since I was little. Whenever my dad and my sister and I were in town growing up in the 90's, it was either stopping here at Cupies or the Dairy Queen nearby (which has since closed) for a yummy treat! They used to have a couple Arcade Games (with Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat) and had every childhood favorite: the tower of coin operated prizes! Of course the FOOD was what got us coming back for more! I'd always get a Bento with hot dog, spam, chicken and rice OR the BEST hamburger and crinkle fries with Mustard/Ketchup container! The hamburger and fries combo is still my usual go to. Today I went for the special drink, a refreshing Calamansi Slushie. Calamansi is a little Filipino lime. Perfect balance of tart and sweet for this hot Maui day. I decided to get the Mini Hamburger Steak today. Plate lunches come with the option of Macaroni Salad or Corn for the side so I opted for the buttery Corn. I added Sautéed Onion and Mushroom to the Hamburger Steak and it was "broke da mouth" Ono! The Mini Plate comes with 2 hamburger patties so guessing a Regular Plate is 3-4 patties. Make sure you treat yourself to a delicious Sweet Crepe! My favorite is the Banana and we always add Nutella. If you're not feeling a Crepe, you need to get a delicious Shake! The flavors are endless: Ube, Pandan, Fruity Pebbles, or Cinnamon Toast Crunch! Dine in outside or call in an order and park on the far side wall and someone will bring out your order. I'll usually call in to hear their Specials of the Day.
